Wingstop

We always visit this Wingstop. We pass BWW just to get to wingstop. After our latest order we will not be returning. We ordered online, it takes us a good 15 min to get to the store. Once my husband arrived they said it’d be another 20 min. When he got the wings home, they had no seasoning and were fried to a crisp (which we did not request). Had to throw out $ 30.00 of wings. Not even ranch dressing made them edible.

Got delivery from here. Huge order. 40 wings (10 boneless mango habanero, 10 boneless honey bbq, 10 boneless hot, & 10 classic hot) family meal. We tried the lemon pepper fries and asked for extra crispy but they were still very soft. So not excited about that. The boneless hot didn’t taste the same as the bone in hot. Which was very disappointing. Mango habanero wings are delicious but extremely hot. Like we filled up our stomachs on water from eating one. I would order again because the price was good but won’t be getting fries again.

Took a long time to get our food, even though we (2 orders) were the first people there, but the food was good.

Will not be returning back to this wing stop location. We waited 30 mins for our food. Saw multiple people come in and order and get their food before we did. Then someone came in 20 mins after we did and they got their food at the same time as us. We had to walk up to the counter after 25 mins to check on our food. No one every said or apologized about the long wait time. Will not be returning.

Used to be my local bdubs. Recently came in and the host (short red headed) talked to us in such a «I don’t want to be here» tone of voice with the audacity to say «oh, so 4??? ~ want to sit at the bar???» And I’m there looking at her like why would I want to sit at the bar, so I can seat myself? And once I told her «no?» She kept going with her attitude saying «well then I’m going to have to go look for an open table» well obviously, it’s your job to do so. Long story short, they just really have a sucky staff.

I don’t have wings often, so I’m not a «regular» here, but this is our Go To place for wings. They are consistently good and I LOVE their fries. Seriously addictive! I think they’re a good value, as well. The staff is always friendly. They get 4 stars not because it’s a life changing dining experience, but because they do what they do very well. We don’t come back often, but we always come back.

Love this place! They remember your face when you come in. Service is always on point. And the boneless hot wings tho… Nom Nom Nom! Try the potato salad cuz it rocks! We will be back.

Im a wingstop lover let me began by saying that, but this particular location always has lousy customer service. To top it off everytime I order they always either forget to put my ranch, fries or even get the wrong flavor. Im quite anoyed by this so thats why i stopped coming to this location. The new location im going to now is much better.

Lemon pepper is TOO GOOD. The wings are hella hot, literally steaming hot whenever you take a bite. The fries look pretty freshly cut too, and the bathroom doesn’t smell like bootyhole. Pretty chill pretty good

I love wingstop, but this wingstop has the most bi polar staff. One night I am in there and they are joking and having a great time. The next they look like they want to kill me and them selves. Sucks to have to even deal with them. I would rather type my order in a machine than talk with them.
Bathroom was trashed too and there was pee every where.

The freezing rain had begun and we had just gotten finished picking up some groceries and other stuff from Target before snowmegedon 2015 is to strike. And we realized through my grumpiness that it was middle of afternoon and I hadn’t eaten anything. So we pull into wingstop which I haven’t eaten at one since we moved from west Texas.
The guy behind the counter upon initial observation was very irritated about something. But as this experience moved on he was actually quite personable. (His transportation is a motorcycle and like I mentioned the weather was going downhill rapidly so I understand, also some of the other customers who came in I found annoying so I can only imagine what all he sees in a normal day)
We ordered the family pack and had a coupon for additional 8 wings.
Got plain for the picky kids, lemon pepper for the less picky kid, medium for my lovely bride, and mango habanero for me.
All of which were delicious. The rolls which are in my past experience fresh yeast rolls seemed old and stale. So this is my only negative.
The fries are very good but they are salty, so those who don’t like salty stuff… I feel you have been fairly warned
We like to order a cup of the liquid orange goo (nacho cheese) to dip fries in. Yum.
I recommend this place for a franchise wing joint. The quality of chicken is better than Buffalo Wild Wings but the I like the sauces at Buffalo Wild Wings better.

I love wingstop fries and wings but i always have issues at this location 8436 Denton Hwy, Ste 203, Avenue, Watauga, TX 76 148‑2461.
This time i placed an order online using their app and all went good i received email with confirmation, i get to the location and they said online system is not working. Basically they are not honoring my order even with the confirmation.
Other times i have seen they pick up the phone and leave the phone laying there just to not receive calls.
Just not a good customer service.

I had the Louisiana Rub and the Canjun flavor. Both were good.
I’m a huge wing fan so I don’t usually ‘not like’ any wings I eat.
It was actually my first time eating at a wing stop, but it was pretty much what I expected.
my only ‘negative’ vine: The ranch.
It is a runnier ranch… I’m more of a thick ranch kinda guy.
But I’ll deff eat here again.

It’s wingstop. You know it, you love it — dig in.
New Mango Habenero is GOOD… but extremely spicy!

Wings are great; attitude of the cashier (Alejandra) –not so great. Management needs to train this girl on customer service. She was rude and wasn’t helpful at all. I understand it gets busy at times, but remember that customers are the ones that keep this place open.

normally I like wingstop products, but accidentally ordered the boneless wings today, and thought, eh ok I will try them. THEY SUCK! just wanted to get to the point. Now if you love fried breading coated in sauce, then this is your place.

Wingstop has the best wings! I love the lemon pepper wings and the garlic and parmesan wings!

Best wings around! This particular location is a whole lot nicer than the one on Western Center. Consistantly good food and service. Love me some lemon pepper wings with fries dipped in their ranch dressing. Yum!
