We ate here for the first time. We ordered crab cakes and spicy shrimp for appetizers. They were tasty and well plated. My husband ordered the rib eye and I the filet mignon. Had to send mine back came to the table mr not mw. It was ok, not the best filet I have ordered. The service was ok.

great little spot for a date or private dinner. Has a bar but only seating for 3 – 4, which is ok if you just want to have a nice drink with someone and not«hangout» at a bar. I have tried 2 types of steaks and a few desserts. Steaks have been cooked to order with nice pairings of sides. The quinoa pairing I had was very good. The desserts were tasty as well! It is a tad spendy so I am sure most of the bargain shoppers will tear clear, but I recommend 3C for a nice drink and a steak.

Don’t let the location, or initial look deter you. Inside has great atmosphere, fantastic service and amazing food. Prices were fair considering the dishes, our only complaint it’s there wasn’t more as it was delicious. Give it a chance, don’t be disappointed in Olive Garden again…

I was in town for a family event and called to set up a dinner party of 13 at the last minute. The manager was very accommodating. The chef created a family style meal just for our group. The staff was friendly and professional. The atmosphere was great! But the star of the night was the food. Steak was to die for the the bread was too good. If I lived closer I would eat here as often as I could. I will definitely be back. Great food, professional staff, and warm inviting atmosphere.

First time in Tri-Cities so went with a stranger’s recommendation. Some of the best food I’ve ever had. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth good and the crab mashed potatoes were remarkable. Service was genuinely excellent. I’ll be making trips here again just for this restaurant. Just amazing.

Enjoyed my dinner here with several friends. I had the blackened swordfish. It was pretty tasty. Especially topped with caviar. We also sampled the entire dessert menu. Which was easy considering that there only three items. Lol. We really enjoyed the wasted dessert. Had all types of rum and other liquors. Plus chocolate. Can’t beat that. Teresa was our waitress and she was extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our dinner.

We celebrated our anniversary here a couple of weeks ago, and we were so impressed! The service was friendly and quick! They made us feel special on our special day and I could tell that was just the way they make all of their guests feel. The house bread and dipping oil were yummy, the spicy prawns appetizer was to die for, & our steak entrées were perfect! We will most definitely be returning to 3C Prime again and again!

Update, went here tonight for the second time. Oh how things have changed. Wife had the Oscar special(Tenderloin steak) and it was very good. I, however, opted for the Ribeye and while the seasoning was delicious(aside from the hint of worschestire sauce) it had more gristle than any steak I’ve had in my entire life(that’s a LOT of steaks by the way). The bread was delicious, the broccoli was basically raw, the«whipped» potatoes weren’t very whipped. Beware of this place, it seems to be hit or miss. See the photo of my half plate of gristle.

This is by far the best restaurant in the Tri-Cities. It’s a little spendy compared to other places nearby but is well worth the price.

My beau always looks forward to his birthdays for a number of reasons, one of the top being that he knows he will be going out for an awesome steak. We just moved to the Tri-Cities area from Las Vegas, NV a bit before his birthday, and with the help of Unilocal I found 3C. I am not a meat eater myself, but the reviews were positive and, not wanting to waste his birthday steak dinner on a chain restaurant, I made a reservation. Finding the restaurant proved difficult, due to it being tucked away in a strip mall and the«3C» part of the sign not being lit up – I could only see«Prime» in a glowing purple light. When we walked in, it was obvious that this was a very cozy restaurant and it was a good thing we made a reservation! The hostess, who ended up being our waitress as well, was extremely friendly. From here, though, things got spotty. After being there for 30 minutes, we received our table bread and our cheese tasting appetizer. While both were very tasty, it would have been awesome if they arrived a little sooner. About 15 minutes following this, our entrees were brought out. He LOVED his New York Strip, but my beet salad left a lot to be desired. The lettuce tasted and looked old, and that really took away from the beets. All in all, I am happy he enjoyed his birthday steak, but the experience could have been a bit better.

Excellent and above par for Tri– Cities. Menus and wine list were basic and only offered top choice items. It’s a small quaint and cosy place that after your first visit you know the staff and chefs story because they make the time to talk to yo and establish a relationship. Spinach salad was well balanced, fresh Mahi Mahi was to order just the way I like it. Fresh made bread and dipping sauce, well I guess you just have to try it for yourself.

