Where can I start, Let’s say we felt like we were annoying the person at the front counter. Unhappy facial expression destroyed my appetite. The food smells good and all but no order to the system. Everybody’s order got mixed up with another some how. Not good management.

Greasy! I was super hungry and this was the first sit down place I found right out of security. The prices were pretty cheap for airport food. The service was fast. The food was averse. I got eggs, potatoes, and a biscuit. Very heavy. It was a bad choice for flying. There is a lot of tables for sitting while you wait for your flight and eat, which is nice, but they didn’t bother to clean many up, so lots of dirty tables. All and all, a average place. I’d recommend looking for another venue.

Very disappointing! Everything was pre made and cold. Ordered 6 piece wings and French fries. Nothing worst than cold soggy fries. The chicken was pre made and kept in a warmer. Had I known before I ordered it I would not have gotten it.

Wow earns a five-star rating on the basis of their wings. They serve a habanero-flavored wing that is truly, truly hot– it’s the hottest wing I’ve ever eaten, without question. Beyond that, Wow can be a healthy place to eat, if you’re a calorie counter. Wow’s execution in the kitchen has let me down exactly once, in dozens of visits. I didn’t get sick, but I suspect someone with a weaker stomach might have. To be fair, that’s speculation, and the location in question has closed, and was in an area where finding good culinary workers is difficult.

They got you trapped here so the prices are high as heck for as little as you get. The food is ok nothing to write home about. It’s good enough to get you to make it til your plane leaves. It’s the basic food court with high prices. The cashier had her face in her cell phone texting instead of wanting to help the customer. The one exception is for the server in the dining area. She was friendly and happy.

I understand that airport food generally has the right to be overpriced, but at least have somewhat swift service if you know the majority of your diners are on a tight schedule/rushing to flights! The soup and salad combo was $ 9.50 and the salad was a very small and pathetic salad with lettuce, two huge slices of tomatoes clearly intended for a burger/sandwich, and a handful of unappealing carrot strips. The soup was a passable broccoli and cheddar. They were so unorganized that it took at least 10 minutes for them to gather all the sauce, sour cream, etc. necessary for the quesadilla orders ahead of me. They also apparently screwed up their soda machine and the Sierra Mist fountain was serving the wrong drink. There are not many options in this concourse, so if you end up here in desperation… be aware that it could take awhile to get your food and that their lack of organization clearly causes many other issues.

I visited the Louis Armstrong airport location in the Delta terminal. It is one of the only options available. I was pleased to see they had healthy fresh options with plenty of salads. The restaurant itself is clean and the servers are friendly. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and a cup of red beans and rice. They asked me what I wanted on the sandwich, which I liked. They did not put sauce on it(you can add your own) which I liked. The food was served hot and fresh. And the beans were good and flavorful and not too salty. Small issue with the mayo take away packets. They were a bit messy. But overall I was surprisingly happy with the experience. The food was good, hot and fresh and the portion sizes were appropriate. Not huge and not small. I’ll be back.

Awful. Tables strewn with trash, boxes with food remnants, cups with dregs of scum, crumbs and filth cover half the tables. The floor a checkerboard of stains from trampled food waste. Staff behind counters, loath to come into the squalid conditions of the eating area. Food as bland as paper. The results of a captive customer… they don’t care.

Really good and tasty. Quick and convenient. Moderately priced. Staff was nice. Not your typical airport food.

Not many choices in this airport for food. Located in Concourse D, the Wow Café is really nothing to be wowed about. Best thing about this place are the friendly staff and quick service. My wrap came up fast and was just okay. But if you want a drink– even the bartender will tell you to go for beer and wine as the measured pour they do for liquor is abysmally small. Wrap, fries and drink ran $ 25 plus tip. They know you have little choice but you’d think they’d at least pour a decent drink. Note to self: eat before heading to the airport next time!

Wow… Pretty bad burger. I wouldn’t eat here again if I was starving. Why can’t they put a decent place to eat in the airport :(

Listen, I know this airport has terrible concessions,(Not even a Starbucks?) but I was just here and had a wonderful experience at WOW Café. For $ 7.99 I had a HUGE breakfast… and it was really good. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, grits, bacon and a biscuit… for $ 7.99! And what’s even better is the service I got. The gal that was working on Sunday morning(May 3, 2015) was so pleasant, attentive and really quick. I know the pickings are slim here, but if you’re hungry, this is probably your best bet!

It’s okay as far as airport food goes. The service was reasonably fast, they made me an egg and cheese biscuit that wasn’t too bad, and the breakfast dishes come with roasted potatoes. The potatoes are bland, but made better with some salt, pepper, and ketchup. It’s probably the most substantial breakfast in this part of the airport, but not something I would want to eat if I wasn’t stuck waiting for an early morning flight.

Good for a quick burger before your flight! Served on toasted white bread is not so good. Baked beans were tasty!

The only thing worse than the food at Wow Café is the service, and the food is bad. While eating my mediocre, microwaved chicken sandwich, I witnessed the food prep staff berate an elderly woman who received the wrong items in her order. He told her that she was getting what was on the ticket and she could take it or leave. She left with the wrong food before the cook talked to the front counter and realized that the front counter had made a mistake. He then yelled at them. Terrible staff, terrible food. I know you’re stuck in an airport, but you’d be better served to hit up a vending machine.

Oh my gosh: DON’T Don’t Do IT! I know, you’re hungry — this place is grease in a box. It’s called«wow» because that’s the feeling you get an hour later… Wow, I shouldn’t have eaten that greasy food from wow café.

Is it too easy to say«Wow, this place sucks?» There is a dearth of decent food at this airport, and this might be the least-worst of the offerings I found open. Other choices included a hot dog stand, or pretzels. Yea, not much choice. My chicken wrap was passably edible, though it was so overstuffed with cheese I’d swear this company owns stock in Kraft. The chicken was surprisingly not dried out, and the BBQ sauce did have a nice tangy flavor to it. I’ve certainly eaten worse.

Really don’t have to interact with the staff to much, a great place to grab some hearty, delicious food on a hurry. Definitely need a few located in the Chicago area. I’ll be a regular

Go for a drink — forget the food. I had about an hour to spare before my flight and had a tough decision, go with the good looking restaurants outside the TSA line, or play it safe and get inside the terminal. Well, I played it safe, and paid the price was a lame buffalo wrap, chicken sandwich. Once inside the terminal the food choices are minimal. The only positive aspect is that the Wow Café has a bar attached which serves 5 different draft beers, including a good local amber. I suggest you go for a drink and skip the food.

It’s convenient if you don’t have a lot of time on your hands in Concourse D. Standard fare for breakfast — eggs and bacon/sausage on french toast or biscuit or in a wrap. They were able to leave out the meat and cheese for me. They had veggie burgers on the menu but those aren’t available for breakfast. Breakfast costs around $ 8 and comes with roasted potatoes that are more like fries.

Waiting to board my flight home at Concourse D, I really need to cheer myself up. WOW Café & Wingery right in the middle of the boarding area under the skylight caught my eyes. Then when I walked closer, I saw a whole fridge through of ice cold beers! Jumped the long line with people paying for food as I was able to order my beer directly from the bartender. Abita Turbodog($ 5) to end my weekend in New Orleans… as I chugged down my beer in record speed so I don’t miss my flight! Beer is good… I cannot comment on the food!
