Yes it’s a collage town bar, but it’s great. $ 30 mug club. $ 2 beers, and not bad ones, for instance the past 2 weeks LongTrail sick day has been the special. $ 1 a taco on Tuesday’s and usually the rest of the week they have $ 5 meals with a draft of your choice. Keep up the great work guys!

As others have said, it’s a college-type bar in a college town and they do a pretty good job at it. It’s a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Yes, it gets a little busy and loud. Generally, seems to care about service and didn’t treat it like their personal hangout. One guy loved to talk with the door open to passersby. His coworker called him out for freezing out the patrons. The beer, burgers and wings are good. As a western New Yorker I can say definitively that the buffalo sauce is good. They have quite the variety of wing sauces and rubs, of burgers, and of beers. All of this is at a very reasonable price. What more do you need in a local bar? Not much.

We stopped by for lunch on a weekday. Excellent Caesar chicken wrap. Very generous portions and tasty. Nice ambience and view of downtown.

Best bar food in town. This place brought back the Armadillo’s Burrito after they closed down, and it’s always worth the trip on Thirsty Thursday. Try the Dark Knight while you’re there, it’s made the best there. It can get a bit too crowded at night so it’s best to go earlier, unless you like standing in everyone’s way. The outdoor patio is a nice touch during the summer months. It’s also conveniently next door to Domino’s in case you get the late night munchies.

Great atmosphere, excellent staff, cheap beers, and tasty food. The place to go in Keene.

This could be a nice little bar. Good location, ok food, decent drinks, but it attracts the most obnoxious group. On a Thursday — Saturday it is packed full with people constantly bumping into you. Girls that think they need to dance just because they dressed slutty and need the attention. And guys that are either as loud as possible or creeping on the girls. Out of all the bars in Keene I would feel the least comfortable leaving my drink unattended in this place. On the slow days it’s a nice place for cheap drinks and catching a game.

Cobblestone is a staple of Keene and has cheap food and drinks however they need to know what they truly are. They act like this place is the Ritz-carlton or Jay-Z club 40⁄40. Understand that in a market like Keene, other places can come in and offer the same specials and be highly competitive. THey allow 10 ppl in the bar at a time and food is sub-par. Drinks and watered down and the people running the doors are idiots. I didnt get kicked out or any of that but after tons of visits this place is not one that I am very high on.

The best part about college towns — cheap beer and cheap food. The Cobblestone is a small bar that has about a dozen different beers on tap, with a good selection of microbrews. Most of the beers when I visited were from the region but I was impressed to a see some beer from the Rogue brewery in my native Pacific Northwest. They have different specials based on the day of the week; for example they have $ 2 pitchers of Bud Select on Mondays and 75 cent tacos on Tuesdays. When the food or drinks aren’t on special they are still very reasonably priced. We had the wings for 3-for-$ 1 if I can remember correctly and were completely satisfied with the spiciness and taste. There are about six different plasma TVs hanging up on the walls playing different sporting events so it’s also a great place to catch the game. The only downside is that it can get pretty crowded on certain nights and since it’s a smaller sized bar, you might have to spend some time waiting to order your drink. Overall though, it’s incredibly cheap with a great selection of different microbrews on tap, with cheap food and friendly service to boot. I always hit up the Cobblestone when I visit my buddy in Keene.
