Buffalo Wild Wings

Great wings. I love traditional chicken wings with thai curry. Must try. Service is pretty good too. I have tried other wings but theirs is the best. Overall a great place to hang out or watch a game.

I’ve only been here once but the hot wings and fries were pretty good. The best wings I feel are the lemon pepper, it has a nice tang to it. I came here awhile back to watch the FIFA World Cup with a couple friends, the waiter was pretty nice. I like the atmosphere as well.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for over a year and have never had a negative experience but this time was horrible. The food was okay but my issue is the customer service. I’ve been a server in a very high volume restaurant and I get it but our server, Hannah I think, barely even looked at us when she spoke to us. No refills. The manger had to get us a refill. The over all customer service experience was, excuse me but, absolute shit. And the best part, IT WAS EMPTY. There were maybe 3 other tables in the whole dining room all belonging to different servers! Food was like normal but they need to get servers with more respect for people. Serving gets hard but one table of 2 shouldn’t be that difficult.

Yall, really dropped down in quality. Been eating here and the San Luis obispo locations for awhile. Cc boats used to be complimentary with sauce. Now I’m charged for the sauce and the carrots and celery. Just go to wingstops. At least they don’t charge for ranch. AND YOU FORGOT MY GOD DAMN RANCH. BASTARDS!

I ADORE BWW!!! When I walked in today, it smelled like a used Port-​a-​Potty that had not been cleaned. The front staff didn’t care, the server at the table (before we moved to the bar area) didn’t care, then the bartender didn’t care. I was a bartered for 13 years to pay for school and I sure don’t appreciate this. Save your time and money. Make it at home.

We arrived around 6:45pm on a Wednesday night and there was a 15 minute wait for the dinning room. There was not a wait for the bar, so we sat at a bar table. Upon sitting down, there was only one menu on the table and we waited a bit for our server to say hello and bring our drinks. On Wednesdays, they have happy hour all day so we started out with Mozzarella sticks that were $ 4 instead of $ 6.95. They were good, but we had to ask for extra marinara sauce and they were brought to us without napkins. We each also ordered wings. The wings had plenty of sauce, were warm, and were served with extra dressing. Always love BWW and this particular one had good, fast food and pretty good service!

I’ve been here a couple times. The food is pretty good but the service can be a bit better. I normally ask for extra queso and my wings extra wet, even if I have to pay more. 75% of the time, they forget the queso or they forget the extra wet part. I always have to correct the order and make sure it’s done right. It’s very nice to get things done the first time, at least most of the time. Overall this place is okay, could be better, though.

Service is HORRIBLE!!! Friday night, crowded, totally understandable to wait 45 min for a table. No problem. Once seated, drink order taken by waiter and brought out quickly. But then waited another 20 min before we had to ask for our order to be taken. And then it was like we were bothering him from cleaning the table next to us (that stayed empty for a long period of time afterwards). Then another 35 minutes for our wings to come out and not hot. There are so many good restaurants in the area. We will not be coming back here anymore. Have been here many times previously and the service has always been slow.

This place keeps going down hill and I love buffalo wild wings so it pains me to write this review. My family and I have been going here for the past three years, usually to watch football games. The last time, it was the worst and it didn’t help it was my birthday. The service was extremely slow. I ordered my food about ten minutes before the half and got my wings ten minutes after the second half started (35 to 40 min). One of the managers brought me the wings and they were cold. The waitress obviously forgot about the order, but I ate them anyways. I then proceeded to order a bourbon and diet. Instead of her telling me they didn’t have a well bourbon, she disappeared for ten or fifteen minutes and then came back without a recommendation, so I order Jim Beam (bourbon) and diet. I then decided to order another «bourbon and diet,» she said she didn’t have bourbon. lol. I tried not to laugh at her and say what do you think Jim Beam is? Instead, I politely ordered a Jim Beam and diet. My Dad ask the waitress if he could pay for all the food at the table, but not the drinks. I finally got my bill and she over charged me a beer and my food was on my tab. I know that people often forget how much they drink, but I was drinking slow and ordering when everyone else ordered. I knew exactly how much I drank. I decided not to tell my dad and I just paid the bill. I was in a good mood so I tipped her a 20 on 80 which she didn’t deserve (25%). It was birthday. I was in a great mood and I was not going to let that place bring me down. Now, it is the next day I regret going there and tipping so much. I thought giving a review would be appropriate.
P. S. The manager had to ask me a before my seventh drink if I was okay to have another drink. I had two drinks an hour for 4 hours (8 drinks, not including the drink they over charged me). I also had four waters. I told the manager that I was fine, my wife was driving, and I respect that he asked. I was most likely under the legal limit to drive if you do the math. The waitress and the manager both apologized and said they have to ask at that point. It is hard to get the personal experience at a chain restaurant.

