We usually love having Sunday breakfast here. But the last time we went was disappointing. We decided to treat ourselves to a cappuccino. When it came out it was cold. Our waitress made 2 more. But, although hot, obviously had no espresso in them whatsoever. Either the waitress want trained or they use some sort of powdered mix that tastes like hot water and Coffeemate. Stick to regular coffee here! The meal was delicious!

Until today, I’ve never had an eggs benedict that didn’t need salt and pepper. The entire meal was amazing. Darnell was my server and he was fantastic! Great customer service and attention to detail. He made my first time here a wonderful experience. I will be returning!

Floridian omelette was delicious and our server was very pleasant and attentive. Lots of omelette options so our choices were very difficult, and it was also a little pricey but all in all it was a decent breakfast

I have been to several locations before and from start to finish this has been the worst experience. We put our name on the wait list after 40 min. We where paged up then told there was a confusion and they paged the wrong people when the people walked up behind us and got seated right away. I ordered a vanilla latte and got a mocha latte. Other people in my party ordered a «hot chocolate«when we got it it was cold! I asked the server and her response was it not hot chocolate it’s just steamed milk. After all of that I placed an order For over easy eggs and of course the yolk was broken what’s the point ??? At this frustrating point I was very upset and asked for the manager and that also never happened. We asked 2 times. We couldn’t even get a refill on coffee until we asked. Bad food Bad service And the management team does not care.

They’ll want your cell phone, name, address and social in exchange for a pager to be seated. You’ll wait with empty tables. Was told 20 min wait and 40 went by and never paged. Others were seated before even though they arrived after. Front staff = very inexperienced kids

Yes they were busy, but over a 40 minute wait for food. When it did come they forgot part of my order. I guess because they tried to rush the order, the eggs were very runny.

I didn’t expect to be disappointed from a popular spot such as this and I wasn’t. It’s in the plaza with another favorite local spot of mine, Kitchen of Atlanta. It’s pretty similar to Egg Harbor Café(which might be the reason for«Another» in their title?). We were greeted by a friendly hostess. There were only about 5 other people in there considering it was a weekday brunch. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and since there weren’t many customers she chatted with us some as well. We got the Popeye Scramber($ 10.69), which is scrambled eggs with bacon, spinach, onions and Monterey cheese. It comes with an English muffin and breakfast potatoes. We also got the Southwest Scrambler($ 10), which contains chorizos. It comes with quac and 2 flour tortillas so make a breakfast burrito type thing. Both dishes were very good. The sweet potato pancake($ 9) was the size of a frisbee. You get one piece but it’s pretty large. Those few soggy spots are just sweet potatoes so don’t fear. It comes with some marmalade, which I personally found too sweet. The food took longer than I expected considering how slow but it wasn’t unbearable. The place can hold about 80 or so. That’s not including the patio seating. There is a bar with 2 TVs but I don’t think they have alcohol. It’s a pretty nice design overall. It’s a corner spot so it gets good lighting. All in all it’s a great breakfast or lunch spot(they have a decent lunch menu). I would recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day brunch. We got there around 1:30 and waited 20 minutes to be seated. Our server, Pam, quickly came over and apologized about the wait and explained how busy they were. It was our first time so she explained the whole menu to us and recommended some favorites! I I ordered the Lobster & Brie omelette which was so delicious, their country potatoes that came with it were awesome. My boyfriend ordered the cinnamon roll French toast which was a little too much and sweet for me but great for someone with a sweet tooth! Pam was an awesome server, she was sweet and funny. It was very busy and she made us feel like we were her only table. We will definitely be back soon. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Went here this morning with wifey. Best place to start off valentine weekend. All I will say is that you need to be ready for an eating experience. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic meal. Darnell was our server so I’d recommend asking for him. He went through the menu and made great recommendations, all of which we loved. I’ll be back but just with more people. It was too good not to share.

The best place for brunch! Be sure to to get there early. You have to have a mimosa and don’t forget the grits! Seriously!!! The service is awesome! The food is always fresh. Everything is delicious, but my favorite is the Chez B’s Omelette. Another Broken Egg feels like Cheers, but it’s better because they have pancakes! Do not miss out!!!

