Phở Saigon always delivers delicious food! I’ve eaten at the restaurant often and gotten several orders for take-out, but their phở is always top notch! It is home-style food, made quickly and always tasty. Go here especially if you are feeling the onset of a cold or flu because this broth will make you feel brand-new!

Found a cockroach on my soup. Watch your food before you eat it. I was eating my phở today and half way through eating my soup a cockroach floated up my soup. So disgusting. Please watch your food before eating here. Just a warning for those who plan to eat here.

Holy geez, I’m still thinking about this place. It sounds like being inside a food court with the amount of seating and people in here. Wow. But yet, the entire staff is right at home amidst the chaos. The shrimp and beef rolls are just stupid good. The phở is ridiclous. The price is what makes this even more crazy. I think between two bowls of phở, an order each of shrimp and beef rolls, two drinks, and two desserts the whole meal was less than $ 30. No joke. It was nuts, and they have a loyalty program?! Hell yea I’ll be back. Go here. Get your Vietnamese fix on. Love it.

Tofu. Vermicelli. Spring. Rolls. How many more characters do I need? Because that’s all I have to say. So. Good.

The one restaurant I miss the most after leaving Katy for college is Phở Saigon. Seriously, every time I come home, I must pay a visit to this place at least once. Sure, Austin also has a Phở Saigon but it’s nothing compared to this one. Their phở is consistently good and their char-broiled pork also deserves five stars. This place is always packed yet their service is always fast, so it’s an excellent choice for a quick lunch. I highly recommend this place even if you don’t live in Katy. If you do, consider yourself lucky to have this restaurant close by.

The phở was amazing! The broth was flavorful and there was a very substantial amount of beef serving. I will definitely come back soon.

My favourite Phở Saigon of all Phở Saigon noodle houses in Houston. The broth here is more flavourful for some reason, beside generous portions and lots of meats. Their Bun Bo Hue is also the best i’ve had in Houston. We always go her if we’re in the Katy area.

Phở Saigon is winner in my book. They have some really good phở. I normally order to go because the place is always packed and you feel rushed when you dine in. They stay busy.

Best Phở’ in Katy, TX! Lots of new phở’ places are opening around Katy, which I appreciate because I love phở’ and it brings down the crowd a little bit for those who don’t like crowds or do not want to wait because this place is always packed but the food is always in point and the service is fast. I do enjoy a couple of the other phở’ places who might have different rice plates or other menu items to change things up, but Phở’ Saigon has the best phở’ noodle soup, hands down!

Food was fresh, service was quick — for the first refill. We arrived there around 3:30pm last Friday, and they took our order quickly. They have a «loyalty program»($ 10 off every 100) which is basically one free meal if you go there 5 times with a friend. Not amazing, but not terrible either. They have a huge selection of Phở and general plates of food. It all looks good. Looking around the room at what others have been served, it looks(and smells) fantatstic. We had some beef eggrolls as an appetizer. With the peanut sauce dip, they were absolutely amazing. Really good, soft, and flavorful. The food is really good. At a little over $ 7 for phở plus $ 4-something for eggrolls and $ 1.50 for a 12 oz coke, it adds up quickly in a group. But the food is fantastic, and I can’t complain. It was all really, really good. The food seems authentic. You should give it a try. They completely stopped paying attention to us around 4pm(30 minutes after we were seated). No water(or any other) refills, no asking us if we needed anything at all… nothing. Other reviews say they’re amazing, so our first thought(since we were polite as expected) is that they wanted to clear us(and everyone else) out for dinner service. No offer of the check, nothing… we had to go ask for a check at the register. It was like we were invisible after the food was delivered. So, the food is good, but the service is hit or miss depending on the time. If it’s busy(and it was when we arrived), they will sit you with other families at the same bunched-up tables. It’s fine and intimate, but perhaps not what you’re looking for. The family that sat 6 inches away from us were awesome, so it wasn’t a big deal. Just be aware it can happen ;) Worth a try, just don’t arrive when they’re getting ready to switch from lunch to dinner. Their food is a 5. Their service is a 4. Wave someone down if you need to, they might ignore you ;)

My husband and I wanted to try something new and we’ve never really eaten Vietnamese food, so we came here. By looking at the reviews you would think this was some amazing place, but I didn’t get that feeling at all. We walked in and it was packed but we were seated right away which was nice. However, I could tell right away that the place wasn’t terribly clean evident by the noodles I had to step over on the floor to take my seat. We looked over the menu and nothing really jumped out at us as sounding good, but to be fair it’s probably because we aren’t used to that kind of food. We ended up both ordering the lemon grass chicken with rice and an egg roll. It came out pretty quickly and we began to eat. The chicken was pretty good, it was like a BBQ chicken to me but the rice beneath it was very bland. The egg roll wasn’t like one I’ve had before and I couldn’t quite figure out the flavor. I continued to eat it, and about three bites in I bit into what felt like a rock on my back teeth. It was so hard I felt like it had chipped my tooth(luckily it didn’t) and then I had all this grit in my mouth. I tried to politely spit it out as to not gross out the other customers, but unfortunately I didn’t find it. I have no idea what I swallowed, but it was enough to keep me from eating the rest of my dinner. This place was not for me.

