Employees were helpful and nice, but my God does the business itself suck. Switched over from Verizon, found out that the line wasn’t even connected and my prior phone was already disconnected, went in took care of it. Was that all? No. Tried registering my phone on the Sprint store online, no luck. Decided to go back and fix it after several failed attempts. Finally got it to work after resetting the phone for the second time. Next I tried to set up my auto pay. $ 40 more than was originally stated. Attempted to look at the bill to see where the charges were coming from; no such luck, site posted an error. Either my luck has been absolutely terrible recently or this is how the company runs. Someone advise me please.

To the review by Warren the sprint store has always been absolutely wonderful. yes I do know who you’re talking about but I verily rarely deal with her. as far as all the other associates they’ve always been courteous and very helpful. One of the associates Kirsten has even given me advice on how to lower my bill and as a long-term customer of Sprint that really shows a lot of interest in their customers. I do understand what you’re saying and I wouldn’t like that either. not sure of the situation either but I’ve never had a problem with that store. they’ve always taken care of me. Sprint has been a pretty decent company over the years as far as cell phone service and price.

This review goes to their service representative Marianne. I must say this was by far the best service I’ve ever had, being a customer for over 10 years. I’m going to admit that I’m not to fond of their new plans etc… and I’ve had really bad service by the reps throughout the years. I was going to end my service soon because of the bad customer service but it was her, Marianne who explained every detail of my service, and did not rush me like the others did. She explained to me how those bad advertisements attracts us and then we come in and there’s all these add on fees… Above all she was very honest! She broke down every charge and had the manager review her work to confirm what we were paying. It’s the customer service that brings a customer back… HONESTY goes a long way! You rock Marianne, and I’m enjoying my new iphone 6 –MAHALO!

This is not really a review but more of a social comment about whom I believe to be the manager there. Who just happens to be caucasian. I went to the store at Queen Kaahumanu on Sunday(01.13) to possibly look at switching over services. As I was browsing over the phones I happen to overhear the comment, «All you damn asians look the same to me. How the hell would I know.» When I looked up I saw a caucasian woman [dirty blonde hair] shoving a phone back to one of the sales associates and proceeded to walk to the back of the store through a door. So I am under the assumption that she was the store manger due to the treatment of her sales associate [which happens to be asian] and the tag she wore. I could not see the name fast enough. I was going to say something but I did not know the situation so I held my tongue. Regardless, A person with distain for another race is someone I will not give my business to. True, I do not know the situation. But for anyone to utter such racist remarks, either as a joke or because of provocation is a sore spot for me. Especially in Hawaii! Sorry Sprint! You lost me and I will tell my co-workers what I heard.

Unfortunately it’s the only Sprint store on the island, so 1 star for existing. There was no one on the floor available for simple things like looking at a case for a phone, and after we signed up to be helped(one person was in front of us) the bald manager decided to help some random other customer in front of both of us. Disgusted, we left — we’d rather order online(Cheaper on Amazon anyway) than deal with that poor of customer service.

Sprint @ Queen Kaahumanu shopping center needs to revamp their service format! If you don’t have an appointment and are a walk in customer, you’ll need to sign in on their clip board that they have as soon as you enter the store. If it’s a really busy time of day or night and every representative is already with a customer, chances are you probably will not even be acknowledged especially if you don’t sign in. On this particular day, I had an appointment and my name was up as 1st on their«Next Up» screen which is displayed for all to see above their main service counters. I was already waiting patiently for at least 40 minutes for my name to slowly creep up to 1st on their screen. They apparently didn’t pay attention to the«Next Up» screen and went straight to the clip board at the front and took the next 2 customers on that clip board when I know for a fact that those 2 customers were not in the store before me or 40 minutes ago. Hence my FRUSTRATION. When I finally said something to one of the reps. He looked confused and wondered how I got bypassed. The lady who assisted me was very nice and apologetic and for the most part took care of my phone issues and questions. It’s clear that the system they have in place does not work especially when they are swamped with customers. SUGGESTION: Sprint needs to GETRID of the current way they prioritize servicing customers. AND 1. Implement a «Pull a Number» system.(like how they have it at the DMV) 2. Have half the representatives assist with customers with appointments ONLY. 3. The other half of representatives assist all walk in customers ONLY, in which all walk in customers will need to pull a number.
