Fast friendly service. Not busy but employees chatting and dirty tables and floor. Good coffee and spinach, mushroom and egg bagel..

I use to say they were the best bagels around but in the past 2 months having gone there several times I find they are too well cooked and not tasting as fresh. I now go to Panera for bagels now and they are excellent.

I ordered chicken salad for lunch. Absolutely disgusting. I asked all my coworkers for their opinion as well. They all agreed it was the nastiest chicken salad they had ever tasted not to mention it seemed like it was slimy and out of a can. After this will not even go back to try anything else. Yuck.

The both times that I have been here my order has been messed up. Don’t bother getting avocado on your bagel because they charge you $ 1.00 for a teaspoon of avocado. It costs $ 1.00 to buy a whole avocado from the store. I feel like the staff is a little confused and unorganized. Not one of the best bagel places around. There are plenty of other places with a better value. Bagels are small. I guess it’s a decent place, but not great.

Bagels have gone downhill. Weekends and early morning weekdays are slow and poor service. Apparent manager has attitude and fake smile. The wait is not worth the higher price. Go to Target or Dunkin. If you want an alternative and better service stop at QT. This institution has gone downhill at the hands of uncaring employees. Fault the organization for no follow up, no customer survey and no QA.

I love this place. Great for catering work meetings and a quick spot to hit for breakfast and lunch.

It’s not my favorite breakfast place but it hits the spot for an easy meal to get some lox and cream cheese on a bagel. But here’s the thing. I ordered extra onion. I didn’t say larger onion, but extra. The slices seriously looked like unfried onion rings. They were huge! I didn’t even know how to attack them. I will say I like that they serve lox. Secondly, I like the thinner bagels they have, so you’re not filling up so much on the bread part. I don’t think their pastries are as good as Paneras, but maybe that’s better for me. Keeps me from eating stuff I don’t need. FYI: They are super slow on the weekends, so don’t go if you are in a hurry.

They get one star only because the product is good. However when you consider the service in the morning it is by far the worst I’ve seen in any establishment as large as Einstein bagels. Every morning that I go into this location I have to fight with staff in order to get the best service. My suggestion is very clear replace the morning staff with friendly and energetic employees. It’s sad to have to deal with this

Again uneven service and staff attitude. I don’t know what happened, maybe the previous manager left. So went for my usual monthly run of bulk bagels and cashier Veesha didn’t take my coupon«said didn’t see it» and had already run my gift card through so she basically had the attitude it would be a hassle to call the manager to void and re-ring the transaction. Also didn’t punch the loyalty card from 2 previous times when I bought my bagels even though I brought the receipts in. Anyways, I’m done with this place. I’m just going to get the same fresh Einstein bagels at Target where they are so much cheaper by the bakers dozen without the employee attitude.

Great bagels undone by poor customer service. The old lady at the counter was totally lacking in the courtesy department. I’ve been to this place several times and she was consistently rude. Took my business elsewhere after this happened a few times. The quality of food and ambiance is good though.

I already love Einstein’ s. But the customer service here was excellent. The gentleman behind the counter was very personable and helpful! It made going to get my favorite coffee that much better!

My husband and I live around the corner and went in for lunch @ 11:45am. The store was empty. One employee was working on the side in the dining area and an older woman was behind the counter moving about. After a minute, she looked at us and went back to what she was doing without acknowledging us. We thought we’d be patient, but after five minutes it became obvious they didn’t want us there, so we left and ate a delicious lunch at Pearl Lian next door. Sadly, won’t be back.

Worst Einstein bagels I’ve ever been to. Poor customer service… the fat guy that works in the back is slow as hell and looks sloppy. The manager is very unprofessional and never has her hair done. I won’t be back!

I frequent this place a lot since it’s near work. The staff here is always friendly and the bagels/schmears are tasty. I always get a lightly toasted everything bagel with egg, cheddar and ham with the roasted tomato spread. It’s delicious!

This is true of ANY of the Einstein Bros Bagels locations: the BEST«EVERYTHING» BAGEL anywhere. And, the blueberry muffins are pretty amazing too.

As a bagel-lover, I decided to drop by here early one morning(it was around 6am… they open at 5:30am, which is a plus!) before work because I had received in the mail a «free bagel Fridays» coupon.(this coupon, by the way, saves you only 99 cents. You still have to pay for your smear). Anyways, as it was so early in the morning, I was naturally the only customer inside. It would have been easy for the staff to welcome me when I walked in the door, but none of that happened. While ordering, there really was only one man who was pleasant to me. This guy was probably the owner because everyone else made absolutely no attempts to try and give SOME sort of customer service. The lack of training on their end was so obvious, it was a little painful for me! As for the food: I ordered a blueberry bagel with some sort of orange colored cream cheese(the cheese wasn’t very memorable…) This turned out to be a HUGE disappointment because they gave me the thinest layer of cream cheese possible! Now, when I commit to eating what’s equivalent to 6 slices of white bread, I’m going to go all out and have that paired with as much of that fattening cheese as I can get! Very disappointing. I got to taste a lot of bread, and not a lot of cream cheese. Their hazelnut coffee is good, though.
