I’ve never been disrespected at a restaurant by the staff in my life, but at this Wendy’s the women at the counter laughed as others blatantly said things they would never say in front of a manager. I asked for a new burger because the one I was served had multiple things I asked not to have on it, and was cold. Got smirks and even a snarky comment thrown my way for trying to get the food I paid for. Never had a bad salad from Wendy’s though, only reason for a second star.

Wendy’s food is Wendy’s food. This location is no different. What is different is that the owner refuses to fix the heating and air conditioning. The heat was out in the winter. Now the AC is out in the summer. The AC problem goes deeper though. There are many missing ceiling tiles exposing the AC duct work. Other tiles in place are covered in mold. The store stinks like mildew and mold. The manager was told, but she basically just apologized and said it was out of her hands. If the owner is not willing to fix the store, Wendy’s should remove the franchisee. The lack of working AC combined with the smell of the mildew and mold makes for a disgusting visit.

Oh no you didnt just do that – did you just change the chili recipe? I certainly hope not because what i just ate was not good chili – it was more of a con carne which is not the wendys chili i know and LOVE. The coke machine was out of vanilla, the nuggets were cold, and did i mention that they screwed up the chili? Wendys is my fast food of choice but today just didnt do it for me. Sad, sad face.

Keep in mind that I absolutely love wendys. But this location disappointed. I’ve been getting Wendy’s chili since elementary school and this wasn’t normal Wendy’s chili. Is the recipe changing? I really hope not! This was thick, not as brothy. There was no meat but lots of beans. I didn’t like it. The coke machine was out of vanilla. The ikea remodel was unnecessary and now a ton of chairs are smashed together in a small area. You can do better, Wendy’s!

Fast food is pretty normal. I want to complement this location on how well done they completed the remodel and every since it has been remodeled the food and service is 100 times better in my opinion.

Best fast food chicken salads. Especially the Apple Pecan chicken salad. They will also substitute chili for fries for a healthier meal

I gave this Wendy’s a 2nd chance since it’s been remodeled. It’s still terrible! Stale fries, gross bacon on the burger. The dining area was freezing, every diner complained & it still never warmed up. I’m done w that Wendy’s!

First time visit since they totally remodeled. Stale fries and lettuce on burger. I even had still frozen fries mixed in. Really you have one job in life and you can’t serve fries right??? Ya keep protesting for higher wages.
Thought I smelled mold when I walked in. Then I looked at ceiling tiles. Not just one or two molding tiles. Try over 50%. Some are sagging with the weight.
Cashier had still wet counter from cleaning and put my cup down upside down. That’s gonna flush me out or get me sick.

Well it’s Wendys so you know the food already. Problem with this location is quality. Sure I always get my order quickly but it looks like they gave it a beat down before putting it in the bag. Everything is flat and mushed and just not appealing. This happens on the cheap burgers as well as the more upscale burgers. They look nothing like you see in their advertisements. Still they are open late and cheap so I find myself stopping here anyways. So orders are usually correct but just don’t expect them to look very appetizing.

Decent restaurant, but I’ll admit that my usual dislike of Wendy’s has probably colored my view of this one. I cannot fault the staff or the restaurant, but the food was found to be lacking. This, as I have said, is probably due to my taste and not the quality.

I visited Wendy’s back in the summer of 2009. I used to love their burgers, fries, frostiness and spicy chicken sandwiches until…
One day I went to order a spicy chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. Delicious as usual. Then, that evening I came down with a fever, nausea, and eventually started vomiting and dry heaving. The following day, I was in bed with the shakes, sweats, fever, achy joints, and more vomiting. Laid in bed all day because I had food poisoning. WTH?!
I have never been to a Wendy’s ever since because the thought of going there just makes my stomach do flips. Makes me wonder sometimes what goes in the kitchen of restaurants. Where are the health inspectors?!