I’ve been here about five or six times and it’s always a bit underwhelming as far as breakfast places go. Staff is always very nice! I absolutely love the beignets and have gotten it as an appetizer(or just for my meal) every time I’ve been here. However, even though it looks like a pretty normal breakfast restaurant, there is something always something a bit off about their food. One time I had their gourmet french toast with fruit on top, but it was just strawberry/blackberry/blueberry-syrup with berry preserves on top and I couldn’t even have more than a few bites because it was soaked in this bad-tasting fruit syrup(and I love a lot of normal maple syrup on my french toast, but this was just weird). I have enjoyed my food here about 75% of the time, but when it’s bad… it’s bad. They have a lot of seafood on their menu/incorporated into normally-seafood-free dishes, which is definitely unusual for a breakfast place. I thought that was cool at first, but it just usually doesn’t turn out well(as one would expect).

The food here is a hit or miss. I wouldn’t suggest coming here on Sunday for breakfast or brunch though. The wait is SOLONG. The service here is terrible. I have been here a couple of times and I have always been disappointed with the servers as well as the hostesses. None of them seem to have any idea what they’re doing. I did enjoy the Lobster Omelette with Brie the first time I went, but the second time it was not so good. They also forgot to add the Brie the second time. Overall I like this place but I probably won’t be going back for a while.

The food here is always amazing! Usually, we hit up the location in Dunwoody because we live more that way but this time this location. I went with my parents Sunday for breakfast with my parents. It was the 1st time for my Dad because my Mom and I have been plenty of times. We are definitely foodies and I had to come here for a brunch. First, my Dad was a but skeptical about eating here once he saw the million children with their parents. Glad we stayed! We were seated in the back away from it all. Our Waiter Darnell was really attentive and sweet. He made the experience great. Especially, for my Dad who is very picky. He order the Floridian omelette which has crab meat in it and he said it came out perfect. Minus the cream cheese because he doesn’t like cream cheese. He had it with some yumm looking silver dollar pancakes. My Mom decided to try the french toast & they were definitely huge and delicious. I decided to try the Mardi Gras omelette this time & it was perfect. It was not cold but hot off the grill as it should be. They give you plenty of crawfish so no complaints. Again, I can’t wait to go here again but try something new next time. Darnell definitely made the experience great. The way he was flirting with me I hope he was single lol. Great job management on a quick turn-around, quick service, excellent food, and great servers :) :)

$$/4 price wise, The food is good but somewhat limited and uneven at times. Service is so Friendly We’ve always had great service Darryl and another lady with a southern accent are great. We’ve had bananas foster waffle-wonderful delicious, hey Lucy– it was good, Our favourite which we almost always get is the smoked salmon Benny yum, traditional andouille sausage-very good, crabstack –always a favorite of ours, kids meal always pleaser, beignets are good but sometimes just too sweet, cinnamon roll-not very good, lobster shrimp roll-not good at all very dry, smoked salmon Benny — very good always favorite of ours, jicama slaw-terrible runny and I felt sick. Potatoes are always so dry. Would recommend this place and we would definitely go back.

Almost 8 months later, and this location just gets better! Today, our server was Darnell. Such an awesome guy; ask for him if you make it here! He offered beignets, which we passed on, but he makes a DELICIOUS Bloody Mary! Today the menu was Huevo Ranchero with chorizo, and the Southwest Burger… every.single.thing.was.yummy. Just so good. The tortillas were crispy on the Huevos, and the Southwest burger was super-fiery with the fresh jalapenos… I subbed the City Grits for my potatoes, and they were AWESOME!!! Really cheesy, and who doesn’t like bacon??? The service just keeps getting better, and the food is always amazing, no matter how long you wait… they don’t send garbage out of the kitchen just to satisfy the corporate standard of a low ticket time… it’s good, or you don’t get it, end of story. We always happy when we come here… you will be too… no regrets whatsoever.

We decided to try this place out since we were looking for a Brunch spot in the Johns Creek area(our friends were coming from Dacula). After a ton a research and help from fellow Unilocalers, we gave it a go. Wait wasn’t long,(30 mins or less on a Saturday, not bad), We were promptly seated and proceeded to order. Our waiter actually brought us some free appetizers, which we enjoyed. Later came our entries. Got the Floridian Omelet, which was ok to me. Never had an omelet where all ingredients are placed on top of the eggs vs mixed inside like every other place, but, it was good. Overall, we will probably try it again sometime. but with Egg Harbor down the road, makes it a difficult decision!

