This review goes out to a special lady, Lorraine Osako. The worst customer service that I’ve encountered at any cell phone store, which is saying a lot. All we wanted to do was upgrade my girlfriends phone from the iPhone 4s to the iPhone 6s. We had received a text saying that our next upgrade we would get $ 100 off. Lorraine kept talking without letting us get a word in and filling out all the information for the upgrade with out asking us any questions. She was trying to get us out as fast as possible without using our $ 100 off or any other special offers. When we had a chance to ask a question, she would dodge the answer and keep filling out information. She signed us up for stuff we didn’t even want! She tried getting us to sign at the end but we wouldn’t unless she explained what we were signing for. When we brought up the $ 100 dollar off upgrade she said she had never heard of it and it was«fishy». We had her call the Verizon number and she even talked to a Verizon representative who told her that it was a legit upgrade. When she got off the phone she said she didn’t trust what they were saying. Hello! It Verizon who you are selling and who you just got off the phone with!!! After that we told her we are going to a legit Verizon store and not dealing with her. She then offered a whole new line for cheap! That’s not what we want, we just want a freaking upgrade!!! Lesson learned, never go to a store that sells Verizon products or phones. Go to the source, a legit Verizon retail store!

Went in and was treated like a number, not personable at all. Then orders phone and never calls, after a week of waiting, now they don’t know where phone is… now they are going to order it again.

Crappy customer service, employees have no clue of what they are talking about. Try to overcharge me and sell me things I don’t need they have no clue of what’s going on in the industry… Don’t waste your time at diamond wireless that claim to sell the Verizon service they are nothing but a joke people are rude and obnoxious they were disrespectful to me flirting with my wife and when we were walking away after getting nothing one of the guys yelled at me and said«you got a problem!!!» Verizon wireless in the Maui market place is the only direct authorized Verizon wireless carrier. Go to them if you want great customer service and always in stock inventory if all the things you need. Can’t stress enough GOTO A DIRECTVERIZONWIRELESSSTORE!!! The one in Maui marketplace is the only direct authorized store on Maui. Don’t be scammed into going to diamond wireless and give them your hard earned money. Mark my words I will never make that mistake again.

I went here a few days ago to upgrade my phone but ended up leaving very disappointed in the customer service that I received. The employee that was helping me seemed very spaced out, stoned, and as if there mind wasn’t in present time. I’ve gone to this store once in the past and have been satisfied, but this experience was just plain awful.

Diamond Wireless is a prime example of profit vs customer service. This place is terrible. WE made the mistake of signing up at the Maui Fair. Buyer beware, they do not tell you everything. They give you free equipment(jetpack) BUT do not tell you that there is a cost for the extra line. They also sign you up with their Insurance carrier, NOT Asurion which covers most Verizon phones. It was not until we talked to Verizon customer service a year later that we heard about Asurion as an insurance option. Asurion is WAY better!!! The staff have been trained on what NOT to disclose, that way they can’t be charged with lying BUT not telling the whole truth and disclosing ALL charges is bad business. Go to the authorized stores, not these greedy and sneaky sales people. Spread the word… don’t give these stores you hard earned money.

Ever since we’ve been with Verizon which has been about 3 years now we have been coming to this location. Never have we once has any issues. We may have had issues with a defective phone but the staff took care of it promptly and we got another phone. Great service, fantastic reception and fast internet. You get what you pay for and I say that with confidents as we tried other carriers and came back to Verizon.

Be careful… they charge a restocking fee of $ 50 when returning a device, even though restocking fees are illegal in Hawaii. When informed about it being illegal they kept arguing saying it wasnt. Printed out a page from Hawaii’s Department of Commmerce website and showed them the section stating that any restocking fee is illegal in Hawaii if it was purchased in a store. On top of that, they couldnt even give me a reciept showing that I paid this fee in cash. I am fearful that they may have pocketed this because there was no receipt. Department of Commerce will be doing an investigation on this matter after my report.
