The worst customer service and very rude manager!!! I bought a stereo last week from this location. They charged me for 3 additional parts that is needed for installation. Since they don’t have the installation on this location they referred me to the west ny location. My wife sat an appointment and took the car to install the stereo and and unfortunately they could not install and keep the navigation working. So we wanted to return it and since my wife didnt have my credit card they asked her to go to original store. My wife went back to original store few days later and was treated like a criminal after a long call the manager had to make to ensure she wasn’t lying he was nasty and finally refunded her the price of stereo and refused to refund the other parts and told her she has to go to the west ny store. They want to sell but when things dont work and you want to return a merchandise they treat you like s**t!

Everytime I come here it gets better and better. This time it wasn’t an actual purchase. I needed an item repaired and have had pc richard guys come out. After the second time they immediately issued me and exchange and it was delivered to me the following day. I have to say I was impressed. I have done business with their competitors and I’ve never received an item the following day. Overall my experience there have been phenomenal and I’m definitely telling all of my coworkers one of them build homes and constantly needs appliances so I’m pretty sure Pc richards would be very happy to do business with this him.

Went to PC Richards specifically to pick up a Friedrich 12,000BTU Chill Air Conditioner(none of the big box stores carried Friedrich). Honestly to me the area felt a bit sketchy, but it was fine once I went inside. My sales associate, Andy, was nice, super helpful and gave me the best price I could get without a whole lot of shenanigans. Even the stock guy who loaded the a/c into my car was nice. As Murphy’s Law would have it, there was a broken part on the a/c and the PC Richards receipt said that they don’t take back opened a/c’s and to contact the manufacturer :(. Proceeded with the install, contacted Friedrich, ordered the part and called PC Richards to tell them what happened. The assistant manager, Andrew, said that they would do an exchange(which was great service), but it was already installed and didn’t want the hassle of taking it out.
I waited almost 2 weeks for the part and never received it, so I called Friedrich again only to be told that the part is not available and to return it to PC Richards. Uggh, now it had to be uninstalled. I returned the a/c, the manager, Hani, helped me through the process. He was understanding and yet again, the experience was great right down to the 2nd stock guy who brought my a/c to the car. Hani did push hard for me to buy their extended warranty, but their warranties didn’t rank too well, and the Friedrich a/c has a good warranty already, so I didn’t take it. Bottom line, I really liked the service and I’ll definitely purchase from here again.

Got played by the sales Rep on the price– he made out like he was giving me the deal of the century with $ 30 off MRSP. None of the supervisors cared that he was that way, they towed the company line. Delivery was within the timeframe indicated. The two did their job and left. We tipped them. The sales guy didn’t have a clue about whether or not we could use an extension cord with the AC — the specs say not to use an ungrounded extension which is the cord the guy sold us. We will be returning that right away for a refund. We purchased everything over the phone and used the internet to view the product before agreeing to the sale. That is a good way to go for a person with a disability. The delivery and installation charges are hefty and not consumer friendly. I think mom and pop Richards are in a class way different than us and they have lost touch with our economic reality. So much for their roots.

Spoke to manager and worked out a deal. Although we had a misunderstanding at first they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be shopping here again. It’s good to see a brick and mortar store staying competitive with online retailers.

These horrible people Have the most complicated delivery options $ 50 dollars delivery fee — but I had an emergency and could not be there for the SUNDAY delivery So I said I would pick it up — they said I would have to wait till the following FRIDAY for pick up
