Worst service ever! Waited 15 mins for breakfast. People left the line and servers were completely lost and unorganized!

Terrible service. This location really struggles with professionalism. I continue to visit because of the convenient location, but the staff and ownership is sub-par. The food itself hasn’t had many issues(that I’ve noticed so far). Frequently, drive-thru orders are incorrect. I’ve gone into the restaurant, and I’ve heard the cashiers complaining about their jobs there, and that the owner calls and bothers them constantly, especially when they are busy. As a customer, this is not what I need to be hearing while I wait for my food. This past weekend, the drive-thru operator didn’t even know what was on the menu versus promotional items which had been gone for more than a month. I waited 10 minutes at the window before they told me to pull ahead and wait because my food was still not ready. I waited ANOTHER10 minutes(fast food?) only for the manager to bring it out to me, missing items. He ran back inside so fast that I couldn’t tell him. I called from my mobile phone, but of course, the line was busy. I eventually went into the store(defeated the purpose of «drive thru») only to be second-guessed by the manager that my order was missing anything. Why else would I park and come in over an order of fries? Pathetic!
