Cheeseburger Bobby’s

The burger here was average, definitely not the best I’ve ever had and nothing I would really think twice about. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger and it was okay. The mushrooms was a bit overly seasoned because it was salty. One thing I did like though was that the buns were toasted and a little buttery and the edges had a nice little crisp to it. My boyfriend got the Smokehouse burger which includes BBQ sauce on it and I thought his tasted better than mines. We also shared a basket of fries which wasn’t very much for the both of us. So if you’re a french fries lover I suggest getting your own basket. However, I would like to add that the service was great though!

It’s a good burger. Nothing to write home about. Nice people behind the counter. I like the burger bar. You can make a little salad if you so desire. Good place for lunch. Maybe a little pricey but it’s fresh.

Fries are great, Burgers are big, and the Gluten-​free can sigh in relief. Prices are awesome and this place is better than Five Guys.

Went today for the first time and I’m glad I did! The service was great and fast! The burger was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the toppings bar is awesome! And on top of that, the prices were excellent! Definitely going back!

Fun little setup here. I like it! Order at the counter, and you’ll receive a buzzer to notify you when your food is ready. Once your burger is ready, proceed to the toppings bar to personalize your burger. I ordered Bobby’s Classic Cheeseburger ($ 4.69) with a side of Onion Rings ($ 2.99).
The toppings bar has your typical burger and hot dog toppings (they sell hot dogs, too). This includes shredded lettuce, romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, pickles, tomato, onions (chopped or sliced), banana peppers, jalapeños, relish.
They also have a lot of sauces (ketchup, mayo, mustard, bobby’s sauce, etc.) in those big dispensing pump containers. ANDDD there’s even several seasonings/​seasoning salts set out for you to put on your french fries/​onion rings!
I wouldn’t say the food is amazing, but it hit the spot. That, plus the friendly workers and countless options to personalize, makes me a fan of this place! There’s also a lot of booths and tv’s in here. I would come back! :)

Poor customer service.
I used a coupon the other day for «99 cent kids meal per adult meal purchase». I purchased 2 adult meals and two kid’s meals. They only discounted one kid’s meal. When I went back to the register to fix it, the cashier was nice, but his supervisor was really rude. She talked down to me like I was stupid and told me I was wrong and insisted several times that the discount could only be used for one kid’s meal. Finally, she talked to her manager, found out that I was right, and refunded me without ever saying she was sorry. I used to eat there once in a while, but never again. I can’t stand rude service.

Good food but I don’t like that they give all the tips in the tip jar to the manager and not the employees… Greedy much?

Wow! I live nearby and today was my first visit. I have watched this business since it opened and thought it wouldnt be very good. 40 minutes ago i ate my words, so to speak.
I got the black and blue burger and fries. The fixings station was good quality and well stocked. The people working were efficient and nice.
I will be returning with friends and family and show them this gem.

Came here a few months ago so may have changed but the girl who took my order was very rude and rushed me. Prices are a little high but the burgers are thick and juicy and very good. Also the toppings bar is GREAT! No more asking for «extra this» or «no that». I will most likely be back for the food but the prices and service let much to be desired.

I enjoyed the food, the burgers are made to order and tasted very fresh. There is a large number of items to put on your burger. I enjoyed the fries the most, they are made fresh NOT frozen and they are done right crispy on the outside and perfectly done on the inside. The resterant is clean and well maintained, they have a nice outside seating area. We will be back.

Absolutely LOVE Bobby’s!!! For me these are the best burgers around. Fries are a little inconsistent but best when they are crispy. The chocolate dipped custard is to die for. I only wish they would add some caffeine free drinks for us older folks who can’t drink caffeine.

Popular lunch spot in the Johns Creek/​Suwanee area. This a decent size restaurant with ample seating for a lot of people. You have options to sit inside or outside.
The food here is typical American style burger dining. You have burgers, fries, onion rings, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and milkshakes. One of the cool things is that they have a DIY toppings bar which make the decision to choose topping less difficult since you can just take your time deciding on your own. The burgers are all beef patties that tasted like they had some quality to them compared to fast food burger joints like BK or Mcds.
One complaint is the service. Not sure if the staff who is working there during the summer is new or not, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed by the big line. During my visit the cash register stop accepting credit cards so everyone had to pay for cash. They could’ve just rebooted the machine and that would’ve fixed the problem, but they decided not too. Also a recommendation to them is to have a 2^nd register available for these type of situations. Last complaint is that the cashier did not give me a work discount even though I mentioned it, said he applied it, but never did.
Overall, not a bad spot for lunch. If you’re in the mood for a burger and don’t want to go to anywhere to0 fast foody, this isn’t a bad spot to hit up.

The burgers are average, bit on the greasy side. The fries were also greasy and kinda soft. The A/​C must have been broken, because it was hot in there. There are a lot of flies and had to cover my food with napkins, so they wouldn’t land on it. I probably will not come back.

I love their food but the place is infested with flies! This has been a problem for several months. The second problem is No A/​C for 3 weeks. Don’t go there until Summer is over because it is very hot inside and uncomfortable. Not sure why this place is not dealing with these obvious problems?
None of the other restaurants in the area have these problems.

In town on business, so I thought I’d give it a try. Great burgers, fast and very friendly service (which is becoming rare these days), and very tasty shakes. I love their toppings bar that allows you to add whatever you want. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

This place is soo good! I got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and my boyfriend got the double cheeseburger with onion rings. Everything was made to order and so FRESH! My favorite thing is how you can put your own toppings on your burger at the little toppings bar. All the toppings were fresh. The lettuce was so green, i almost cried haha. I tried my boyfriend’s onion rings and they were tasty. I liked it a bit better than five guys. We were very satisfied and will be back next week. Only downside is how crowded the place was, but with yummy food, i expect it.

Always a good meal. This place has never disappointed me.
The toppings are fresh. The burgers are large and juicy. The soft buttery bun is oversized to make sure it fits the burger. The fries are fresh cut. Fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Bonus: they have Old Bay to sprinkle on the fries! Love that!
The service is always great. The restaurant is super clean. The patio is pleasant with flower pots scattered throughout.
If you want a seriously good, fresh burger… Skip fast food and go directly here. You will not be disappointed!
I usually get the veggie burger and it’s cooked on a separate flat top than the meat burgers.

This place is near my work so I’ve been here a few times. Each time I go, I hope that I grow to really like the place, but that’s never the case. The burgers and fries here are average. I do like that they have a veggie bar so that you can add as much lettuce, tomatoes, etc as you like.
The way this place works is you go to the counter, place your order, they give you a little buzzer and then they buzz you when your burger is ready. Once your order is ready, you can visit their veggie bar and top your burgers with as much toppings as you like. They also have a variety of condiments available. Even though the burgers are average, I’ll probably be back since it’s near work.
