Great restaurant. The fresh salsa and tortilla bar was wonderful. Had guacamole made fresh table side. Awesome surprise! Loved it.

I really don’t understand how anybody could give this place more than one star. I ordered take out, otherwise I would have sent my food back. Salsa has only minimal heat. I ordered chili rellano’s, one with the red sauce, one with the white sauce, they were marginal at best. Absolutely flavorless rice with zero seasoning, the beans were honestly the best thing on the plate. I ate the one rellano, and threw out the rest after tasting. If you’re from Southern California, Arizona, Nevada or anywhere in the southwest you’ll be severely disappointed. This is white people Mexican food. I will not return when Taco Bell is so excellent by comparison.

As always, we had exceptional service tonight at Fiesta. The place was pretty busy for a Friday night and yet we were immediately served chips and salsa and asked what our drinks were. The food was fresh and tasty. There are some unusual items on the menu such as the shrimp stuffed avocado which was delicious! The margaritas are always dependable and the happy hour specials are worthwhile. Everything tasted good and we will be back again soon.

I’ve been to Fiesta on 27th and I LOVE the salsa bar. The Fiesta on Gage is so much better. If you order the guacamole a woman comes out with a table filled with goods and makes the guac fresh right in front of you. The servers are knowledgeable about their drinks and food. The happy hour looks pretty dang healthy with all the fresh seafood options and who doesn’t love ceviche. Service and food is just great. I highly recommend. Can’t wait to try this happy hour.

Just had New Year’s Eve dinner at Fiesta on Gage Blvd and it was the worst food and service we’ve experienced in several years visiting there and the restaurant in Pasco. We arrived shortly after 5:30pm and ordered within 10 minutes, but it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. The restaurant was about 1⁄3 to ½ full when we arrived. Three of our four meals were lukewarm when they arrived(the plates that are normally too hot to touch weren’t even warm), and the fajitas were delivered in reverse order. The side dishes of beans and rice were served, then the skillet of fajitas, and finally the tortillas, which had to be requested from our server. They can do and have usually done much better in terms of food quality and also service. I’ll think carefully before choosing to go there for a meal in the future.

Get: your greedy paws into the salsa bar Fiesta has a few iterative brethren scattered about the greater Tri-Cities region and have done some pleasing and some disappointing. This particular location boasts a large dining and bar area that can host a small army of Mexican cuisine enthusiasts. With some solid deals on the happy hour, a few good selections on tap, and some dedication to serving fresh tortillas, you could do worse than Fiesta. My latest visit found me with a pint of Space Dust and ground beef nachos. As noted, the tortillas are great and their house salsa shines brightest in their selection of about 6 salsa varieties. The nachos themselves were not particularly great. I’ve been spoiled with great nachos at a few venues which leaves me ho-humming at the shredded cheese and limited toppings of this fare. I can see myself stopping by another time to dig a bit deeper into the menu, but I cannot see this being a destination spot. Positives: Large, clean venue; some good happy hour deals, good tortillas. Negatives: Not memorable. Middle of the road offerings.

Found this place on here after our roller derby bout(SPDD v Atomic). It was amazing! They make guacamole fresh right in front of you — it costs extra but it’s worth it. They also have a salsa bar which has some pretty good salsas. We ordered sangrias, a piña colada, mango mojito, horchata, tacos al carbon, tacos adobada, fish tacos, and a chile relleno. It was all delicious and if I lived here, I’d be back.

Ugh, I want to like this place, believe me, I do. Since moving to the area I still have yet to find a decent Mexican restaurant … Which I don’t understand given the demographics of the area. But I digress. The chips and salsa are pretty good. As far as their entrees… I’ve now tried their fajitas, beef and chicken enchiladas, and ground beef tacos. The best I can say is that they are mediocre. Everything is just bland and boring. They have someone making corn tortillas in the lobby, but I’m fairly certain their flour tortillas come from the store, or at least they taste like they do. I’m definitely disappointed and will have to continue my quest for a good Mexican go to restaurant in the Tri cities.

What a great restaurant, they offer tableside guacamole that was really good. Also have tortillas made in house and a salsa bar with several wonderful options. I had the Shrimp Enchiladas, hubs had the Arroz con pollo and my son had chicken with rice and beans. Everything was wonderful!!! Still thinking about the tortillas and salsas!

The cabbage pico is amazing. When the tortillas at the salsa bar are fresh, add a little honey and let the magic happen. The space is huge and pleasant. The staff is fine. Definitely a positive that everyone greets you with a smile and tells you thank you as you leave. The guy who does the live entertainment on the weekends has a nice voice and his music not overbearing. The California burrito is a great combo with guacamole, jack cheese, and potatoes(fries). I think we are a little spoiled with Mexican food in the Tri-Cities, but this place is definitely top five.

I really enjoy the carne asada here. Also like that it is close to home. They have a nice salsa bar. Sometimes it’s hard to get service. We waited in the bar for 10 – 15 minuets, no one came over to great or serve us. Finally we went down and asked to be seated it the dining area. After that we received excellent service. I would avoid the bar if at all possible.

Very good. Love the salsa bar. :) portions are great. Enough to share with a small child if you order an extra plate of rice. Makes eating out more affordable. :) Feed all four of us for 30 bucks. We will deff be doing this again soon.

Pretty yummy! And lots of parking. We’re new to the area so we haven’t tried a lot of different places yet, but lunch here was tasty and reasonably priced for the amount of food(I have half of a massive shredded beef burrito, some rice, and beans left over for my lunch tomorrow — hurray!) and drinks we ordered. The margarita is quite tasty and large; my raspberry cosmo wasn’t bad, but it’s not my usual kind of drink anyway. There’s a salsa bar, but I wasn’t a fan of the ones we tried — the hottest one wasn’t that spicy and was a bit too bitter, with too much onion, and the guac-salsa was good but not great. There are options for veggifying-things, though, which is nice to see. Service was great in the bar area, and the happy hour menu looks simple and affordable, so we’ll probably be back for that.

What a great restaurant. Great food and service. My wife had chicken fajita salad. She couldn’t believe everything in it! I had the California burrito. Great. We went on a Friday night. Short wait of 5 minutes, live entertainment and a salsa bar They have specials during the week(we saw the ads), look great. We will be back.
