I bought my little brother a bike from here for a Christmas gift and was disappointed with how it had been «rebuilt». The hubs and bottom bracket were untouched and needed to be repacked and adjusted, the wheels were not true and the cables and housing were corroded.
The bike took a lot of work on my end (with additional parts, tools and know-how) to be enjoyable and dependable, I would have been better off shopping around and getting the bike elsewhere, but I was in a rush to have the bike by the holidays.

Bought a used lemond from kzoo swift about two weeks ago. This bike was probably 1500 new and has excellent components and a Reynolds frame. I couldn’t be happier. I feel like I really got a great deal. Ryan sold me the bike for about $ 200 less than an eBay price. I’m just really impressed at the customer service. They have a bike for anybody.

Great customer service. I was trying to fix a bike for a student in need and two bike shops said it would cost over $ 200. At least one of them recommend Kzoo Swift. The bike is now done for less than $ 100 and rides smooth. Kzoo Swift isn’t another pretentious bike shop. It’s exactly what Kalamazoo needed.
