IHOP

The food was the same as another restaurant, but their service needs to improve. We started off with a waiter named John which was an excellent waiter, but when he took a break we got a different waiter she was exactly what a waiter shouldn’t be. They need to improve on their staff.

Gordon Ramsey would have a field day here…
The one star is for poor to no service.
We never did get our food, after 35 minutes we left.

Service was terrible, food was cold, they completely forgot one of the orders. The young guy working there obviously didn’t know what he was doing. The bill was $ 71! However, I spoke to the manager and she honored my complaints and the meal was free. God bless.

Poor Service, waitress was horrible, very rude!
We ask for extra plate because there was 6 of us and we just want to share food. She brought the plates and slammed it on our table. No respomce when we say thank you, not even a courtesy check if we need something. But a sudden change when she gave us the bill…

Poor, discourteous, untimely service; no person present at front of house to seat customers. The food is IHOP food, which tastes very good, but the service was unacceptable and some of the worst I’ve seen in years

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We waited 15 minutes to be seated when the place wasn’t even busy! 2 hosts were just standing there talking while one of the waiters was busy flirting with a customer. Finally someone came over and was not thrilled to seat us. Once we actually got to our table, it was filthy. We waited 25 minutes for someone to come over and say «I’ll be right with you.» And never came back. And to top it all off the entire order was wrong when it finally came out 45 minutes later. WORST service I have ever gotten at a chain restaurant like this. Don’t waste your time here

I had a Colorado omelette it was very good wife at steak and eggs it was good The service was really good could be a little updated and there was a old still greasy smell but that’s the only thing I can say about this place other than that we had a good meal on our way home

I’m giving it a solid 4 stars because the waitress was nice and efficient and they cooked my pancakes dark as I requested. The tornado had the 2 egg breakfast and everything was cooked nicely. Will be back next time we leave Vegas.

First up, we have been coming here b4 it was IHop, it was a nice café with good food & service. Now that its IHop its the same, we have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seated the hosts & wait staff are prompt & polite. Now your order wait time may vary depending on the time of day & how busy it is like any other restaurant, this IHop is not small like the other IHops since it was another restaurant prior. The only problem ive ever had here is one time i ordered strawberry pancakes, the strawberries were literally frozen. I sent them back and got them plain, lesson learned no biggie i just dont order anything with strawberries because now i know theyre not fresh. And yes it is totally open to the casino, no doors no windows, so common sense should tell u b4 u even walk in that u will be able to enjoy the smoke, lol. FYI i dont smoke & im from Cali where everything is smokefree. But once i hit Nevada my nose is full of smoke until we leave, ive gotten used to it, while im there.

Terrible place to come to.
Smells so much like cigarette and staff is super unfriendly and unaware.. Water taste awful. YOU’RE BETTER OFF GOING TO MC DONALDS

Go to McDonald’s instead. The IHOP food sucks. I don’t know if the food was prepared correctly because I had an LBM a few minutes after I ate there. The food inspector will shut down this place if they ever do an inspection.

Most disgusting place I’ve been to, this is the 2^nd and last time I will be by here. Both times in the past month the place was dirty and the dishes were even worse! The manager asked «what can I do» really??? You are the manager and don’t know how to take care of a customer? They are lucky that the health department hasn’t shut them down! I suggest going anywhere but here!

Had breakfast at IHOP ordered the steak and eggs with hash browns. The orange juice was a bit on the tart side so I ordered some cranberry juice to get rid of the acid taste the OJ left. The food was good as was the service. Much faster than the D across the street.
This IHOP is located in the Whiskey Pete’s Casino.

Few IHOPs can hold up to this diamond in the rough. It truly sets a very high standard for the well known breakfast chain. I didn’t know what to expect going in, besides a vague understanding of what’s on the menu, but boy was I impressed.
The service was unparalleled. Very kind, courteous, and understanding of my sometimes unusual needs.
The food might as well have been cooked by Jesus himself. Eggs perfect golden brown, hash browns a perfect medium well, and bacon so deliciously creamy it melted in my mouth.
I don’t give many five star reviews, but the Primm IHOP in Whiskey Pete’s is really a treasure to behold.

The food was ihop standard for breakfast but $ 30 for two simple meals was a lot!
$ 3.00 for coffee and they didn’t leave a pot or get us refills when we ask!

Service was pretty bad… they were friendly, but for the most part non-​exsistant…
Food was good, ihop expected… nothing to write about on that.
Quick bite on way home is what we wanted, we received..

We had driven past Whiskey Pete’s for years. Today we decided to stop in. I was open for either here or across the street. After brief research on Unilocal which basically said that all food options suck (except for the out-​of-​our-​price-​range steakhouse), we ended up here, at IHOP. We sat down and server asked what I was drinking. I gave my standard answer, «unsweet iced tea with a bowlful of lemons to make it more unsweet». I got a bowlful of lemons with water. At least it isn’t sweet!
I had the banana pudding pancake combo. My bacon was gloriously overcooked, just the way I like it, eggs were also over hard, just the way I like them. The hashbrowns had a weird taste to them that I chose not to explore further. The bananas were awesome, there definitely needed to be more pudding, and the pancakes themselves also had a weird, off flavor that I’m not used to, and again, chose not to explore further. Hubby was happy with his brioche french toast, but he is also overtired and cranky. I think prices are higher than I expected. (We don’t get to IHOPs very often) I don’t think we’ll be back.

The ihop inside whiskey Peres left a lot to be desired.
The waitress unfortunately did not speak even a syllable of English, I was stunned.
Like, have you ever had an experience, where you just, you can’t even, even speak. You’re just so stunned. I don’t know; I just couldn’t believe it.
I mean I was stunned you know? What I saw there that day, on that day, there in IHOP, I can’t even think about it.
But anyway. We asked for a cookie and we were informed there were ‘no cookies’. We then proceeded to ask for hot chocolate; upon receipt of said hot chocolate, though, we were given a cookie. This transaction further sullied the experience.

Service is very slow. There were few customers but they still take forever. They also keep forgetting to take our order and give us coffee. They also asked us if we wanted steak sauce… of course we said yes. Then we waited and waited… no steak sauce! We already finished eating… still no steak sauce. This is unacceptable for them to do such bad service specially if they only have few customers. The stars that I gave is for the food and for one of the staff there… the jolly African American guy… he is the one doing a great job and service! I wish he was our server.

This IHOP was missing some key menu items, I have a feelings it has to do with it being inside a casino and not a regular one you would find on its own. And there is some menu items still listed in the menu that they no longer sell, so pick with caution.
The food tasted good, and the server was very friendly. In assisting with picking substitutes when the menu items we wanted they no longer bad.
It is over priced :(be warned.
Over all, I would come back if I was in the area.
