We must have gone there on an off-day or something because this place was terrible. My hubby and I ordered the soft taco(beef) platter(which was over priced for only three tacos and some black bean side). The beef looked and tasted like it was boiled, not grilled, and our chips were stale. We did address this problem with our waiter, and then the owner, who was very understanding and did not charge us for the meal. He asked for us to return, but I just don’t think we can stomach it. Thanks, but no thanks.

Johns Creek needs more places like this. Good name, great burritos. I got the gorilla sized briscuit burrito and it was ridiculously HUGE… the second half was even better after having a few hours to marinate in my fridge… I’m eating it right now as I write this. This would easily get five stars if they would put Plantains back on the menu. This is as good as it gets for Johns Creek if you want a different take on mexican and a casual place to have a beer… probably pretty speedy at lunch time too.

Ate here for 1st time last night. Had been anticipating its opening since for several months. We really enjoyed the food. Started with the chips & salsa. Very tasty. Had quite a kick to it, which I like. Hubby & I split the gorilla-size burrito(read: 3+ pounds, per the server). It was huge! Felt like Adam Richman when I saw that thing coming to the table! :-0 So glad I wasn’t trying to attempt that thing myself b/c I would have failed miserably. It was really good. Had it with the standard tortilla(they also have wheat), chicken, black beans, & cilantro rice. They all come with salsa, crema & cheese. We couldn’t finish the thing. However, we were gluttenous enough to finish with 2 chocolate chip cookies. These things were sooo tasty. Fresh from the oven & slightly underdone(the way I prefer them). They were so gooey that they sunk in the middle when you picked them up. YUM! We will def. return & soon! I hope they do well. They’re unfortunately located in a not-very-visible spot near the intersection of Jones Bridge Rd. & State Bridge Rd. I imagine it will be word of mouth & internet reviews that get these ppl the business they need. Give ‘em a try!
