Excellent service! The vermicelli is always outstanding and the pork spring rolls are a must have. The owner is there quite often and is very personable with guests. The restrooms are always very well kept and clean. Ambiance and environment are always very calm, music is always on 99.1 so its a mix of all kinds. The price is always right and the fact that they offer a a reward program based on your phone number is awesome :) love this place, the people and the great food!

In my opinion, I prefer Phở Saigon, right down the road from this restaurant. However, this place is still delicious! Service is just as great and fast as Phở Saigon. I prefer Phở Saigon’s ch giò, but Phở 3D’s com ga nuong is delicious. I love that Mason road has two awesome Vietnamese places that are close by us in Cinco Ranch, so we do not have to drive all the way to Bellaire(my boyfriend and I hate traffic, lol)

BEST phở in the Katy area!!! Best service. Clean. Delicious. The owners love their restaurant, love their customers & take pride in their art of Vietnamese cuisine. It reflects in what you get as a customer dining in. Additionally, they use quality, fresh ingredients. What more can you ask for.

Stopped in here on a whim when we were going to go to Phở Saigon. This place is huge. The first thing i noticed was the delicious smell when i walked in. Comparing this to Phở Saigon midtown i can gladly say its ALMOST as good but makes up for being close by having way less msg. This phở was super fragrant and after finishing it i did not feel bloated at all and was pleasantly full. The ice coffee was just ok but the phở was so light and this place isnt too far from home i can see us coming back for some healthy phở.

There are very few phở restaurants located in Katy, TX that I enjoy. We found this restaurant by accident because it was only a street down from Phở Saigon on Mason road. I have been here a few times and can say this place is passable. 1. I have always ordered a small bowl of phở w/a side of vinegar sliced onions and fat broth(yellow oil). The phở broth here is on point. 2. Thai tea is very well made and not that nasty out of the bottle ones some restaurants try to give out. 3. Order the lychee slushie with or without tapioca, you won’t regret it. 4. Today, I decided to order the combination vermicelli $ 8.95 which included pork, shrimp, and fried egg roll altogether. It was pretty good except the egg roll had a tad different taste to me. 5. Fast service, great staff, nice layout of the place, and a clean restroom. If I ever need a quick fix and can’t take myself down Bellaire, I will always come back here.

The Katy-area phở restaurants are seriously lacking all-around, in my honest opinion. The service isn’t anything to rave about, but the options seem to abound. I came here on two separate occasions, once by myself and once with my family, and the disparity in service was astounding. By myself, the waitresses seated me in the obscure corner of the restaurant. With my family(including my elderly grandmother), we were able to sit front and center. This time, the owner herself took our orders and made lively conversation with my mother. The phở was standard, but the hu tieu was lacking any distinguishing factor. In addition, the words«Low MSG Guarantee» plastered above the kitchen seemed slightly unsettling. The bowls are slightly more pricey, but still not a bad deal. Phở is my ultimate comfort food, especially on a brisk wintry day, but Phở 3D has not delivered up to my standards. Despite these letdowns, the restaurant itself seems very well-kept and clean; its interior is a bright, albeit washed-out, contrast to the traditional feel of Phở Saigon.

**Full disclosure: You’re going to see the word ‘Phở’ in pretty much every sentence. Apologies in advance** When comparing a Phở restaurant to Phở Saigon, you’re either good or bad. Rarely do you find a place that is in the«just good enough» category that Phở Saigon is in. Phở 3D pretty much falls right there in terms of quality(maybe slightly higher) and maybe a few extra points in terms of authenticity. Located further south on Mason, Phở 3D presents a solid option for a Vietnamese lunch. With solid service, big portions, and all the usual Phở menu items you really can’t go wrong. The shaken beef is my personal favorite, but I’ll settle for a vermicelli bowl if I get bored. There’s really nothing to brag about here. You won’t find anything that stands out compared to another Phở place. They advertise«almost no MSG» but honestly it doesn’t matter. If you like Phở Saigon, you’ll like this place(slightly more if you don’t order Phở and go for the rice plates or vermicelli). Definitely a solid lunch option.

Friends and I decided to get some phở after work today. Our normal place to go to is Phở Saigon but they were were pretty busy. So we decided to try out Phở 3D after we Unilocaled their restaurant. The place looks really clean inside, the ambiance was peaceful.

I have to be honest here. I don’t like giving restaurants low star ratings because I know it is not easy to open a restaurant and survive in the first year… However, this place is trying to compete with Phở Saigon, so I was surprised they didn’t do a better job with their food. The soup is tasteless and requires a ton of condiments to make it half way decent to eat. I did not finish mine because I do not care much for hoisin sauce… My boyfriend did not like the flavor of his beef plate. Things they are doing right: friendly service(not that people go to Vietnamese restaurants for the service), clean restaurant, good vegetarian spring rolls. What needs to change: the phở recipe, quality and portion of rice plates. People go to Phở places for the food… It needs to taste good.

