Ordered my coffee, took my phone out to pay with Starbucks app. The cashiers says they don’t have a scanner.(Eyeballs scanner on register). You don’t have a scanner? «No» replied the cashier. «Do you have the Starbucks card?» «Nope» I replied and walked away. Who carries their card around anymore when the app is readily available on our phones… Time to update your system. Over priced, long line. Save your money, go some where else.

Do not get cold brew here. Its either brewed way to long. Or made improperly. And when you tell the barista that its bad she will be pissed off remaking an iced coffee and not give you your difference in price

Rip off Starbucks(the one on west side off I-15). Skip it. Slow service. Overpriced, even by Starbucks standards. Worst? They tried to charge my husband $ 2 for ice in a venti cup.(He was also buying a coffee). Every other Starbucks I frequent gives you tap/ice water for free, so that really ticked me off. Y

Under staffed out of cold brew coffee, out of almost all items in the pastry case. The line is to the door and the employees are so slow. They have one guy making drinks. This is one of the busiest stops leaving Vegas on a Sunday so any manager would staff the shifts accurately and have plenty of inventory. Yikes!

I am so glad this place is rated so low. It completely deserves it. You’d think it’s a Starbucks, right? How bad can it be? It’s bad! It is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been in, bar none. And rudest! There was a queue of maybe 5 or 6 clusters of people(some had two drinks on the same card type thing) but overall a visibly short line. Not even past the edge of the store. A line that looked like a 5−10minute wait at most. We waited for easily a half an hour. And by the time we ordered our drinks the line was out the door and blocking the traffic moving about the rest of the interior(there are multiple stores and food options inside the same building).
Each time a credit card was used, which was often, it took twice as long as a normal transaction. It was clear the cashier did not know what she was doing. For literally every order one of the other workers had to come over and tell her what to input. At first I thought she was being trained, but a less tactful than I customer bluntly asked and her coworker said no. Wow. That was her normal routine. Let me say that another way– they employ someone who does not know how to work the credit card machine! I mean, this can’t be real. Finally get to order our drink, and the total is over $ 7. Now I know Starbucks is pricey, but it’s not that bad. Apparently the casino that owns this particular Starbucks jacks up the prices because it’s the first stop after a very long stretch of desert. It’d be one thing if it was great service because they know everyone stopping there is on a road trip, but no. The workers are slow, and worse, they don’t care that they are slow. And they still overcharge. Seriously– DONOTGOHERE. There are other stops, including Starbucks just a few miles down the road. You just have to trust that after this stop there will be more and not panic and go here anyway. You will regret it. Trust the Unilocalers!

I will never go there again because all the coffee prices are very expensive than others!

Starbucks with Airport prices inside a gas station, incredible. The only good thing(if is a good thing) you can gamble while drinking your coffee.

I never pay almost $ 6.00 for an ice tea, another .75 when I requested to mot add more water to thinner my tea. Another .50 if I want extra ice. lol. I will just get a soda next time. Never ever come to this location again. Starbucks is Starbucks. Should charge extra since another locations are not. I could leave 0 star if I could.

BEWAREDONOTGOTOTHISSTARBUCKS! I will never ever come back to this starbuck’s again. It was only one person working. The prices were inflated and they don’t accept your starbuck’s rewards card. I don’t understand why they didn’t have someone working the register and someone making the drinks. I am not going to complain about the young guy that was working by himself its obviously not his fault. I am complaining about management not having the proper amount of employees working on a Sunday. When I go back to Vegas I will never stop here again. I will get my coffee before I leave LA. It’s 6 dollars for a tall latte. Are you kidding me?! I could buy a gallon of milk, an espresso maker, and a beans for less. Don’t stop here. Your wallet will thank you.

Don’t go here unless you are in dire need for coffee. The only reason why we came here was because traffic was a b heading back home and because it was double points day. If you read my tip, it sums up the experience. We bought 3 Venti green teas and they made 3 grande green teas. My hubby said that he ordered 3 ventis and the guy who made it just gave him a blank stare. He didn’t even want to correct it. Being that they were so crowded and we had our newborn in the car, we took it as money lost and moved on. What horrible customer service.

