Stopped in for Father’s day breakfast. It was 15min before breakfast ended and we were told we couldn’t order lunch yet. Fine, ordered off breakfast menu. 5min later, waiter came and told us they ran out of those items(cinnamon swirl French toast & biscuits and gravy). We asked if we could now order lunch and she said sure and gave us new menus. A couple more minutes later, another waiter brought us breakfast menus again and said it would be too long of a wait for lunch. Finally ordered breakfast(after lunch was supposed to start). Still took over an hour to get our breakfast after we ordered(would it have taken longer to get lunch). Some tables inside had ordered lunch items after we placed our order and they had received and eaten their food before we received our order that we placed before them. Food was average greasy spoon food. Too bad, we’ve had lunch there before and the food was good. Our past experience keeps this one from being rated lower.

The atmosphere and setup of the bar area are nice. There are many TVs and there seems to be a nice mix of people sitting at the large bar area and the dining area, making it so that it doesn’t feel stuffy or crowded. The extreme negative of this place for me was actually a huge disappointment. I’ll start off by saying that the reason I even wanted to try this place out was because my boyfriend had brought home leftover pizza from here awhile back and it was hands down the best pizza I’ve had. To this, he laughed and replied«it’s just ‘bar’ food pizza, it’s nothing special»… Yeah, I should have listened to him. We ordered the pizza when we went so I could get a firsthand taste of this Italian amazingness, and was SORELY disappointed. All edges were burnt and blackened, cheese was only par-baked, and flavor was nasty. It did not even taste like pizza to me. Thank goodness we started off with the appetizer of onion strings that were edible because then I had some ranch leftover to douse my pizza in since the flavors were pretty awful. The thought of it still makes me sick to my stomach. Our friends got a burger which they seemed to enjoy, so I find it hard to believe that the whole menu is bad; however, my tip for pizza lovers is to stay away from the pizza at this location. Your wallet will thank you for not wasting money on a poorly cooked imitation pie. I don’t think I’ll be back here again, by choice at least, unless it’s just for some drinks at the bar.

Pretty good atmosphere and pretty good bar food. It’s bar food, what do you expect? Nothing special here either positive or negative, which can be seen as a good thing or a bad thing. Nice little place which is never empty, great for people watching. Seems like food and drink deals are few and far between and the prices are average. Other main points: –TV’s everywhere you look; a sports fans heaven. –large selection of tap beers –fairly slow service Atmosphere here is pretty inviting, which is the main draw. Along with the fact it’s right off I-94 and right next to Rivals(bar hop and make a night of it!). If you need to get off the road, give this ‘middle of the road’ place a try.

Absolutely loved it. We went Saturday evening like 9ish/10ish. It was crowded. First we get carded before you come in and you can seat yourself. We sat at the bar and ate. It was about 5 – 10 minutes before a waiter came. It was ok with us because it was packed. The waiter gave us a drink menu and we told her we would eat here also, so she gave a food menu too. She was very nice and patient. It was our first time here so she helped us with the drinks and we ordered appetizers. The Fezy buffalo ranch dip was great. Too spicy for me my husband maxed it. We ordered it with half chips and half baguettes. Then we seen a couple enjoying some wings so we ordered those too in Parmesan… so juicy and flavorful. Husband ordered the stout that tasted and smell like chocolate. He said it was different, but he would order it again. He ordered the Hennessy burger medium. He at it all… that tells you something. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and a Peach cider. They were both excellent. I will be looking for this peach cider in the stores. The Philly steak was cooked perfect not chewy at all. And it was juicy and cheesy I didn’t even need the fries. We will definitely go back there. It will be add for Kenosha eateries.

We’re visiting the area and a friend headed out to meet up with us at Uncle Mike’s. TONS of beers and ciders to choose from. Typical pub food. Ambiance is kinda cool and it’s not overly loud for conversations. Great place to meet up with friends without spending a fortune.

Great food and extensive beer list. Seemingly always open. (Not your fathers root beer and tons of cider variations)

Came to Uncle Mike’s on a friday night for a birthday party. They have a pretty nice beer selection and pizza was pretty solid. Overall great atmosphere and prices. Service was a little slow but they only had one girl for the entire bar so I will cut her some major slack since it was crowded. Grab a seat, order a Nitro and a pizza and thank me later.

