I’ve visited many Sephora locations and am a frequent customer but this visit was by far the best one due to Jonathan’s great customer service and advice! He is the skincare consultant at this Sephora location and handled all of my skin concerns and questions with great knowledge! He guided me to the products I needed based on my skin concerns and made me feel so happy about my purchase. I’ve never dealt with someone so knowledgeable at a cosmetic store so if you have any skin concerns or questions, ask for Jonathan at Sephora in La Centerra! :)

I had one of the best experiences at this location than I’ve ever had anywhere else. I’m pretty clueless about doing my makeup and require quite a bit of help on what to buy and how to apply. I have been to other Sephora locations and paid to have people help me only to be disappointed that I didn’t understand anything better and didn’t get the look I wanted. That being said, I walked into the store and was greeted by Soriah and she was awesome! I told her the things I needed help with and she really listened. She did my one eye taking her time to explain what she was doing and then had me replicate it on the other eye. She also didn’t push any products on me, but since she picked great products to show me in the tutorial I ended up buying some things. I left feeling confident that I could now do my makeup and I have been. Not only that, but I’ve received compliments. If I ever need help again I will go back to her!

I went in for a makeover, and brought a picture of what I wanted(very minimal smokey eye and light make up) only to end up looking like a raccoon and given a foundation that was completely different from my skin and didn’t blend at all. The people here don’t know how to apply makeup or listen to their customers.

I shop at Sephora all the time. I am a VIP Rouge which means I spend too much money in Sephora, but this location is horrible. Very rude employees who are ill equipped to help. Not going back.

I’m thankful for a location closer to my home, but the employees of this store pale in comparison to other Sephora stores I have visited. There were a group of 5 employees standing off to the side of the entrance doing nothing and I still had to ask for help. Once at the counter, an available cashier stood there like a peacock on display and didn’t let me know that I could proceed to the counter(I was standing behind a couple looking at products near the counter, but who weren’t ready to check out. As a VIB Rouge member, I expect a certain level of appreciation. As a general customer, I expect decent customer service. I received neither here. I’ll just continue ordering online or visiting the Galleria store. The employees there know how to make their customers feel special. Grand opening… grand closing, Cinco Ranch. #byefelicia

I was trying to avoid going to the galleria to repurchase my trusted Bobbi Brown and I went in for a new foundation. It was difficult flagging someone down to help me. When someone finally did they made me feel like I was bothering them. I ended up purchasing the Laura Mercier foundation. When I got home and opened it, there was oil and fingerprints all over the tube. Then when I opened the cap there was foundation all over the tip. The product was definitely a return or had been used before. Very disappointing.

I love Sephoras. Usually all the employees are super friendly and helpful. But at this location, there’s an employee named ALEXIA, she has helped me more than a couple times, and my god, she is so rude! She rolls her eyes and gives an attitude. Her customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ve never written a bad review before, but she is bringing this Sephora down! Anytime I ask a question, she’s very rude and has told me information that was wrong! If she does not know an answer to a question, she just guesses and tells you the wrong answer without asking her manager! Glad there are other Sephora m stores I can ask and actually get a correct answer! Overall, most employees here are not helpful, nor friendly. Very disappointed!

Honestly, I just love Sephora but I’m here for my unbiased opinion. Every time I visit this location, they never have anything that I’m actually looking for. The customer service is amazing, and all that jazz but I always end up with something I never intended on purchasing. Why Sephora? Maybe I am just interested in popular products. Either way, it’s always happening here.

Amazing! What more can I say? Katy gets better and better every day. No more 30 minutes drives to Memorial Mall or to JC Penney out in Katy. We *finally* got a stand alone Sephora. Don’t get me wrong, I can appreciate Ulta– but, really Sephora has ALL the amazing brands and swagger. The associates are very friendly and love that hot red lip lipstick they are wearing! Fierce! I, along with the rest of Katy women are overjoyed. Seriously! This location is gonna be hot. I hearby proclaim this as National Sephora in Katy day!