First time there as we are members of the Phở Saigon Parish. My guess is we may change Parishes. Not only is the service more attentive and accommodating but the Bún bò Hu is superior to any but that I’ve had at Bún bò Hu. Noted that they also have Bahn Mi so I know that I will be returning.

Came here because a friend told me about this place and I was in the area for errands. Tried their shrimp & pork spring rolls(average), eggrolls(average), beef phở(got the special and it was average), chicken phở(surprisingly decent and the soup broth is better than the beef version). The spring rolls and eggrolls tasted fresh but not special. Both beef and chicken phở have a decent amount of toppings — better than other places. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is also average. The person at the restaurant suggested that we try other dishes. The next time I’m in this area, I’ll give this restaurant another visit. This place looks clean and the service is good. I would say 3.5 and will bump up if the other dishes are better on my next visit. This is a solid place and if we lived in the area, we would eat here often.

Found this Phở restaurant unexpectedly. Originally was looking for Phở Saigon but before we could even find it we spotted Phở 3D first. So we just decided to just stop here for phở. The location is in a corner of a strip. As soon as you walk it the place looks very clean and well kept. The service is EXCELLENT and very friendly. The food was really delicious. My 2 year old son who usually doesn’t eat much even wanted more after everything was gone. The order 1 large bowl of P3. Phở tai chin nac(eye round steak and brisket) without onion. A rice plate C7. Com Chien Bo Luc Lac(stir fried steak cubes with egg fried rice) #2 Cha Gio(fried egg rolls) A drink beverage #6 Nuoc Dua Tuoi(coconut drink) Everything was very fresh and yummy. Free wifi Can’t ask for a better phở place that’s clean, good food, and great service.

I frequently go to Phở Saigon and never realized this place was right next to it! I wanted to try a new phở place and saw this on Unilocal. The phở was good though not the best I’ve had but I like how they give you a good amount of meat and not skimp on the meatballs like a lot of places! The price is fair. The spring rolls tasted fresh and were also good, I wish the sauce could be a bit more peanutty but not a big deal. The soybean milk was the best I’ve tried, I could tell it was made fresh and tasted soooo good. The service was superb. The waitress was very sweet and attentive *Updated* shortly 2hrs after I got home my husband and I had to run to the restroom(you know the rest of the story). We haven’t ate anything all day so I know it was the phở. Sigh. It was still good but now I’m scared to go back lol

I’ve been craving phở for a long time and this place definitely craved my appetite! Food was awesome and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly. I Ordered fresh/spring rolls with a large phở bowl with all the meat! And to top it off with taro bubble tea! Great place to try. Going to have to come back here when I’m in Katy again.

This is my second time here, and I like it more and more each time. My usual spot for the past 5+ years is Phở Saigon, and I’m an avid phở connoisseur, fosho! However, I do think phở 3D has more variety in their soup noodles than Saigon, such as their glass noodle with assortment of meats and shrimp. It’s not often you find this kind of noodles at a typical Houston/Katy Vietnamese shop! They also give more ingredients than Saigon. I also think phở 3D’s broth tastes better/healthier and has less MSG than the other Viet restaurants in Katy. Very nice waitresses too.

Just okay. The soda lemonade was what looked to be premixed, the phở tai broth on the sweet side and not piping hot, and they were a little skimpy on the sprouts, basil, etc. Would have probably rated a four star, but was turned off by the table that sat dirty for more than thirty minutes while three staff members stood behind the counter chatting.

This place is perfectly clean with a modern ambiance. The menu is pretty typical of a Vietnamese place, phở, vermicelli, and a few rice places. The food was great, well prepared, fresh veggies, high quality meat. The portions were slightly smaller than some of its competitors(say Phở Saigon down the street), but I thought the flavor were totally comparable.

Tasty phở, good competition to nearby Phở Saigon. Now we have two great phở restaurants in Katy within a mile of each other. P3D has a full menu with phở, vermicelli dishes, rice dishes, and desserts. My wife and I started with the fried bread sticks. They were cut into bite-sized portions and were flaky goodness. I ordered the seafood phở. The soup was large, and had plenty of pieces of shrimp, squid, and processed seafood loaf. I am not sure what is in the sliced seafood loaf, but it was good… let’s just call it Vietnamese spam. I could not eat the entire bowl of Phở and had to take a cup of the soup back with me. My wife had the vermicelli with Vietnamese egg rolls and enjoyed it. She also had to take leftovers back to the house. Generous portions at P3D. Service was good and the food was delivered quickly. The restaurant was nowhere as busy as Phở Saigon, and they offer a $ 10 discount for every $ 100 you spend at P3D. We will return. One last note… I am not sure what the«3D» part of this restaurant is. We did not receive 3D glasses. I wonder what 2D phở tastes like?
