Super 8

My fiancé and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money but wanted to have a mini vacation. We decided to have dinner at the boardwalk and stay at the super 8 mostly because they had an indoor pool and hot tub.
When we got there after having dinner at the boardwalk, they didn’t have any rooms available with a king bed so they gave us a suite for no additional charge which was awesome. They also allowed us a late check out in the morning. The place was very clean, the shower was nice. Since this was in February we pretty much had the pool to ourselves the entire time.
The downsides were that the pool is not heated at all so the temperature was around 60 degrees. The hot tub was very very chlorinated so we could only stay in it about 20 minutes after our eyes started burning from the chlorine steam. Our solution was to go back and forth between the pool and hot tub so it worked out okay.
The staff at the front desk were polite but they didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about the workings of the place.
They offer a complimentary breakfast which isn’t very good and they don’t restock it.
Our overall experience was pretty good and I would definitely stay there again.

Horrible !!! The guy at the front desk was rude. The whole place smelled of curry. There was sticky stuff on remote and night stands. No water pressure in the shower. There was red stains on the comforter. When we told them, they just took the comforter and threw a different on on the bed. $ 140.00 is ridiculous.
