I have loved every pepper jax grill that I have ever been to when I saw this one open I was really excited because there hasn’t been one north of the river sadly this one was not very good. The cook smashed down on the steak while cooking it causing the sandwich to be dry and chewy the fries where under cooked and soft and my wife’s rice bowl was sub par at best I really hope they get back to training their employees I was really disappointed

Very, very, very mediocre burrito. Not even worth eating. Chicken is flavorless and the salsa tastes like it out of a jar. Gross. Will not be returning. Not a disgusting meal, but no positives to speak of whatsoever.

I saw signs that this PepperJax Grill location was opened. Their grand opening was August 12, 2015. This was in the same area as Buffalo Wild Wings off of Highway 152 and there was plenty of parking. The interior was clean and there was outdoor seating as well. I came just after 1pm on a Saturday and there were a lot of people eating. Just after I lined up, there was a rush of people so the line was pretty long and went back to the door. I ordered a Steak Philly Cheesesteak($ 6.99), a side of fries($ 2.39), and a soda($ 1.99). I added onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and jalapenos to my cheesesteak. They told me that it would take three minutes before the fries would be ready and handed me a number so they would bring it out to me. There were a few sauces like au jus and bbq sauce right next to the soda machines. I ate slower than normal just so my fries would come out to me. I thought the Steak Philly Cheesesteak was delicious and satisfied my cheesesteak craving. I was about halfway through my cheesesteak and my fries still didn’t come. When I was almost finished, the manager walked by and asked if I ever got my fries and I told him no but wanted the fries to go. A few minutes later, he came back with a bag of fries and refunded my money for the fries. I wasn’t happy but at least they were trying to make it right. After all, they have only been opened for just over two weeks at the time of this review so there definitely were kinks to work out. Good place for some cheesesteak if you’re up near the Liberty area.
