Incredible entrees including best duck ever. Others enjoyed the elk which was perfectly cooked. Wine list a little iffy. Recommended wines by the glass were so so and a cotes de roussillon was a really bad example. Appetizers varied with bread and olives not a good choice although the olives were fine, but at $ 11 they should have been.

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant. We brought our friends for dinner and they can’t stop raving about the amazing dining experience they had on our last visit! Silviya, our server, provided a level of expertise and professionalism that is beyond measure. We love her! Thank you again for helping us to have a terrific evening with good friends and delicious food!

Customer service here rivals that of the Stuart DMV. Went to dine here(for the second time) tonight. The first time we went was last September — the food was excellent, the service was terrible. It was actually jarring how bad it was, almost comical for a restaurant of this caliber. We were hesitant to come back because the service was so off-putting. Tonight was only a confirmation of how bad it is. Upon arriving there were 2 servers standing there who didn’t bother to greet us, until casually saying ‘oh someone will be with you soon’. A lady showed up shortly on the phone and put her finger up(twice) indicating that we were to wait for her. The restaurant was empty and we had a reservation. We were seated all the way back at an odd table in a corner with Daniel facing a wall — in the coldest part(near the big windows) of the restaurant. We took one look at the menu and quickly realized that not a single menu item had changed since last September. Not one. Not since September. We decided to pass on dinner and try out another place instead. Yes, their food is good, but if you’re seeking good service(as a break from the often poor service in this town) this is not the place to go.

The best restaurant in Jensen Beach, hands down. I have been here multiple times and have consistently had a marvelous dining experience. During my last visit we started with a half loaf of bread(more than enough for two people) which was paired with a tahini hummus, a tangy, salty salsa verde(amazing), and a whole roasted garlic clove. We then split the beet salad which is served with a bed of greens, balsamic vinegar and goat cheese. The salads flavors were so perfectly balanced, amazing. I ordered the duck confit entrée and he had the salmon entrée. Despite our both being stuffed we could not stop eating our meals– we aren’t disgusting humans, it’s just THATGOOD. The food is presented beautifully, every dish is a work of art. The ambiance is gorgeous, dimly lit with candles and a very eclectic floor plan that really transports you. The staff is very well trained and are great in suggesting wine pairings. This spot is perfect for a romantic date night or for celebrating a special evening. Can’t wait for my next visit.

To start I had the fried calamari and black rice fritters… It was good but it was very heavy and I didn’t taste the calamari. As a main entrée I ordered the hanger steak. It was delicious and super tender. The service was sufficient. I would have given 4 or even 5 stars except they didn’t have basic items. The restaurant is pricey and obviously prides itself on exotic dishes but they didn’t even have seltzer water or ketchup and did not allow substitutions. For the price you pay you should be able to get basic things and minor substitutions. Instead you get a side of pretentiousness that can’t be justified.

This place is amazing! We’re in town on a stay-cation about an hour from our house. We found this place based on Unilocal reviews and noticed that the menu was different(I.e. no chicken). I convinced my wife to go here and try something out of the ordinary. We planned on having 2 small plates, then restaurant-hop to somewhere in downtown Stuart for another appetizer. We ordered the Ceviche and Octopus. The Ceviche was great, it had a sweet/tangy/spicy sauce. My wife loved it and she usually shies away from fish. The grilled Octopus was incredible. This was the first tine either of us had tried Octopus. It is by far my favorite dish I’ve ever had. We devoured the small plates so fast and they were so good, we decided to stay for more. We ordered the Escarole Salad and the Elk steak. The salad was pretty good, the calamari on it was one of the best calamari’s I’ve ever had(light flavor on the breading and cooked perfectly). The Elk steak was great. The meat definitely had a different flavor than cow and was very lean, but they pair it nicely with these amazing potatoes and garnish with sweet dressing, so it all went very well together. The potatoes were actually the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. Wife agrees. They were super light and fluffy and flavor very nicely. Oh, back to the Octopus, it was charred and seasoned perfectly. and the sauce was very good. The veggies they serve with it were also seasoned/cooked perfectly and paired nicely with the octopus. We are going to try to make it back there tonight so my wife can try something else out side of her comfort zone.(cuttlefish, pork belly, duck). Overall, the food presentation and thought they put into how they serve and pair their courses is top-notch. I wouldn’t mind making the 1+ hour drive here for dinner for special occasion.

Went there for our anniversary. Very nice spot with great staff. We lucked out since on Wednesdays they allow you to bring in one bottle of wine with no corkage fee. Started with a ceviche dish that was light with just the right amount of tang. Followed by calamari, black bean and rice fritters. Those, while interesting, I could just as well have skipped. Next came a grilled octopus(husband’s choice) which was good. A mixture of tastes and textures which I didn’t expect. We then had an Asian type of baby back ribs. Excellent. We had coffee and dessert of a key lime crème brûlée, best of both. Friends from the area told us how great this place is andwe look forward to returning.

Fantastic hidden gem! The food was perfect. I had the Wagyu hanger steak(small plate) and the Elk(large plate). My wife had the crab cake(small plate) and duck(large plate). The Wagyu was tender that just dissolved once I bit into it and full of flavor, the Elk wasn’t gamey at all(maybe it was a filet with minimal fat), the crab cake was underwhelming since it was over-powered by the Dijon mustard, the duck tasted great with the savory-slightly sweet sauce. To end it all. Their chocolate-peanut butter cake was dense but not overly sweet was the ultimate end point. It tasked like you eating a more sophisticated Resse’s peanut butter cup. A must go for foodies and special occasions.

