Staff was ok.
Room was big, nice, cold and clean.
Price was average, Since all hotels around this area are over priced.
Breakfast is definitely a plus.
That had more then just cereal and waffles
They did take our towels but and did not replace them lol
Overall it was a good affordable hotel

Do not stay here. The room smelled and was dirty. They «cleaned» my room and took my towels but did not replace them. I was left with a hand towel for a floor mat and a hand towel to dry off with. Worst yet was they changed they rates from what they quoted me. I asked them about it and they explained that because they sold out they raised the rate and wouldn’t do a thing about it. Unbelievable. Don’t stay here.

Staff was good and the room was clean. It was cheap to stay there. What else can i say. Good place to stay for the night and to spend some time in mall of america.
