Their burgers are good, but my only complaint is that they are a bit small in their size. Also, they very thinly slice their fries which I’m not a fan of because you don’t get full from eating them. They have creative burgers and their food taste good but its a bit pricey for the sizes they give you,

Outstanding food. The burgers are the best I have had in a very long time. The shakes are just as good. A great addition to our area

They have a gluten free menu and great gluten free buns for the burgers. All the condiments are labeled if the are gluten free or not. Sunday’s are busy.

Another burger 21 location. Having to drive by this place everyday from work is def tough. Nothing beats a good burgers and milkshake after a long day of work! A good option to add to the johns creek area.

Burger 21 has expanded quite a lot over the years, and has finally reached the suburbs of Johns Creek. Walking in, the interior is modern and clean, typical of most gourmet style burger joints nowadays. What I really enjoy is their sink in the dining area, something you don’t see a lot in restaurants. Near the back, you find the register to one side where you order, and a bar to the far side. There’s also a really nice condiment bar in the back, as well as a coke freestyle machine. I ordered The Bacon Cheesy medium rare, which is topped with red onion, applewood bacon, American, lettuce and tomato on a brioche style bun. While the burger was cooked a little more rare than I would’ve liked, the burger overall had a really nice balance, and was a classic bacon cheeseburger. My friend also ordered a side of fries which we shared, which were cooked well and had just the right amount of seasoning. My only gripe is the pricing. I don’t have anything to hate with these newer burger joints, but the portion sizes are just too small for the price I’m paying. Smashburger has similar pricings, but the burgers are a lot more filling than the one I had here. I want to try more of the burgers another time, and maybe tack on an extra star in the future.

Great burger joint! If u like quality meat go to burger21! They use angus meat. The size of the fries is pretty small dough! A size large is very small — get a basket

I came in for lunch one rainy weekday, hoping to try out this new place. I was pleasantly surprised! My husband and I ordered our burgers at the counter and sat down with our number. I headed to the sauce bar and grabbed a couple cups of chipotle mayo, Thai ketchup, Cajun, and even toasted marshmallow sauce. Once my burger and fries came out(I ordered the basic burger on the top of the menu), I tasted the sauces with the fries and each one was tasty! The burger tasted fresh too! I opted for lettuce buns instead of bread(to be a little more healthy). Overall, I really liked Burger 21 and will be back– I especially like how they have a sauce bar so you can try a little of each!

2.5 stars really. $$/4 pricewise, clean modern new location, service was friendly fast and polite Ordered the mushroom burger — tasteless and felt it really wasn’t well done the way I liked it, black and blue — with the Fried egg — OK to good, kids cheeseburger — OK, burger 101 lettuce bun– OK, French fries — tasted powdery I guess, OK they were like McDonald’s fries really, Have a chocolate milkshake — is OK All in all it was an OK experience I wasn’t really blown away however for the price it should’ve been much better eight dollars for a hamburger six dollars for a child’s or regular burger it really should’ve been much better. Good try the various sauces tried the marshmallow, chipotle, honey mustard it was OK. Overall I just found the burgers taste less either not having enough seasoning or something I’m not really a burger person but if I had to choose between this place or Bobby cheeseburger up the road, I would probably go to Bobby cheeseburger. Still I think red Robin makes a much better burger at this price point Would not recommend and would probably not go back. Sorry I really wanted to like this place

I stopped in out of curiosity this past Wednesday about 11:30AM. The first thing I asked was if they have real french fries cut on property and deep fried. As opposed to fake, or bag fries. They happily said yes. I ordered a Cinco burger cooked medium-well. The order arrived very quickly. That should have been a clue. The fries were light tan, mushy inside and identical in size. The only taste I got from the burger was the jalapenos. It was not close to medium-well; more like medium-rare. I wish that I had an instant read thermometer for the beef. Also«show me the potatoes» would have been a good move.

Another burger chain in the burger fi mold. Basically, everyone is trying to rip off the success Shake Shack, and this is another one that has done it all backward. Burger 21 seems to fit the mold of developing their product from the outside in. Meaning they come up with a nice trendy décor, freestyle machines, and funky hook like a shake bar, but leave the actual food for last. They have a «sauce bar» with 8 or so sauces that I promise you, come straight out of a can and are most definitely not made in house. The ranch is 100% not hidden Valley Ranch, and is really bad. Mainly, the sauces are sodium bombs across the board. Burgers, meh… ordered 2, both medium. One came out medium well, the other, medium rare, bordering or rare. I mean, very wet and very pink in the middle. Fries are frozen and skinny. Precisely the same things sold at my high school 15 years ago. That is not a compliment. Worst of all, we were there early on Sunday morning, right after opening. Placed order then went to wash my hands. The bathroom was a joke. Obviously not cleaned the night before. Urine all over the seat and on the floor. I would wager I had to be the first person to use it that morning, based on the timing. That’s the kind of thing that shows no commitment to quality. Skip this place. It’s overpriced and underwhelming. Even 5 guys is better.

3.5 — round up, I guess. It’s located in a new area of Johns Creek and I’ve heard a lot about it lately. This place is a new modern spin on burgers and shakes. I ordered the Black and Bleu burger(7.99), fries(2.59), and a reg/large Salted Caramel Pretzel shake(5.49). Lots of savory tastes, but a little over priced for my liking.

