I had 2 experiences and neither were good. Couple of days ago I called the store to find out if they had a mic cable and ¹⁄₈ inch adapter, and the salesman said yes. When i got to the store a very nice salesman helped me, but said they have no such adapters. I wish I got the JOs name when I called. Tonight I went in again to shop, but they were closed at 8:30 pm even though they are advertised to be open until 9:00 pm. They turned their heads and noticed me at the door, but ignored me and continued counting out the drawer. That’s the last time RS (radically stupid) will waste my time. I wonder if corporate ever reads these comments, but they’re probably RS too. Meanwhile, there was no merchandise in the first half of the store which tells me they might be pau. They definitely are in my book!

If I could give zero I would! Customer service is zero to none! Went in to return an item with receipt and in resellable condition! Before salesperson could even check he says I can’t take this this is on clearance and circles the receipt like I’m stupid or something! So I walked to the item that was on display and said no it ain’t that’s the other model! So yes I can return it and Before I bought the item we asked if it was okay to return and they said yes and the item I bought wasn’t on clearance! Check ur item before u come to me with that attitude! Ain’t shopping in there ever again! Overpriced with a bad attitude! Get with it Maui RadioShack kaahumanu!

Wow. Total emptiness when I went in, in search of a landline phone cord. Yes, we still rock landlines in our home, mainly due to having a home business.
ATMOSPHERE:
The store is well laid out with clear signage, and was very neat & tidy.
PRODUCTS:
The landline cords were a bit pricey ranging between $ 8 and $ 12, and they only had it in white. I was looking for a more subtle gray/​transparent color.
SERVICE:
Being so empty, I naturally received quick, friendly & personal service.
OVERALL:
While they sell some electronic accessories that are not available at other stores, I think the high pricing deters a lot of people. I personally would rather shop online and save a few bucks even if I have to wait for shipping. Sadly, their future is looking bleak, even at this location.

I went there to buy a phone. The line was very slow and it took about 10 minutes to get to the cash register. Well I said the phone that I wanted and he said very well, he took about 10 minutes to determine that I was upgrade eligible which was longer then it should have taken but whatever. There store was very crowded and the line was taking forever then he said well someone will take care of you when ready in no less then 15 minutes. I was thinking whatever and so I waited and just watched the stupidty going on. About 10 minutes later he told me to get lunch– which I already had. Very rude person well after 20 more minutes of wandering and learning that damn store like the back of my mind the store manager finally realized that I wasnt getting helped, said sorry. Like he said at least 20 times already he apologized and announced to the store that everyone would get helped asap. Well 40 minutes and nearly an hour later I got helped. A bit better experience but then the line built up again. Phone actavitions take a lot longer but don’t have all people working ringing up phones. Very poor leadership, very poor ogaranaztion, no matter what your buying do not expect to get out of there fast. The staff is clueless and does not care about the customer.

Great service and great prices. Just got my iPhone five there. They do buy back right on the spot!!! Awesome sauce :)