Johns Creek has a few good brunch spots already and this location of Another Broken Egg Café recently opened in the area. It is located in the Johns Creek Walk shopping center which has a bunch of other restaurants and shops. It replaced Keso’s Mexican grill that used to be there. My buddy and I decided to check out Another Broken Egg on an early Saturday afternoon. The restaurant to my surprise was fairly empty on this weekend afternoon. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were immediately seated by the hostess but our server didn’t show up for several minutes. Once we got our drink orders, it took another several minutes to place our food order. I decided to order a healthier meal option and went with the Southwest scramble that contained breakfast chorizo but asked for egg whites. I opted for fruit for an additional $ 1.50 as my side after asking what fruit was given and our server told us watermelon, grapes, pineapple, and oranges. The menu here is pretty typical for a brunch spot with omelettes, skillets, eggs benedict, pancakes, sandwiches, salads, etc… Our food was brought out without delay but our server never came to check on us to see how it was or anything. The food itself was pretty bland I must say as it lacked flavor and the portion size was small compared to other brunch spots. Luckily, it came with salsa so I used that to add some flavor. My buddy asked for a side of hollandaise sauce to add some more flavor to his scramble. As for my side of fruit, only 2 of the 4 fruits that our server mentioned were actually included. It was actually a mix of grapes, pineapple, honeydew melon, and cantaloupe so I was a little annoyed that inaccurate information was given. At the end of the meal, we had to flag down our server just to get our checks since we hadn’t seen our server since he took our orders. My check was over $ 11 before tax and tip for a similar meal I could have got at another local brunch spot for a few dollars less. Also my buddy’s hollandaise sauce also cost extra apparently as it was added on to his check so that was a bit shocking For a brunch place in Johns Creek, I was pretty disappointed in the overall experience at Another Broken Egg Café. The service was poor and the food quality was also lacking. I will probably end up coming here again to give it another chance and hopefully it will be much better next time around…

I was BLESSED to join my handsome Hubbs for breakfast this morning during the Friends & FamiLy soft opening. I will preface this review by stating that this my 1st experience with«ABEC» and this review is strictLy my own. The door opened before we reached it by a pretty young Lady and her beaming smiLe. After weLcoming us to «ABEC» she directed us to the hostess who matched her enthusiastic weLcome. We were seated and immediately greeted by our server, KC [femaLe] who pLaced the icing on top of the greeting. From beginning to end, KC was refreshingLy friendLy, warm, inviting, compLimentary, and an overaLL JOY to have as our server. My Hubbs began with his favorite as an app: Friend Green Tomatoes and a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake on a bed of fresh spinach, topped with goat cheese, red peppers and creoLe remouLade sauce. In my Hubbs own«I Like it» words, «That was Quite Tasty CLark!» Onward, Hubbs was bLown away by his Bananas Fosters ButtermiLk Pancakes & Turkey Sausage Links I, Honey Spice as my Hubbs caLLs me, sinked my teeth into the Jumbo GLUTEN-FREE Bananas Foster Pancake, which was Ooh-La-La and WOWza! PerfectLy seasoned by the New OrLEans styLe sauce, Bananas, Pecans & Whipped Cream. My ScrambLed Eggs with Red Onions & Red Peppers was ridiciousLy good, aLmost as good as mine. Did I mention the turkey sausage was stinkin goooooood! PERK: The GLUTEN-FREE pancakes are made in-house fresh to order, which is a positive for me. I don’t care for restaurant juice, yet today I craved OJ, which tasted just Like a fresh peeLed orange, puLp and aLL … Refreshing! There was one other GLUTEN-FREE item, which I can’t recaLL. HopefuLLY, «ABEC» wiLL add more dedicated GLUTEN-FREE menu items, untiL then, U can advise your server of any/aLL food aLLergies, which they are more than haPPy to accommodate. «ABEC» is a WELCOME addition to Johns Creek WaLk!
