AMAZING!!! The staff and service was great. You can really tell that the staff cares about the quality that they provide. After I got my lashes done and I was leaving I had some concerns about my lashes and I asked a different attendant who took the time to address my concern making sure that I left happy with my service. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond, I will definitely be going back!

Got my lashes done here yesterday. I’ve never had any sort of extension before. They look amazing! I had transfer as my stylist and she was very gentle and nice. The girls at the counter explained in comparison to their own lashes which helped me pick mine. After I was done they took the initiative to check my lashes to make sure I was happy. Will definitely be going back!

Clearly the poor customer service complaints are not being followed up on at the Katy location. It is so frustrating as a monthly member when you pay for a service and can’t get an appointment. I made an appointment using the online app on Monday. and was told today, two days later«sorry, I guess no one checked the email, did you call?». What is the point of an online scheduler? It’s worth mentioning that i used the online app last month with no issues because last time I called for days and no one answered. Which is it Amazing lash? Online, call you or stop by? What the heck are we paying a monthly rate for? Oh and by the way, make sure you watch that two week window or else you pay a full set rate. You guys make me want to ‘open shop’ with independent stylist just to avoid all the BS.

My daughter got lashes at this location. We went to this location because it was convenient. I didn’t know what to expect. When we got there, there were 2 girls behind the counter. They never explained anything just asked what length and style she wanted. I was looking at their products to buy and no one even approached me to ask if I had questions or needed help and they knew this was our first time there. While my daughter was getting her lashes done they were gossiping about clients, and a lady came in and the girl said they didn’t have any appointments but would put her on a «list». When the lady left the one girl said to the other«what list?» They both laughed. Also on one of my daughters eyes the lashes looked like they were going the wrong way, and yes she had the eyelash brush to use. I had a friend that used to go here and was unhappy with the service also and went the the Sugarland location and loved it. I decided to get her refills there and will NEVER go back to the Katy location. The employees in Sugarland were very helpfu, friendlyl and informative. Also I tried calling the Katy location numerous times on different days and they NEVER answer their phones. The drive to Sugarland is worth it.

First impressions are everything. I walk in, say hello out of three women sitting behind the reception table, no one said hello back. I signed in, sat down. The woman who did my lashes did a good job. Her bedside manner was nice, informative and pleasant.

I really like this place. The relaxing spa music is nice and it’s always clean. I go every two weeks to Angel. She’s very nice and friendly and I love the way she does my lashes! No irritation and no issues with my contact lenses. They last between two and three weeks for me. Oh and very affordable for full sets and refills!

I understand now why this location has such issues… management! I originally had my lashes done at another location. They looked wonderful and last about three and half weeks. I have had them done three times at this location the longest they lasted was two weeks. This last time they were coming out like crazy, made it very hard to deal with clients. It’s not very attractive to have lashes falling out as your meeting with someone. When I went in to talk to the manager, I was stunned! She insulted my by telling me all the reasons why my thin unhealthy lashes weren’t holding their product. When I asked«why would the technician use thick lashes if that was what was best or even do the procedure?» She said«these girls don’t know anything, they just do what they are told!» Seriously! She not only through her employees under the bus but also the locations credibility. When I asked to cancel my contract she made NO effort to save the sale! Hello! Management 101!!! This explains why they loose good technicians, have poor customer relations up front, never are very busy and even some reviews of poor hygiene issues. Such poor customer service won’t be tolerated by Katy Ladies! One business owner to another you lost 3,200 dollars of this experience: that was my contract for a year plus the friends who had appointments due to the way my lashes looked a week ago. After, I text them with picture of my current look after one week… all cancelled.

This location is great. I originally was going to Voss location until I gave this location a try. I have to say Angel does incredible eyelashes she takes her time and cares what your lashes look like. If you haven’t used her yet you need to :)

Called here to book same day appt. I understand what the reviews mean when they say the front desk staff wasn’t good at customer service. The girl didn’t even know how much my lashes would be. She kept talking to someone else to ask. I got the appt at my desired time. I asked how long the eyelash stylist I got assigned had worked there and she had to ask. Her answer was«she’s worked here a while»? I checked in and the salon is very nice. I have only been to one other amazing lash in dallas thay I liked also. Filled out the forms and waited for a minute. Angel came out to greet me. She knew right away I had 11 mm previously even though they had all almost fallen out. I got 13 mm this time and she was super friendly and fast. I fell asleep and next thing you know, see made me beatific with lush gorgeous lashes. I did pick the«gorgeous» style like last time. Front desk girls checked me out and I asked about membership if I bought. mould I use in california and they didn’t know the answer? I’d love to talk to a manager to find out and give feedback. I like the service and Angel was great. This my 4 star review. If you ask about appt setting and front desk, I’d give it 2 stars. It’s a great deal for 79.99 for full set and then refills are inexpensive. Good products. I recommend.

Pretty sure I picked up an eye infection from here, not an «allergy» to the glue, a bacterial infection is what my optometrists says. Once I healed after 2 rounds of antibiotics & steroids and having to throw away all my makeup I came to get them removed(I could not do it myself) and the infection came back AGAIN. Makes me really wonder if their tools are ever cleaned at all. Additionally they had the nerve to charge me $ 25 for the removal even though it was their fault since sanitation of tools is not a priority here. Beware. Also my lashes were very sparse & short after the removal, nothing like they were before the extensions.

The front office hurry you in and out. They do not go over anything pertaining to their products or what to expect. No information is forthcoming. Make sure if you decide to use them you know exactly the size, length, color, or material to ask for because they will not tell you anything. Also, this was my first time at this place and the next day I woke up with an infection in one of my eyes. My ophthalmologist said it could be a bacterial infection from unclean instruments used by the technician. When I called they said it’s not their fault and maybe it could have been a reaction to the adhesive(even though they say it is hypoallergenic) and the infection/pain was in one eye(not allergic). She also said they have special glue you can ask for, for sensitive people, but again, nobody discusses anything with you. This location is definitely not somewhere I’d recommend going. They have poor customer service skills. And after all of this they wanted to charge me to remove them less than 24hrs of me having them on. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I can’t review their actual service, as I didn’t get the chance to get lash extensions. I attempted to book an appointment online, and received what I thought was a confirmation to my email. When I arrived at the studio, I wasn’t in their system, so I showed the receptionist the email. She said it wasn’t an appointment, just a request for one. Apparently someone was supposed to call me back to confirm, and that hadn’t happened. When I asked why I didn’t receive a call she curtly told me that was central booking’s job, so she had no idea. No attempt to reschedule me or apologize. I will not book here again — why would I pay to interact with people like that?

I would advise to stay away from this place. The technicians are always late or don’t show up at all. They have a 24 hr cancelation policy that if you cancel you will be charged, however they do not show up at all or cancel with you 30 minutes before your appointment and don’t give you any discount. I was coming here for the location but I will not be back. I have been here 3 times and 2 out of 3, I was basically stood up. And don’t bother calling the corporate office either because they don’t ever answer the phones.

This was my first time getting eyelashes. When I went in to the Katy one, which is on Fry rd. the ladies up front were not the friendliest. I think went back to a room and the whole experience was painless and relaxing, but I half to say since ive had the lashes ive have somewhat of a headache. I thought maybe it would go away but going on day 3 it hasn’t. I doubt I will ever get lases again. Although I do half to say, they turned out very pretty!
