Guess what I did?! Dropped my beloved iPhone and the screen cracked. Yikes. I took it in to T-Mobile at the Queen kaahumanu center to talk with an associate about my options. I had to wait fort a few minutes before being helped. As I looked around, I noticed how clean and bright and well displayed their merchandise is. Of course seeing every new make and model of cellular devices makes me want to upgrade. When it was finally my turn, the gentleman called me over and dove right into my situation. He went through my options and explained everything in detail so that I could make an informed decision. When I asked about adding a line for my daughter he was more than happy to explain each different option. Instead of pressuring me to make a decision, he encouraged me to talk it over with my husband and come back whenever I was ready. Another reason that I’m proud to be a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years now!

Bad News Bear! They just can’t seem to get it right. Unfortunately, they are the only T-Mobile store in Maui so other than Costco, this is the only place to go. The manager is rude and arrogant and doesn’t listen to the issues at hand. The information received from staff is very inconsistent. If you ask someone a question then ask another, their answers are very different. It’s cellphone service, there is not a whole lot of gray area as far as plans and devices are concerned. However, when you discuss coverage area, yes, there is a whole lot of gray area! Left the store wanting to rip my hair out!

I went in to return my beats by dre to the only t mobile store(that i know of) in maui. I was told i could leave before the return was done because of POS difficulties. They told me they would call me back. I had a missed call with no voicemail but knew it was the store. When i tried calling the number back it directed me to a «this is not a reachable number please try again» once I got through to the store I was greeted by a lady named Christina. Saving Grace should be her name. She not only helped me with the info i needed but gave me the support that no t mobile«customer care» could ever give me at this hour living on the Hawaii islands. This girl needs to be recognizance for her diligence and her own value of «customer care». Unfortunately there is no where on the t mobile site to post and appreciate this awesome lady?! thank you christina!
