I only come here because it’s the only place I know that Re does your screens. My dog ran through the sliding screen door on the deck. So for $ 35 they Re screen it here. Otherwise ace is typically over priced and doesn’t carry the same selection you can get at its bigger brother Depot.

I stopped in today to have some keys made and to buy 2 screws. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. However I was also looking for some general gardening equipment, which they did not have.
This is a nice store, but the selection could be better in my opinion.

Small, size and selection. I have went into this ace looking for specific items and have had to go elsewhere 75% of the time. That is just annoying.
The last time I was there I was looking for folding chairs. Yes, that should be at an Ace Hardware. The man told me they were just on sale so he had none left… I really found that hard to believe.
Maybe someday I’ll rate this location higher, but compared to my ace in New Lenox this one is much smaller and the customer service is really slow.
