I could be ignored anywhere!;!! The worst service ever, don’t even acknowledge your customers, we stood there for 20 minutes, while the woman was busy talking to another woman (not sure lf she was an employee or friend) but was by the doorway behind counter, not helping, just talking.
The customer before us, was waiting so long, he walked out. We were standing there while she walked past us to deliver food to a table. Still not acknowledging us and went back behind the counter to do who knows what. 2 people sitting not eating, just hanging out watching basketball and talking.
Wow, by far the worst service ever.
We will never go back, sorry Lois, you need to screen your help better. And get rid of the redhead. She is ruining your business!!!
The only reason there is 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me post a comment. I would have given minus 3 stars.

This is a first. The manager took my order, I paid for it and then waited, and waited. I went up to the cook and she said the manager just got up and walked out, didn’t tell anyone, got in the car and drove away without telling the cook about any of the orders.
No tables were wiped off. Messy floors and really looked uncared for, cheap.
Chicago dogs were meh. I would avoid coming here

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went there last night and got food poisoning with a side of being screamed at by the worker for asking for service. I’d recommend getting gas station sushi instead of eating there, you’d have a better chance of enjoying your food and not getting sick the next day.

Good hot dog and fries. Lunch crowd here and only one employee. Totally overwhelmed so service is slow.

Great place for a quick Chicago dog at a great value. The location off I94 is also nice. I’d give the Chicago dog 3.5 stars and the fries 2 – 3 depending on the day. Sometimes they’re undercooked and sometimes they’re good.

Stop’d by on the 25^th of March 2015 and looking at the reviews wondered what the other two reviewers were smoking. This place is the bottom of the pit. Ordered 2 dogs and a gyro meal and I have to tell your alpo would havebeen better. Dogs were so cold it seemed that they were just taken out of the frig and put on cold buns; while the gyro was last weeks meat and luke warm but the real prize go to the fries; soggy and cold. They need to learn how to use their equiptment (auto fry). I not kidding this place should be unplug’d, I have a food business and sell chicago dogs and italian beef and this barf ville should be closed down.

Hot dogs and fries are perfect. Friendly staff but took a lil while for them to notice me in the drive through. About 5 minutes. Good location. Phone number not updated which is a bummer because I needed to see if they had chicken and to call ahead my order.

The Italian Beef is delicious! On par with what you find in Chicago. Their fries are perfect. I’ve occasionally ordered their chili cheese fries which are a meal themselves. The atmosphere is unassuming and being in a gas station you might question what you will ultimately get, but this place is worth a stop.
