I’ve been going here since I moved to Seattle in 2006… wow! 10 years! Anyway, they are fabulous. They remember my name and my nails look great. My shellac looks great for two weeks, at least! They have those awesome pedicure massage chairs, too. I really only have time to get my nails done twice per year but I ALWAYS come here. And Wendy is so sweet!

I had a really great experience here today. I’ve been looking for a good but cost efficient nail salon since moving here. This place was really clean and had a pleasant atmosphere despite being in an older strip mall. The ladies that work there are very nice and polite and not pushy at all. The lady that did my pedicure took her time and did an amazing job. I will definitely be going back here for my pedicures!

I just found this little gem of a place. They do a very nice job, my shellac lasts for 2 weeks most of the time. They are an appointment oriented spot vs. the«pick a color» walk in’s you find most of the time in these strip mall salons. Wendy the owner is very nice and remembers your name. They are clean and professional. I love the family friendly music, 105.3 Spirit. I come with my daughter sometimes and they are super sweet and spoil her.

I went in there recently for a shellac manicure and I wasn’t too happy with what I received. I told her from the beginning that I wanted her to make sure there weren’t any gaps and that she got the all the way to the sides and back of my nails, but the reminder didn’t seem to help. When she was done my nails looked as though they had already grown out a few weeks since you could see a good perimeter of nail that didn’t have polish on it. What’s the point of that?

This place is awful. Worst mani and pedi ever. EVER. I wish I had done my own nails. I have naturally long nails. I came in with rounded tips and Wendy started filling very hard which hurt my nails and gave super straight across square tips, without asking me what I wanted and not caring about my previous shape. After half-azzed fixing it my nails ended up much shorter and still an ugly shape. She barely pushed back my cuticles and barely got the dead skin and hang nails. Never lotioned or massaged my hands. My hands and skin surrounding the nails now have paint on them and the skin is so dry it’s peeling. The paint isn’t even near the back or sides of my nails giving my nails an even worse shape. The pedicure was painful and no one wants a painful pedicure. I was rushed and I was constantly interrupted by Wendy having to answer the phone and get other customers set up. I am thoroughly disappointed. What a waste of time and money. Do not ever come here.

This salon is clean and the employees are very nice. My spa pedicure was nice and came with a long foot massage and scrub! There isn’t a lot of English spoken here but that’s not a big deal to me! The prices are excellent! My spa pedicure was only $ 23! I’m happy to find a new neighborhood place to grab a mani/pedi!

At Pretty Nails Wendy and her crew treat you like royalty! The salon has gotten increasingly nicer over the years and still is reasonably priced. Recently I took my three year-old daughter for her first«pedicure» on her birthday(she really just got her nails painted, but it was a big deal!) and she felt right at home at Wendy’s shop. I’ve been to many nail salons in this area Pretty Nails is the best by a long shot!

Inexpensive and skilled spa pedicure, my wife had to breastfeed while she was getting and spa pedi, and one of the ladies took the time to find her a clean towel to cover her with. The entire shop was very clean and they have brand new chairs that can do amazing things to your back and shoulders! Some of the ladies have a habit of talking amongst themselves in their naïve language which may bother some paranoid people, but I didn’t really care. I could tell it was just usual work banter anyway.

Have gone to Pretty Nails sporadically for years and have always found them friendly, affordable and skilled. I don’t mind if they speak Cambodian in front of me. They have a great selection of magazines and I’m happy to soak my feet and read about celebrity gossip. For the price, it’s a great place.

I have been coming here for at least 5 years now with my BFF to get mani’s and pedi’s. Wendy is constantly doing updates to the salon to keep up with the times. They now have fancy big chairs with massagers in them and they will put floating flowers in your water upon request. Also they know have the long-lasting gel shellack. Its awesome! Emme does a really great job of making intricate flower designs on your toes!

Worst manicure ever! Barely got a hi out of my manicurist and all of the workers talked nonstop to each other in their language. One of the workers was on her cell phone while beginning to paint a customer’s nails. It was the quickest manicure ever, 2 sec massage and was not even offered a dryer once done. Got a quick thank you as they emptied the garbage and turned off the lights. As a plus nails were chipping the next day. Won’t be going back there. Thanks but no thanks!!!

They did an ok job on my nails, they looked really nice when they were done and the people are really nice but here are the flaws: two of the nails poped off that night, and the worst part that made it so i wont ever go back is that one of the ladies wasnt paying attention to what she was doing and sawed all the way through the middle of my nail. It hurt really bad and bled a lot and didnt heal for a while and she still put all the nail stuff on it which i think infected it. Maybe it was just my luck but it hurt and scared me so bad that i will not go back again even though my nails looked pretty.
