Called and immediately the phone was answered by a bubbly nice young lady. I asked about the flavors hoping for cake batter and she named everyone they had which was a lot. Drove there and it was clean and they explained how it works and if we needed help. Great experience and will go back. Thank you

I went here another time and the cashier gave me such a discriminatory, yet duh-​looking, look. Haven’t you seen an Asian before? I bet not since this is Katy. Shitty service and bland-​tasting yogurt.

I hate leaving 1 star, but the sewage smell is so awful I can’t leave anymore. Apparently the stench gets worse, the father back you go, as in the food prep area. With a smell that bad from the «grease traps» as I was informed, I wonder how the food is not being affected by the bacteria in the air? It is sad that this situation has gone on for weeks at this location with no repair. I will be calling the health department about this.

I love this location. Whenever I’m in Katy and want a little treat I will stop by here. Usually there’s a young lady and young man working; both super sweet and professional.
The place is CLEAN! The toppings are pretty good too (decent selection).
The parking is also awesome; literally, a whole lot!

So here is our issue with this Menchies. We love the yogurt and come a lot but the smell is the store is horrible. It smells like someone clogged all the bathrooms and sewage backed up in the store. We did complain and ask and we were told the grease traps need to be cleaned. So, why hasn’t anyone done this? Would you rather lose customers or clean the damn traps? The yogurt is amazing but who wants to eat where it smells like a dirty rotting diaper. Someone needs to fix this or call the health department! It just doesn’t seem worth it to be this cheap.

I took my boys here on hot Sunday afternoon for a mama and sons treat. They loved that they were able to get the ice-​cream and treats on their own which made their experience more enjoyable.

Took my kiddos here for a nice cool treat to beat this Houston heat. We were greeted as soon as we walked in which was really nice. Right away I noticed the place was extremely clean which is not what I’ve seen in other shops like these. The yogurt and topping selections were great. We will definitely be going back.

My kids love this place. It’s always clean and the employees are nice. My favorite flavor is blueberry pomegranate. I like tart flavors. You can also sample the flavors before you decide on which one you want.

Good froyo, friendly faces, unique flavors. Certain flavors are prone to run out, especially the specialty ones and the staff take their time getting it replaced. But there are plenty of other choices. They have more toppings than you can shake a stick at, from candy and cookie crumbs to fruit and sauces like chocolate and caramel.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Their yogurt is always good and I love that they label allergies on all of their yogurts! Makes it so much easier for me to get my yogurt and go instead of having to ask «What is Gluten Free here that I can eat?»

Love this Menchies location! There are around 10 flavors to choose from. They have the pumpkin flavor right now for fall and it is amazing! The fruit and toppings are always fresh and the area is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you check in you get 10% off your purchase!

It seems we’re in the middle of a fro-​yo bubble, with new variations of the same concept popping up everywhere. I’ve been to several of them, but I think Menchie’s does it the best. Consistent product, wonderful staff (even at other locations!), and a reasonable price. The toppings taste fresh, the counters are kept clean, and everything is marked — no guessing what topping is what! The toppings that aren’t kept cold have lids with magnets on them so the lid stays up while you pile them on! Clever!
My favorite flavor is the cookies and cream, but the seasonal Pumpkin Pie flavor is fantastic, as well. It has an intense, spicy, cinnamon-​y, flavor, that reminds you of everything perfect about fall.

Fro Yo + Friendly staff is awesome.
If FroYo is your thing, hit this place up. Staff is great and saying FroYo 200 times to your wife works like a charm.

For the longest time, I love yogurt land. but menchis is my new fav. more flavors and topping and the flavors. the strawberry lemonade taste just like it. soo refreshing. The staff is always super nice. (even at different locations) i only wish there were more in the houston area. This does make up for driving super far to a friends house: D

This location just opened up and it’s already always crowded. The service is great, especially Aaron, he was very welcoming! They have all the new flavors you would expect out of Menchies! I love their yogurt and all of their branding is just so cute!
