HORRIBLE Location! Go somewhere else for ice cream. Staff is rude and careless. We ordered a quart of cheesecake ice cream. Took it home and found out the quart was half empty and the wrong flavor. We called back and the manager Gustavo told us we were liars and he ‘doesn’t give out free ice cream here’. Never going back.

On August 25th, I went with my family to this location around 5:00pm. The staff was very rude; we felt unwelcome. Also, half of the scream containers were empty, only 4 – 5 flavors were available. On top of that, the staff were negligent to let us use our app coupon; I gave my phone three times, and supposedly. it was not in the system. Customer service was bad on so many levels, that we don’t want to come to this location anymore.

This location is a joke! My family and I have been coming to this location for the past year. 8 out of 10 times, I get crappy service from some young punk(not always same person) who seems pissed to be there and to be having to help me. The owner has his number posted and I have been tempted to call, but always ended up blowing it off. Well today was the last straw. My wife went up there with my mother in law and my 3 year old son around 1pm. My wife placed her order and asked for cookie dough topping. The employee mumbled that there was no cookie dough available. My wife asked him to repeat himself, and with an attitude he said it again. So my wife picked something else. My mother in law placed her order and asked for strawberries… again, no strawberries! How are you out of 2 of the top ingredients at a Marble Slab, at 1pm on a Thursday??? So while my wife is paying for the ice cream, my 3 year old slips on a puddle of water that is right in the middle of the floor.!! My wife tells the employee about the puddle, and he responds with, «Yea». She didn’t think he understood her, so she tells him again, and he responds again with, «YEA». So after hearing about this, I was totally fed up and decided to go ahead and call the owner and tell him about our experiences. That was a COMPLETE waste of time. I told him in detail about our experiences at this location, and his response was basically, «alright, thanks for the call». Needless to say, we will NOLONGER be going here. Baskin Robbins just won all of our future business!!!

Beware… the owner puts a sign saying to call him if you are not satisfied and why would he do this??? To avoid negative reviews on Unilocal!This place is a joke. Ice cream tastes stale and of freezer burn! The guy making waffle cones in busy watching soccer on his iPad instead of tending to customers… I can go on and on but trust me, stay away! One last observation… the icecream is melted as they keep the doors open.

I was really disappointed at the quality of the ‘ice-cream’ sold here. Neither of my kids ate it, and I don’t blame them after trying it. The chocolate ‘ice-cream’ was really just a plain vanilla base which had been colored brown, evidenced by the food coloring stains all over my son’s hands and face. Chocolate ice-cream doesn’t leave a stain like that. They apparently forgot to add the chocolate flavoring. My daughter got the red velvet ice-cream which obviously has color in it, but they didn’t even bother using the no-taste red. And again, no actual flavoring. I was disappointed because we’ve just moved into the area and this looked like a nice alternative to our favorite Cold Stone Creamery. No wonder they’re always on Groupon, you couldn’t give this stuff away.
