Terrible!!! I took 2 bites and left… I honestly have no clue how this place is in business

We come here for a great breakfast. Cinnamon’s makes you wait too long, and forget about Boots. In the Aikahi area, those in the know come here for tasty French toast and waffles, omelettes, and eggs Benedict. Their crispy hash browns are as good as Brent’s used to be. If you sit in Jeff’s section, you’ll receive the best and most professional service on the windward side. Lots of parking in the Aikahi Shopping Center lot.

Omg the worst tasting food. Jeez would expect at least decent bread… (Forgot to post this one) Unfortunately another bad one.

In search of someplace to eat in the Kailua area, Sizzler Restaurant in the Aikahi Shopping Center came to mind. Had an early dinner there last week with family and left disappointed that their food was not only expensive but also of low quality.
I ordered the single serving of Malibu Chicken with baked potato and endless salad bar for $ 18. The breaded chicken patty which was slapped on with one slice of ham and cheese was nothing special. The chicken patty tasted like it was previously frozen and then heated. The baked potato was a bit over done and ended up being very dry. It was the endless salad bar that was good as there was a variety of salads as well as desserts to choose from.
My husband ordered the chicken, shrimp and ribs combo special for $ 18. Make note that at that price a salad was NOT included. When his plate arrived, it included one piece of chicken breast, 4 ribs, 5 pieces of shrimp and french fries. He said the chicken and ribs did not taste fresh, was very dry and probably was reheated or previously frozen.
Although the service was wonderful, I give it a thumbs down to the quality of their food. Unfortunately we will not be going back there again.

We took my mom here for her 80^th birthday, and from the time we hit the door, we were treated like royalty. The buffet and entrees were hot and delicious. A large seating area was made available immediately and the staff cheerfully altered menu items to meet our varied tastes. There were 12 of us and we range from vegans to heavy duty carnivores. So, we are not the easiest group to please, dietarily speaking. But, not only did the staff cheerfully help us find and adjust menu selections to fit our needs, they also got all the food cooked and served quickly.
However, the overwhelmingly best feature of the Aikahi Park Sizzler is Jeff. He is amazing! He is ALWAYS positive, kind, friendly, and makes everyone feel like ohana. He actually stood on a booth seat to take pictures for us. He is patient, funny, and makes going to Sizzler feel like sitting down to dinner with family.
If you get a chance to check out Sizzler at Aikahi Park while Jeff is there, take it! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

How is this place still open? Worst experience at an eating establishment in all of Oahu.

Careful… 3 meals sent back. One was reheated, one replaced and one refunded. 5 other meals were ok. Party of 8. we wont be back.

The buffet is around $ 16. I would say their buffet was decent, there’s not much of a selection, the salad bar wasn’t bad, and our waitress was nice and prompt. I like how there was only a few people which made it quiet and peaceful, its kind of hard to find that in Oahu.

This place takes a lot of flack from reviewers. Understandably. A mainland chain set up for Denny’s rejects placed in Hawaii. However, the staff at this particular location are quite dedicated and have developed a bit of a cult following during breakfast time. The bacon is crispy everytime and the food is fast and prompt. It was the perfect place to eat breakfast on New Year’s Day as it was not that crowded.

Out of all the Sizzlers on the island, we love to go to the one in Aikahi. The servers are always so friendly and do whatever it takes to make your experience a great one. Buffet has great selections. Chicken wings are my favorite! Restaurant is clean and buffet is very organized. Soda is always so delicious, always very carbonated and fresh (Very important to me). Love it!

Our dinner at Sizzler’s was memorable – for the wrong reasons. I remember eating at Sizzler’s during my growing-​up years, and back then they offered decent food that was reasonably priced so that you could afford to bring the whole family.
The Sizzler’s at Aikahi is the poster child for what NOT to do. The food was awful. Despite the place being nearly empty, our server managed to ignore us. The facility itself is outdated and shabby. For two steak dinners with salad bar and soft drinks, we were charged over $ 60 – but never again.

When I was a kid I really loved Sizzler’s especially their salad bar and cheese toast. Those were the good old days. I don’t know what happened to this business, but their quality has gone way down. This chain was a disappointment.
Service is mediocre. Our waitress (although quite nice) did not take the time to offer/​bring us water or take our plates back.
The salad bar is a mess… terrible! If you like canned food then Sizzler’s is the place for you. Soup, Tacos, Bread pudding all tasted like it was from a grocery store bought mix or can. And their salad bar was not impressive. I know it’s just sizzler’s, but I expect more if I’m going to be paying $ 20 dollars for salad even if it’s all you can eat– with that kind of display I can’t eat much (not much to offer). So sad. I will never go back to this location again.

Went and ate here with my mom when we were waiting for something … I forgot because the food here was SO awful! The flavor, the texture, everything! Well, the price was good, but not for the meal you had to endure! I’m pretty sure this place is for the elderly because of their decreasing number of taste buds and cheapness of the food, plus, the early-​bird specials. I would definitely not eat here again.
