These employees need to take a course on customer service. Yes, I expect to be treated like a queen when I spend $ 2000 on a couch.

We recently updated our house and went on the search for new living room furniture. We looked at a lot of area furniture stores. We finally found some we liked at Furniture Row in Kennewick. Our customer service associate was Sadeek(I’m sure I spelled his name wrong, but I’m spelling it phonically). Sadeek was very helpful and really worked with us to get the price we needed to fit our budget. It took us about 3 weeks to get the furniture and it was delivered and set up for us. After about a month, I found that the furniture just didn’t fit me right. I’m 5’4″ and the back of the furniture it my neck wrong and, after sitting in it for a while, my neck and head would start to ache. Long story short, we told them about it, hoping we could exchange it for different furniture and they obliged! We came in and found a different set we liked and it was delivered(and arranged as before) within 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this store for your furniture needs.

Went in to buy two dressers. I made it the back of the store and spent twenty minutes looking at prices. No sales rep in sight. I finally left. On my way out the store, I saw four sales reps gathered around a computer terminal and one sales rep actually helping customers. I know they saw me, because I may eye contact with one, but they made no move to assist me. Guess I didn’t look like I had money. So I spent my $ 1500 at another store. Time to train your staff!

We bought a couch and it came with a warranty. Six months after purchase we finally decided we weren’t imagining things and called in to report structural damage since we had a warranty. They sent two guys over within 48hours who determined it was beyond repair. That same day we were invited to come down to look at a similar couch and discuss options if we didn’t like what they had.(our original purchase was discontinued) I sent the hubby down to check it out. He was shown a couch similar to what we already had. He said we’ll take it. The replacement couch was delivered within the week. I could not ask for better customer relations. I appreciate the prompt response and quick solution. The delivery guys were really nice as well, professional and personable.
