If I could give a business –25 stars it would be Verizon wireless. Not just this location but Verizon in general. The fact that the only options in wireless are 3 giant, monopolized, conglomerate asshole companies is frustrating enough. Now when you need to to talk to someone about your phone you show up, a brainwashed minion with an iPad walks over and informs you that you’re 17th in line and that wait is at least 2 hours. How did things change at Verizon in the last year? I remember when I would arrive at the store and someone in a red shirt came over and was like«hey, can I help you?» Apparently this is not a business model that works for a multibillion dollar corporation anymore. Now we need an asshole with an iPad to put you in a digital line to wait for someone to try and up-sell you 100 times while you’re just trying to get your phone serviced. «No, Tanner! In fact, I don’t need an iPad today I just want my fucking phone to work can you fix it without trying to sell me a bunch of accessories?» I’m pretty sure that Verizon could afford 6 – 7 more full time employees instead of making you wait In a giant line of other pissed off people. Hey maybe customer service is a popular idea instead of endless sales. I know Tanner and Skyler have a quota to hit but maybe I don’t want to hear the endless sales pitch about why I should upgrade to a fucking otter box. I guess ATT is going to get a try I’m sure it’s no better but at least I know it can’t be worse.
