I always forget how bad this place is but am reminded every time I order from here. I’m hoping by writing this review I’ll truly remember how bad this place is. They skimp on all of their rolls. Half my roll was missing the shrimp tempura, instead straight up tempura. Rolls are super dry. 99% of the time they get some aspect of the order wrong. I would like to think I would turn this food down even if it was free. Brianna this is a note to your future self, stop ordering from wild fusion. #dil

Really tasty food, innovative options and fast delivery! My wife and I have ordered food from them twice and they were just perfect. We’ve tried different options(Pad Kee Mow, Fusion Sichewan Chicken, Hot and Sour soup and the dumplings) and they never fail! Strongly recommend!

What a buzzkill on a bar hopping Friday night!! Unfriendly and haughty service where the waiter started by suggesting we read the menu completely before asking questions and ended by complaining that we didn’t tip him enough. The food was nothing to write home about either. Though in all honesty, we didn’t wait too long apart from appetizers and a couple of rounds to stay for dinner. However, don’t think I’m coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this. The waiter for my order wrong twice. Charged me for a meal I didn’t even order. Couldn’t understand the waiter. The service was awful left the food behind.

The food is good, so is the service. Honestly I was wondering why this place only got 3 stars. I have seen worse. Sure, the pad is not the best. I think four is fair but I decide to give a 5 to average up. Recommended.

Went to this restaurant to order take out yesterday. The woman at the front desk was on her cellphone when I walked into the restaurant. Five minutes latter she was still on the phone. Not once during this time did she acknowledge me. She only asked for my order after another worker came to the front for some other reason. I asked her if there was a new owner. I also informed her that in the past the service had always been different. She said«oh, you been here before, you take so long to make your order.» I informed her that I had been there many times. I then ordered a Thai curry dish, mango salad, and spring rolls. The curry was mediocre, but the mango salad was insulting! The thing consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce with a few chunks of mango on top! Past visits to this establishment had always been pleasant. The professional, and friendly service was the main reason I’ve chosen this establishment over restaurants with similar menus. Sorry to loose this place, but I’m most likely not going back.

Over the years I have been a loyal customer, but mostly out of convenience to my home. But they have TERRIBLE service(and sushi) and I will never ever order from them again. After an honest mistake of thinking I had provided a tip to the delivery guy online, and having him shake me down for cash, he screamed at me and stormed off into his car before I could even look for cash in the house. Subsequently I drove the food back to the restaurant even though I was sick, and was provided no help by the staff, only hostility that somehow I myself was in the wrong. These people are horrible scum who have no loyalty to the loyal customers who support them with $ 100s of dollars of our hard earned money. I will never order from them again, and I encourage others to support the better downtown Jersey City Asian food options. There are many many better ones.

We found this marvel of a place in search of good Asian food after a tiring work day. To my surprise this place has a true representation of south east asian food. Be it Satay from Malaysia, Thai curries, Japanese sushis and basic chinese. I am a fan of their fusion thai curry with chicken, it comes with potatoes and beans and the curry is dense in flavour and texture as compared to the light normal coconut based curries. They charge a dollar for their brown rice so that is a little low for me. Amazing prawn spring rolls and green tea. We also tried their jumbo shrimp satay which was average — nothing fancy. I recommended this place to a few other friends and they are a fan already! Ambience — pretty decent, candlelit tables and friendly staff. Quaint place with less focus on music and more on talking. I like it that way.

Went in to grab lunch to go yesterday and the lady was friendly and helpful. She told me they couldn’t swap california rolls in the lunch combo though wehh I hate cali rolls. But anyway, I ordered the shrimp and broccoli and less than ten minutes later I was on my way with my lunch. The food was good, nothing extremely special in flavor but it was a good portion and came out very quick.

I’ve been to this place many times but lately they are lacking in service. Even though the place wasn’t full we had to wait for quite sometime for our server to come to us. The Pad Thai is pretty good and so is the sushi. Great spot though! Nothing special but worth trying.

Ordered delivery. Hit and miss. The sushi(out of control roll) was actually really good. The eel was awesome and it was warm… The baby chicken wings were different and pretty good but not amazing. The chicken pad thai on the other hand was very disappointing. Lacked flavor and the chicken wasn’t very good. It was a little annoying that the delivery guy asked me to come outside of my building to meet him. He said there was no parking but he just had his car in a no parking zone, which I imagine delivery people do all the time… I’ve never had any other delivery people complain. Yeah it’s JC… there’s no parking. so be prepared to put on shoes!!! and maybe even pants.

Everything was so flavorful and yummy. What I like too is the sodium level doesn’t seem to be that much. We ordered too much food. Apps: diced tuna with mango n honey roasted wings.(Diced tuna app is a very small proportion, just an fyi) main dishes: sizzling tofu, shrimp panang curry, garlic roasted salmon, and Java fried rice which was excellent, right amount of kick. Washed it down with Thai iced tea. Yum. Def going back.