Good wings, cold beer, delicious fries, and the best part, no smoking allowed anymore! Just outside and I hope they will prohibit smoking there too!

Buffalo Wild Wings isn’t typically a location I go to for exceptional service. I always ask for Becky now. She is an exceptional server. Food and drinks are mediocre. But I think that’s an expectation of BWW. Ask for Becky and you’re sure to enjoy your lunch or dinner there!

The service and quality of good has improved here vastly from a couple of months ago. This location used to have rude employees who didn’t care about good service. Now when I walk in every one is very nice and inviting which makes we want to go back!

Okay so I decided to give this place another try since I haven’t been here in a year! So today I went to go pick up my togo order and finally everything was great! Like the service was good & my order was right that’s all I ever wanted!

we decided to eat here since it was the only place open in the area. There were only 3 tables so I expected our order not to take long at all. Unfortunately we waited literally 45 minutes for our food! Our waiter never came to check on us during this time nor did he mention that our food would take this long. A friend of mine had to go up and ask what was the deal. After he did that, our food came out right away… I don’t think I’ll come back to this Buffalo Wild Wings just because of the slow service. Unacceptable!

There’s almost no reason to rate this place they are all good if you can’t enjoy yourself at a BWW your just not suppose to come out the house everything you could want in a hangout spot is here great drinks and to die for wings WARNING DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO TRYING THE BLAZING HOT WINGS YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

This is an update. Being this is local my patronage is forced since I absolutely love the way things taste here.
The service at this location is not even close to acceptable. Wait times are insane for any service. It’s like they hired a bunch of kids at minimum wage that don’t care.
This is an ongoing problem. I have been coming to this location for years. The management isn’t even apologetic about their service anymore. Skip this place. It’s bad. Again I only come back due to the selection of flavors that are actually good.

I been coming to this place to watch sports and ufc fights for a long time, and for the most part I have received ok service and the food is just ok, it’s a bar so I don’t expect to much. On my last visit to this place the service was really slow and the food was just not good at all. We ordered a a few samplers and one sampler came with a spinach and artichoke dip, and is probably the worst I have ever had, it tasted like wilted spinach and plain water, All other items were just as bad. I’m not usually to critical on food, but from all the food we ordered the only item that tasted ok, was the mozzarella cheese, and I bet they buy those premade. I don’t think I will recommend this place to anyone, if you like to visit this place just don’t have very high expectations! It’s better that way!

Terrible service! Had to wait at least ten mins to be seated on a Thursday night, and the place was not even half full. I had at least 5 occasions someone walk by to just be ignored.
Sat down and had to wait another 15 mins for someone to even say hi. another 25 mins for a salad to come out.
This is my second time here and had the same experience.
I rarely write review but as I’m sitting here with nothing to do, I feel incline to do so.
Will never go back to this location again.

Used to be a great place to hang out and watch the game but they decided to cater to the kids and it resembles a nursery school now. Including the new no smoking rule.
Throw in a ball pit and a giant mouse and you’ve got Chuck E Cheese.
The wings are good but way overpriced. As is the beer.

NEVER thought I would write a positive review for BWW… but things change!
First, BWW is now NON SMOKING!!! And not ONLY non-​smoking, but non-​ecigs and vaping! Thats right you silly Vaping girls and boys, take your nasty crap outside with the smokers!!! GOOD FOR BWW…
Second, the food last night was actually very good! Wings (traditional) were good sized, well cooked, and delicious! Still not sure how people eat the breaded boneless… but the kids love them!
Third, service was extremely attentive and professional.
Overall, not sure BWW will ever be a favorite, but when someplace picks up their game like this, I am obliged to go along, so Great Job BWW!!! Your smoking policy was way over due, and much appreciated!!!