I wish I could give more stars. The food was that good! My wife and I went here for our anniversary. The restaurant is small which feels cozy and almost exclusive. The lighting was romantic. The waitress left a little to be desired. She had very like personality and seemed generally uninterested in our needs. Normally I would have accounted for that in my rating, but the food was so good that they still earned five stars. We started with calimari. This is my wife’s favorite appetizer so we’ve ordered it everywhere by now. This is the best it’s ever been! In fact, it couldn’t be better. It managed to melt in my mouth and still be just the right amount of crispy. It came with two dipping sauces, a sweet and a spicy. Both were amazing. The entrees were ribeye with broccoli and whipped potatoes and pork tenderloin with whipped sweet potato and asparagus. I tried a little of everything(mine was the ribeye). The veges were perfectly cooked. The potatoes were soooo good. But the meat was unbelievable. Both were melt in your mouth tender and perfectly seasoned. The pork had a brown sugar and cinnamon glaze that was unlike anything I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The combined price of our meal was 75 dollars which felt like a bargain. I will note that, by 6:30 when we ate, they were already out of my first choice of entrée and their desert menu was picked clean. I will also reiterate that my rating is based solely on food quality and atmosphere. The waitress did not in any way make me feel like a valued customer(we weren’t ever asked about drinks or appetizer so our entire order was taken at once). She seemed to linger at other tables for extra time sending the impression that our table was less important. Finally, our table was directly under a vent in the front corner of the room. We had cold air blowing on us half the time and hot air the other half. My wife was alternately covering and uncovering herself with her jacket. The waitress never once asked about our comfort level even though other tables were open. Now that I think about it… I’m docking them a star! The food distracted me from the piss poor quality of service.

We had a great dining experience here! Service was excellent, food was awesome and there prices were reasonable. We love local businesses and thus one was another«glad we stopped» experience! We will be in again, next time we visit.

I’ve eaten here twice, and both times it was top notch! Tonight I had the Ahi Tuna Sashimi off the Fresh List, and it was wonderful. The service is good, the food delicious, and, something that is as important to me as the food, is the fact it is quiet! There is music, and there is a certain level of noise, but one can converse with their dinner partner and not have to yell to be heard. 3C Prime is a small restaurant, locally owned and operated. I think it would be OK for small groups(6 – 10), but doubt it would be OK for large groups. If you get there when they open, at 5pm, I don’t think you’ll need reservations. If you plan on going later, call first. This is a restaurant, not a sports bar. ;-)

It doesn’t get better than 3C Prime in the Tri-Cities. Kristine is inventive and a complete perfectionist. Those two qualities make each dinner a culinary work of art. The chicken with dijon cream sauce is heaven on a plate.

Make reservations and go! Amazing food. Nicely decorated inside. Wonderful service! I ordered the Steak Oscar. The steak and asparagus were cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the prime rib and really enjoyed it. We visited the restaurant earlier in the day(happy hour) The shrimp cocktail was delicious. You could tell it was made that day. We are major foodies and eat out quite often. Kristine the chef is gifted! We will definitely be going back to Prime on our next visit!

The atmosphere was romantic and cozy. The staff was gracious and helpful. The food was not excellent. It was good but overpriced. For 4 people we spent 200 total including a very good WA red. That doesn’t seem like much but we split our meals. The prime rib was cooked perfectly but overseasoned. The potato was dry. The veggies were delicious but way too small a portion for even one person. The bread was great. The appetizers were very disappointing. Overall had the price been 10 less a plate I would have given 4 or 5 stars.

Let me start by saying I’m a food snob. That doesn’t mean I know my way around a kitchen or that I could hold my own in the kitchen. What it does me to me is that I’m particular about what I eat. Dinning out should not be waisted on bad food. «Whatever it is you should try it twice.» This is true with must restaurants(and cigars). I did try 3C’s and I would go back again… I *will* go back again. The first night I had the ribeye. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The second night I had the Ahi off their fresh sheet again wonderful plate. Kristine is a very good chef and takes a lot of pride in what she prepares. Aida was very attentive and was more than willing to learn how to make a new drink for me. You all should really stop by. Great for a date-night or dinning with friends.

Never would have guessed how great this place was it’s completely hidden next to Olive Garden. The food was great! Everything was cooked perfectly & tasted amazing. Service was exceptional. We had a larger crowd which stands out, but it’s small cozy and romantic. Definitely going back for a date night.

Amazing. Good food, price was ok. Great service amazing atmosphere. Building is small but cozy and romantic. Definitely a place I will take the wife again! Not really family friendly which is nice when you want to get away for a dinner without kids!