A quaint renovated house with a fabulous chef and tasty menu. My wife And I celebrated our anniversary in this small romantic restaurant. We opted for the small plates as suggested by our waiter, John. We ordered 4 small plates. The small plates give you a chance to taste many of the chefs offerings. Each dish is paired with a wine. We tried two and we’re very pleased. The marinated Conch was fabulous we also had a barbecue pork on grilled cactus, grilled octopus & mushroom, and a crabcake on a fried green tomato. All of them had wonderful flavor and presentation. We ordered lime infused crème brûlée for dessert and shared it. It was fantastic. We highly recommend this restaurant for small parties. The staff was friendly and the owner Margie(hard G) was very helpful. And if you meet our new friend Dick say hi for us.

4−11−15 Superb service, unique menu. Small plates great for starters or as Tapas. We had the Conch Fritters to open. Great starter with the Schramsberg Brut Champagne. Ended up splitting the $ 58 rib eye and a great beet and goat cheese salad(great taste on the rib eye but pretty fatty too. Certainly large enough for two). Great place/setting for a special occasion.

This place gives off a romantic atmosphere. My babes even congratulated me. He said«Great choice babe. I had a crab cake dish which I didn’t think taste too great! My babes had an Elk dish with mashed potatoes and something else that taste similar to stuffing. I absolutely liked his dish more than mine. It was our first time having Elk and we thought it was pretty good. Really rich textured meat but the taste was different. I gave this place 4 stars because the peanut butter dessert was excellent. Also the owner, waitress and other staff members were so friendly and did not mind educating us on what we were eating. The owner actually lives In a huge two story home behind the restaurant. We thought that house was an exotic hotel or bed and breakfast spot. That fascinates me because her husband is also an employee at this restaurant. He’s the CHEF!

Intimate, romantic, unique menu, and fabulous wine list! I would recommend 11 Maple for date night or special occasions. The restaurant reminds me of when my partner and I lived in NYC. Service is not warm and cozy — there isn’t much chit chat or menu recommendations, but the moment your water glass reaches halfway they fill it and silverware is cleared with military precision in between each course. The atmosphere is cozy but the décor is dated. The star here is absolutely the food. The menu is broken into small plates and large plates. We started with the pork belly(small plate) which was beautifully prepared and very complex in flavor. The beet salad(small plate) was fresh and perfectly paired with warm goat cheese. I had the cuttlefish(small plate) which was a tad on the spicy side but the crispy polenta was done to perfection. My partner had the elk(large plate) which melted in your mouth. We shared the chocolate torte which was underwhelming after such an impressive dinner. 11 Maple is a must, especially for local foodies. Our compliments to the chef!

Atmosphere great, romantic and cozy. Excellent service. We ordered 3 small plates. Ceviche, conch, and pork belly pizza. All were too sweet for me. I could tell 2 of them the pork and conch had the same seasoning. I wanted to love the food but it fell flat. Great presentation, good prices for portion, amazing coffee but food was a disappointment. Sorry chef :(

There’s something very alluring about the fact that you can walk right past this great little spot and fail to even notice its existence. I’ve talked to people that have lived here for years and haven’t heard of it, yet it’s one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Very cozy with a fabulous menu, 11 Maple street is the perfect place for date night. Plan to spend a few dollars, because it’s not inexpensive and you’ll probably want to try a couple of the unique dishes and of course, the wine they are paired with. Don’t worry, it will be well worth it.

Been to alot of amazing restuarants and had alot of amazing food, yet this little place just blew them all away. My wife and I visited 11 Maple Street for her birthday and both agreed this meal may have been the best meal, ever. The service by the wait staff was wonderful and the coziness of the resturaunt gave you the feel that you were simply at someone’s house for a well prepared meal. Many times you eat a great meal and it’s good from a cooked/seasoned/flavor way, however here with each bite you could taste the passion and ownership of the chef’s desire to ensure every plate it unforgetable. One of those places where you want the meal to never end because at some point you have to go, yet so good you can’t stop eating. We had all three courses and all three were amazing. Best plate of the night, the Elk. Wow. Cooked perfectly with amazing, fresh sides, and flavored to perfection. Will definitely come back again and again!

Cozy setting, advant garde menu, expensive high-end dining… The food here is delicious with uncommon food combinations. The prices are higher than what you might spend elsewhere, but you won’t find these same recipes and menu choices anywhere else. The setting is small and cozy and can get somewhat noisy. The wait staff is knowledgeable and pleasant and very attentive. The wine list is extensive. If you can spend the money and want a dining experience then do come here for dinner. Are you a true foodie? Then definitely dine here. We came with another couple and had a very pleasant evening. We sat at a cozy table and ordered from the«small plates» menu. The food quantity is small, not the actual plate. In fact the plates were platters for some choices and we couldn’t fit four on our small round table. We decided to order four small plates for appetizers to share and then each couple ordered an additional small plate to share for dinner. It was more than enough food. Do check the menu online for the selection and prices. We had rare tuna, the hiramassa with ginger, crab cake with fried green tomato, escarole salad with calamari and fennel, the wood grilled octopus with farro, rare grilled wahoo. All menu choices were exceptionally delicious and well prepared and presented. Six small plates, a bottle of $ 48 wine, and three desserts,(all delicious!) and the bill came to $ 208 before tip. For me, this is a special occasion restaurant and we will return. I did not give it the full 5 stars only because of the pretentiousness of the whole experience. I personally feel that calling the meals«small plates» and then bringing out a platter big enough for a turkey with a small amount of food, nicely decorated of course, is still a little silly. The crab cake was smaller in diameter than the fried tomato that is was resting on, and it was $ 20.95. I realize you are paying for the ambience and presentation and uniqueness of the dish, but I thought is was just a little too pretentious for my taste.