Probably the best Vietnamese restaurant in Katy. I absolutely love their egg rolls! The food is always so fresh and delicious. I always get #55 I believe it is. It’s the dish with rice, grilled chicken, and an egg roll. It’s amazing! The miso soup is great, too, which comes with the lunch or dinner. Let’s talk about how AMAZING their prices are! The service is also wonderful. Definitely a must try if you are craving authentic Vietnamese.(My boyfriend is Chinese/Vietnamese so he will not eat at an Asian restaurant unless it taste like his mother made it!)

This place is not only very clean and nice but busy. There wasn’t that many people when I had arrived. But when I was done eating and paying you could tell that it had really good business. The food was very good. I will definitely come back here again. It’s a little piece of Bellaire out in Katy that you don’t get often! I’m so happy I bookmarked this place will be my new spot. I had an order of the chargrilled pork spring rolls. That came with a peanut sauce. The taste was amazing. Not too many noodles like other places do it either. Also had phở 12 which the broth was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Mmmm I wish I would of taken second for home hehe. And the chargrilled beef vermicelli noodles. That came with a fried spring roll. Which was also good and fish sauce on the side. Add a little sirarcha and you have the best combination in a bowl.

Do yourself a favor and slurp a compliment to the chef. Five stars for the excellent phở, clean establishment, and quick, efficient service. This is my go to place for lunch during my work break. Service is no-thrills, but your piping hot bowl is placed in front of you no more than 10 minutes after ordering. About once a week with my earbuds in place, I enjoy my audio book along with my steaming hot bowl of phở. The broth is clear and velvety smooth with warm, umami and floral flavors. My chicken or lean brisket is always thinly sliced and tender and the cuts are high quality. The noodles– always perfectly cooked and slurp– worthy. Today I was wild and changed my regular routine. I broke open my chopsticks and enjoyed caramelized, seared beef over steaming white rice which paired well with a hot dipping broth. Along the side was a crispy spring roll and tangy fresh shaved daikon radish and carrot. Today was one of many perfect lunches that I’ve enjoyed. Once I didn’t finish my phở because it was too hot outside and I couldn’t handle the hot broth… The manager saw my half finished phở and asked if everything was alright. She was relieved when I told her nothing was wrong with the dish and I was just overheated from the Texas sun. Five stars for the manager taking pride in her product and efficient service. Come here for a quick lunch with friends or work buddies. Come here for the food and not the environment or ambiance, which is pretty straight forward. The tables are a little close and walkways a little crowded, but I’ve never had issue with the cleanliness of this establishment. After voyaging through Chinatown and searching for perfect phở and finding little, scurrying cockroaches instead, this place is a fresh breath of air.

Craving phở in Katy? this is the place to go! Their phở always hits the spot for me, especially during the fall and winter weather – it’s a yummy way to warm up! Out of all the times my family has eaten here and the other phở Saigon chains in houston, there was only once that I felt it was inconsistent in flavor. Haven’t had a problem since. My favorite is the phở #12(eye round steak & brisket meat). There are different meat selections to choose as well as meatless soup options. Other family favorites if you’re not in the mood for soup are the egg roll appetizer or lemongrass pork over rice. Parking spots in front of the restaurant is not much but since it is in a complex on Mason RD there are other spots to choose from that are walking distance. Depending on what time or day you arrive place can get full fast! If you ever become a regular/frequent diner of some sorts, every $ 100 you spend gets $ 10 off. It’s a system linked to your phone number. Overall I’d recommend this place for a good bite to eat!

I’ve had better phở but for Katy is would be considered one of the best. The service is hit or miss, mainly miss, as expected. The Phở is consistent But I am not a fan of their bun bo hue. However, phở saigon is one of two good phở places in Katy and it beats driving to bellaire. What they are not consistent with is their veggie tray, sometimes I get a heaping plate full for my phở and other days it’s barley anything and I’ll have to ask for a second plate. I’ve recently been fond of a newer possibly even better phở place with much better parking. The main reason why I hate eating here was parking.

This place was PACKED!!! but then again what place isn’t on a friday night. I’ve just moved to this part of town few weeks ago, in search of a good phở place that I can call my safety blanket around town. Order: Bun Bo Hue, Beef and lemon grass with egg rolls and Desert 74 Unilocal needs to have half stars to give out. The Bun Bo hue was on point except the broth is a bit salty. For ONCE a phở place that does NOTCHEAPOUT on MEATS… And all were very meaty. Will for sure give it another try!!! Beef and Lemon Grass with egg rolls was real good !! despite the overload on the herbs. I have been craving for a Vietnamese desert place for awhile now. a Place that makes the same deserts as Bambu(Che) desserts. #74 was not very good, this is a place for phở and not known for the drinks/desserts. Red Tapioca was not cooked correctly was hard in the center, coconut milk was not what i expected. When asked the pointed in the cut a clump of white stuff which was the coconut milk. a bit strange to me. maybe i’m just a bit spoiled from Bambu making it right most of the time that when I veer away from it I get disappointed.
