H&M

Cashier on the right, lines are long, sales were slim today for my first visit but men clothing can be nearly located on the left and women clothing on the right. For the women store, jewelry and accessories are located near the cashier. Denim and current so cap look in the back. Fitting room in the back. Will be coming back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Employees are VERY RUDE. Do not go here. The manager ignores all the customers that come in no «welcome to the store.» The employees only care about putting up their clothes. I had been sitting waiting for family by fitting room because their are zero chairs and the employee yelled at me, «You CANT sit there!» She then gave the middle finger to another employee while working. She then began screaming the associates name who was working in the fitting room doing his job asking «Did you here me call your name!» Talk about highly unprofessional. Will complain to corporate manager. Date: Feb 2015.

When it was announced this place was opening at Katy Mills there was an excitement in the air. People couldn’t wait for H&M to open! Then it opened. Meh.
I just don’t see why people «love» this place. Yes, there are classic pieces here, but you can get classic pieces at any department store. I just don’t see the big deal. I come here every time I am at the mall because I think eventually I’ll see something amazing and then it will all click. Well nothing has clicked yet.

I was ecstatic when I heard there was an H&M opening at Katy Mills! I know it’s been a while since they first opened, but I only went for the first time not too long ago.
Unfortunately, it was nothing I had expected. There is such a lack of variety in the selection here. I’ve given this H&M multiple chances on numerous occasions, but I’ve never been able to walk out of the store with a purchase. I’m crossing my fingers for this H&M! Maybe it’s just me. Because there is always a long line!

Visited this new location during Labor Day weekend. I’m sad to say that I’m a little disappointed in the selection, at least for the women’s section. This store offers clothing for Women, Men, and Children. The Women’s section is limited, but includes some of the Basic collection, some office friendly, some sports, some casual, undergarments, and accessories. But still quite limited, and not up to the level of variety and selection as other established stores. It took me quite some time to dig and find anything I really liked.
The line for the fitting room was quick and fast, and I had no issue with it. I just wished that H&M would just put chairs in their fitting rooms. I’m not especially fond of having to place my other shopping bags, or my purse, on the floor. The check out line was slow for me, even with 3 employees working, but it seemed there were some issues with other customers. The new H&M was an average experience, and I had been excited to have a nearby H&M as opposed to the other Houston locations. Looks like I’ll need to keep driving…