I was already a Burger21 fan and tonight’s experience made me a die hard fan. Customer Service is lacking in so many establishments. Everything was delicious as usual aside from an extended wait on one burger and a burger that was over cooked. We didn’t even complain and corrective action was taken by Kiki the manager. Not only did she make sure we received our burger cooked to order, she also offered us a burger coupon with an apology expressing their strict standards and took care of tonight’s check. I was returning with or without the bonus and future burger, but what a class act. I recently had a not so great customer experience with Zoe’s Norcross across from The Forum. The gentleman daytime manager is lacking customer service so badly that it makes you shake your head never wanting to return to that location. BTW Zoe’s at The Forsyth Ave /The Commons has excellent customer service, awesome employees and quality fresh food. Thank you Kiki… Burger 21 is fortunate to have you as one of their managers. See you soon!

Another entry into the realm of «fast casual» restaurants. Simple menu focusing in on their strength… juicy, tasty burgers with good shoestring fries. I chose the black and blue burger. It was served to a perfect medium rare temp. It was pungent(due to the melting bleu cheese) housed within a good brioche bun that soaked up the juices of the meat. They also offered a multitude of dipping sauces for fries and rings, so you could really have an adventure of flavors, if you choose. Solid concept, well executed, reasonable prices.

Great burger joint. Bright and inviting inside with great customer service. Burger was tastey and not over-priced but priced perfectly unlike zin burger which is a rip off. I’d go back to this place over and over again for sure.

A BURGERJOINTWHERETHEFRIESAREBETTERTHENYOURBURGER! IFYOUWANTYOURBURGERCUSTOMIZED… This is TRULYNOTTHEPLACEFORYOU. If you are looking for under season meat with an over priced ticket by all means you won’t be disappointed. Today I came in wanting a great burger… After reading the reviews I decided to choose this establishment… We came in greeted by the friendliest people… Enjoyed an old fashion root beer and fries that were beyond amazing… I asked for a WELLDONE burger… Yes, you might see it as me over cooking the burger but due to my health conditions… I wanted well done! I get the burger and it’s far from what I ORDERED! After waiting for them to fix the problem… I elected to leave… But before leaving I was offered to come back with a free burger on them…-after going back home and hours later… I decided to go back and give it another try… This time I made it clear EXTRAWELLDONE!!! I get the burger back and AGAIN it’s red inside!.. I called the manager over… He explains that was well done… But will be more then happy to fix the burger. My question if I said what I wanted the first time why should I have to repeat myself?! After getting frustrated and not understanding why everyone else knows what well done is but this establishment… I’ve elected this is not the place for me. Really hate that because I really liked the sides. The saying,“CUSTOMERSAREALWAYSRIGHT.” DOSENTMEAN A THINGATTHISSPOT…

Order at the register where you’ll get a number card to place on your table, and they deliver your food when it’s ready. Keep in mind that everything is a la carte, so make sure you pay attention to prices. We got there on a Sunday right around noon. It wasn’t very busy and our food came out fast, but about 30 minutes later, the line was out the door! Customer service was superb. Seemed like everyone was eager to help, and the girl at the register was really nice and helpful. The people delivering our food were great as well, and made sure we had everything we needed. They also are quick about cleaning the tables when you get done eating. When it got busy & the line starting going out the building, an employee even went and held the door open while greeting customers, and was answering menu/ordering questions. I was impressed! Here’s what I ordered: –Burger 101($ 5.99) — [certified angus beef, lettuce, tomato, toasted brioche bun] I ordered my burger medium done, and was able to add onions at no additional cost. You also have the options of mayo, ketchup, and/or mustard. I opted for all three. My burger was cooked perfectly, tasted good, and paired well with the toasted brioche bun. I really enjoyed it. Keep in mind that it’s definitely greasy, but in best way! Luckily there are plenty of napkins at each table, AND there’s even a hand washing station located next to the exit. Such a nice touch! –Half & Half Fries Basket($ 6.49) — [1 lb basket of french fries/sweet potato fries] I personally prefer thick-cut fries, but I still enjoyed Burger 21’s thin-cut fries! Crispy on the exterior, and not too greasy. I think I enjoyed the sweet potato fries a little more than the original, but it’s a close race. I’m a big fan of the sauce bar they have as well! They have 10 different sauces to choose from. The Thai Ketchup, Ragin Cajun, Apple Cider, and Toasted Marshmallow sauces are all good choices! I do wish that they had smaller half & half basket options. The only size they have is the 1 lb basket, and that was way too much for just the two of us.

I haven’t actually eaten there yet, but apparently, this is a new burger place and the dental office my girlfriend works at received coupons for free burgers of their choice, so she brought me home an Ahi Tuna burger. Words can’t explain how good that thing was! The burger was so clean and light, yet filling! To put such a creative twist on a burger made me a believer in this place! I don’t think it’s right to give the place 5 stars yet until I actually see the venue, but I will be paying this place a visit to try more burgers like the one I tried today1

Not the best first impression. This location in Johns Creek is one which recently opened in a newly developed area on Medlock Bridge Rd, near Johns Creek Pkwy. I walked in to place a takeaway order consisting of a Burger 101(GF), regular small fries(GF) and a small cookies and cream milkshake. Although I have no requirements for a gluten-free diet, I wanted to try something I would not usually order. I find it odd that the Burger 101 does not include onion by default. It only comes with lettuce and tomato. I requested mayonnaise and onion, but the onion was not included — not a big deal. More importantly, was the taste of the burger; I have tasted better. Maybe this was a one-off experience, but it tasted overly salty to me. The fries were good and the cookies & cream milkshake which is made with Oreo is good also. Before my order was submitted, a member of the staff advised me that the milkshake comes with whipped cream, I opted to have that omitted. The members of the staff were courteous and friendly. Although I was not impressed with the core product on my first visit, I will give this location another chance at a later date, particularly since there are chicken and seafood options that look appetizing.