Dropped in as I was a walking around near Grove St. and I was pleased with my choice. Tried the Pan Fried Chicken and it was tasty. Several other dishes on the menu looked quite good so I may have to come again when I am in town again.

Sometimes Asian Fusion spots can be tricky. They don’t specialize in one thing all too well. Yes, it’s nice to have lots of options under one roof. However, sometimes when you’re craving sushi you just want a classic Japanese spot, or when you have a hankering for pad see ew it’s nice to eat at a thai restaurant. It is what it is. Last night we were craving Japanese, and Wild Fusion just didn’t do the trick. We wanted to try Teppan, but it was closed for renovation and caught in a late night bind, Wild Fusion came to the rescue. We started out with curry puffs and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were really yum — filled with lots of little shrimps and veggies. Too bad I didn’t order my own, next time I’m not sharing! The curry puffs, not so yum. They were really dried out and there was only a teeny section in the center filled with meat, the rest was just a burnt puff shell. The BF wasn’t wowed with his sushi selections. I’m not one to judge because I don’t really eat sushi, but he didn’t finish his yellowtail and spicy salmon rolls, which is reaallllyyyyyy unusual. I wasn’t thrilled with my cold sesame noodles either. I ordered the noodles mild and they were served spicy, which I just can’t do. After two bites I was done– spice is a deal breaker for me. I actually really wish that I liked spicy food. It’s kind of a bummer because my distaste for it can really limit my dining options. I just can’t handle it! I’ll try Wild Fusion again when I’m looking for a more traditional Chinese dish. For now, I’m still on the hunt for a go-to Thai and Sushi spot in the Grove Street area.

I ordered the two sushi lunch special Alaska and spicy tuna, along with a shrimp tempura roll. Everything taste fresh and delightful! They forgot my salad a little annoyed so I’ll be calling them to let them know after I’m done eating. Delivery was fast although I do live down the street :)

The best thing about this place is that it was all empty except me and four of my friends who went here on Thanksgiving night! So the service was super fast! Our server was super friendly and so prompt! We ordered a lot of dishes, and the only one I wouldn’t recommend is the Golden Fried Tofu. It is just that this dish is a little dry for my taste and the 6 – 7 pieces of fried tofu just serve as monotonous! This place has plenty of vegetarian options! Try the sweet potato roll in the Sushi section if you get a chance! My friends ordered the Hot Lover’s roll and they liked it a lot too. For the main course, we ordered the Pork Fried Rice(spice level is excellent!), Pad Kee Mow, General Tso Chicken(ended up only having the succulent chicken, not the rice), String Beans(this is superb), Prik Khing(not so good, and the shrimp version came with just 4 shrimps!) Overall, the ambiance was great, and it is a good place to hangout and try some new dishes.

So I wanted to meet a few friends for dinner in Jersey City, but wanted the night to be as simple as possible. Wild fusion was a good choice for simple. To continue on with the simple theme of the night I ordered a spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll. As expected, it was simple — decent sushi. The nice thing about this place is they have one of the lowest mark ups for a wine bottle I’ve ever seen. $ 15 for a house red or white. Yeah, so we got that! They have an extensive menu, so if you’re craving generic American-Chinese favorites, they’re all on here. My friend ordered the Thai shrimp fried rice which was really spicy. They have pretty big portions for their entrees. And if you want elaborate sushi rolls, those too.

Was really pleasantly surprised with my delivery experience from here. First of all, the food arrived in 30 minutes which is super fast for most JC places and under the 45 – 50 minutes I was quoted. It was also very hot and tasted fresh. The best thing was definitely the steamed pork dumplings. These were really excellent, much better than I expected, and probably some of the better dumplings I’ve had in New Jersey. The sauce that came with them was the perfect balance of sweetness and vinegar also.(Mini) pork soup dumplings were alright, but nothing super special. Eggplant with garlic sauce was pretty good as well, though very similar to other restaurants I have had it at(not a bad thing). This is a solid choice for food, at least for delivery since I am not sure how eating at the restaurant having never been there. Usually I am skeptical of these fusion places that serve multiple cuisines as my experience has been that they are not very good at any particular thing. At least in terms of what I ordered, I was happy with my food; they also have sushi and some thai options.

We arrived at 7PM for dinner and no one else was in the place, this immediately raised my suspicion about how the quality of food may have changed since the last time I ate at this asian fusion restaurant. And just as I suspected the quality of the chicken satay went from whole pieces of sliced chicken breast with very nice seasonings to little tiny chunks of chicken that was poorly seasoned and sour. We shared a trio sample of dumplings and I think they were essentially a third of the size of steamed dumplings from previous visits. Another place where I think they’re cutting back on quality. I have to say the eggplant and garlic sauce was absolutely delicious as was my Thai iced tea. The server was very nice. The prices remain reasonable the ambience and the core continues to be pleasant and comfortable. As always parking is always a challenge on Grove Street.