Slow service and inflated prices. Why am I not surprised to see so many negative reviews of this place? On the road between Las Vegas and Los Angeles(like a million other people on this particular evening, it would seem) a stop for gas and coffee was needed. The people in charge of this store must know damn well that they’re the only halfway decent coffee shop for miles around, so they’ve jacked up the prices because they can. After waiting in line for twenty minutes or so, I got to the counter and ordered a medium coffee. When it rang up at $ 3.73, I thought I had been charged for two! Nope, they’re just bastards. The coffee was OK though.

To spite the horrible reviews I needed coffee so I stopped in here! No wait guy at the register was nice but the girl he handed my cup to had the nerve to turn to another employee and make a face about the drink I ordered(grande iced chai with 5 pumps of pumpkin)!!! Bottom line drink was good but I wont be back!!!

Jean, NV has one of the most unique attractions in the world… THEWORLD’S SLOWESTSTARBUCKS. I don’t get it… My partner goes to a Starbucks in Goleta, CA that may have 30 people lined up out the door and onto the sidewalk and still you’ll never wait more than ten minutes to get your white chocolate mocha, extra shot, no whip, no foam, no sauce, and with extra virgin unicorn sprinkles harvested from the Ural Mountains($ 5.00 extra). When my bestie and I got into line there was a little college couple, four young friends, and two cute Jewish boys in front of us. Two of the people ahead of us didn’t even order drinks, they each ordered a pastry and that took over 5 minutes. Yeah, we could have just left, we could have just gotten something out of the case. I know, I know. Maybe look at it this way, it’s the Disneyland of Starbucks. You wait like an hour and then you get to experience what it was you came there for. Just so you know though, they will not make you drink like other locations do. That iced caramel macchiato you ordered? Well, they’re going to make you wait ten minutes for it but somehow they can’t find the time to actually mix the drink. Just keep driving.

Like most people this was a pit stop for us on our way back from Vegas. I decided to run in while my friends got gas and was going to buy chips but got excited when I saw a Starbucks inside. I LOVE their spinach feta wrap, so I thought it’d be the perfect snack. First off the boys that work there kept joking around with me. Being really sarcastic etc. but I didn’t care. Then they gave me my wrap and I noticed the middle was SO soggy that the wrap wouldnt even stay together if I took it out of the sleeve, it started to tear so I ate it inside the sleeve. I was nibbling on it really slowly over the next few hours when uh oh– some of the most PAINFUL food poisoning I have ever had in my life. Its a day later and im still having hot flashes, tingling feet, nausea etc and I cant stomach solids. I’m SO angry as that made the already miserable drive back 10x more miserable as I was writhing around in the front seat trying to breathe and not throw up anymore. TERRIBLE. Such a disappointment for this chain. I know this location is in the middle of nowhere Primm but its still a Starbucks isnt it???

Starbucks. Primm, Nevada Same as everybody else. Terrible service. Got there at 8am this morning. 2 staff working and 8 customers waiting. I got out of there at 8:45. Only wanted 2 regular tall lattes. $ 4.25 each out!!! There was no vibe or urgency with the 2 staff members. Starbucks management should go check this out. Terrible

It’s Starbucks! Plopped down in the middle of Jean, NV and offering those great drinks and pastries we crave all the time. Consistent flavors, great friendly service, but prices were a little on the«higher end» due to its touristy location.

What a janky excuse for a Starbucks! A venti caramel macchiato was $ 5.75! Are they crazy? Our two drinks, one with soy, came up to $ 13 when it’s normally about $ 9.95. After the hefty markup, the five chola-esque girls behind the counter were crazy rude! They were all gossiping in Spanish when we approached the counter and continued to chat before finally acknowledging us. They were really loud and obnoxious as they made our drinks and were too busy cackling to tell us which unmarked drink was the soy drink and which was nonfat.
