Terrible service. Sat for 10 minutes before anyone took our order. If you’re getting a bite to eat before you fly out, you better plan ahead or you’ll be missing your flight.

Terrible service! We were seated, then waited almost ten minutes before we were greeted by the waitress. She cut my husband off during his order and it took nearly ten minutes to get our drinks… even then I only got water when I ordered tea. When I received my tea, it wasn’t our waitress who brought it and they forgot to bring a cup… It took nearly a half hour to get our food in a restaurant that was not busy at all. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

Today, 1st Jan, 2016, the service was really poor. They took a long time to seat us. Then totally forgot to send a server to take the order. After 30 minutes, they took the orders. Took another 40 minutes to bring the food, and them some orders were mixed up and missing stuff. The chicken fajita omelette did not have the salsa or the things that were mentioned on the menu. Fortunately we had time on our hand, else this would been a very unpleasant experience.

No stars. The worst meal ever. Cold soup and then they bring out your meal before the soup. To finish they told me that they made a new omelette for me. Please that thing was mic to death with the meat sticking together

This review is live. I am still sitting at a table waiting for our breakfast. It’s been 45mins. All we had was 1 cup of coffee in a mug with black grease on the lip. And my ice in my water is now small enough to move by itself around the cup.

Flew into New Orleans Airport and was very hungry. Saw the IHOP and ordered a late breakfast. My usual 2 eggs over easy 2 pancakes and 2 sausage links. I was greeted nicely and given a table. The waitress quickly took my order and was pleasant. My order came quickly, it just wasn’t good. The pancake that should be to die for, where not. They were pasty and dark brown. Not the golden brown and light as feather I expected. My eggs were well past easy and my sausages were over cooked and cold. My high mark were for the facility, wait staff and cleanliness. The food was subpar. I use Unilocal all the time and seldom write review. Just not a good experience.

First off the air conditioner was not working. That was the first sign we should have left. Food was not hot, eggs were scrambled hard, and has browns were over cooked. I will not be back to this IHOP. Very disappointed.

I was in this iHop across from airport waiting for a flight. Came in sat down got menu & coffee. Table 21. Was totally ignored for 30 minutes and decided to leave. Paid for coffee, $ 3.00. Server? gave me change out of her pocket and didn’t ring it up.
Not happy. Have never seen a more unprofessional wait staff anywhere. I usually stop here a couple of times a week. No more.

Good breakfast and fast! Very clean establishment. I had eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns. Done perfectly. Service is quick and polite!

The guy and I came as we were staying in the Days Inn this IHOP is next to. It is across from the airport, and I would imagine they have their share of travel weary customers that come in, especially as there is not much else in the area.
Remember that IHOP is a chain, and when I consider stellar service that treats the patron like a king or queen, this is not your place. The food is hot and filling. The sodas are cold and quickly refilled. The wait staff is as attentive as a low-​wage employee can get.
This is a great place for a quick fix, but don’t expect anything out of the unusual.

Looking for food late at night on a Sunday is slim pickings. Luckily IHOP was open, 24 hours. It was quiet, the server was extremely nice. The food took a little more time to roll out. Other than it taking a little longer it was good food. The restaurant definitely needs some updating in décor. Looks like it’s stuck in the late 90’s. Overall it was good.

Was not acknowledged when the worker walked in the front. Was not asked for help. Worker looked at me and turned around. I tried calling the main line and unsuccessful. This is very unprofessional.

I ordered the biscuit and gravy combo and the fried chicken combo with Mac n cheese. My chicken was so over cooked that not just the skin was crispy, the meat inside was crispy. The gravy was so thick it was like pudding. The Mac n cheese was so cold, it was stuck together like a brick. They also forgot my cheese grits and salad.

Fast service, food was excellent, my waiter was extremely polite it was kind of scary at times. Will eat here again! Very nice and clean IHOP.

I was desperate for food and this was the only restaurant nearby unless you consider a Subway. No thanks! Service was incredibly slow on my first visit. Second visit I let them know I was kind of in a hurry and they actually served me a little faster. The menu is changing to be mostly some breakfast sandwiches which didn’t appeal to me. I’m an omlette girl so that was a huge disappointment.
I just don’t like IHOP.