Have been here for breakfast and it was good. Was there recently for lunch and started off with a Bloody Mary… I ordered mine spicy and it was just really chunky and had a weird flavor. It took awhile for our server to come back and take our food order so we just decided to finish our drinks and leave. Nice atmosphere though, and good selection of food on the menu to suit different tastes.

I went at about 3:30 on a Monday afternoon so it wasn’t too raucous and I could have a good conversation with my buddy without having to yell over other people yelling. Great beer selection. The bartender was affable and attentive — never aloof, not intrusive. The burger was out of this world. I shall return.

Always a great beer selection. Great wings, curds and burgers. Friendly and casual environment. Wish there was a place like this closer to home… really like coming here.

Im giving this place 3 stars for the Fezy Dip. Its a delicious Buffalo Chicken Cream Cheese dip that everyone needs to try. Without the dip, this place is probably 1 star at best. This is a cute little place on the side of the highway. It has a lot of potential. The décor is interesting. beer taps as far as the eye can see. The problem? The service is pretty terrible. We stopped in and the place was about half full. We sat at the bar. There were 3 – 4 bartenders«working» and it was LITERALLY15 minutes before anyone even said hi to us. I watched as several of them just stood around at the other side of the bar and chatted with each other. I usually leave when this happens, but I promised someone I would go in and try the dip(it was named after them). After we ordered, everything came in a timely manner. But. don’t even think about trying to get another beer. Im guessing they don’t like the money from additional drinks. So would I go back??? Probably not. unless I had to. Bad service like that is just unacceptable.

This place has great atmosphere and there are 86 beers on tap! However, the lack of service is enough to make me go elsewhere. After 15 minutes of waiting to order guac and chips, and another 10 minutes waiting for the food, we were informed that they didn’t have guacamole. We ordered deep fried green beans instead. They were extremely salty(in my opinion). Then, we waited 15 minutes after asking to close our tab to go inside to ask another bartender to close out tab. I’m disappointed, because it looks like it would’ve been a fun place.

Came for breakfast and stayed for lunch… well not really but the service was very, very slow. Breakfast was good overall which surprised me a bit but man it took a while. The waitstaff seemed to be working hard– busy getting drinks etc so it may be the kitchen that has everything so jacked up. With the quantity of beers and other beverages available it’s a good place to get hydrated. Lots of products for all types. I’m the end, I might come back but I will plan a longer amount of time. If your in a hurry this might not be the place

We went to Uncle Mike’s after my half marathon. The service was Awesome! Pam took care of everything! The food was excellent, hot and served up perfectly. Make sure you take the time to stop at Uncle Mike’s! And if Pam is your server, it just doesn’t get any better! Colleen W ()() * * o \___/

I stopped in one evening last week with a buddy. It was a beautiful evening so we sat outside. The beer garden was smallish but nice. We ordered a couple of appetizers: artichoke dip and chicken quesadillas. Both were good. Most of the food here is solid. The draft beer list is the reason to come. There is no place within 45 minutes of here that has a better draft beer menu. Service is always friendly.

Beer. Whiskey. Flat Screen TVs. What else could you possibly need? Many a times I have driven along the 94, passing Uncle Mike’s and that big sign kept catching my eye. Interests piqued. Taunting. Being someone who loves to find random gems, this needed to be checked out. Uncle Mike’s has won me over for multiple reasons. The beer list is extensive and several pages long. Pages. There are over 150 whiskeys available Come Football Sundays, the house fills up but people filter in/out for games Since the first visit, I have stumbled into Uncle Mike’s many times. It may be slow or busy, but it’s always welcoming and a breath of fresh air for a bar. Living in Chicago and being a Packers fan gives very little access to actually enjoy a game out and about, so I’ve been catching games there on Sundays. Seats are easy to come by and service is always on point. Food is typical pub-fare, wings always seem to be a huge hit. I’ve had the buffalo chicken wrap and enjoyed it. All in all, follow you gut if you see the sign and curiosity nips you. It’s a fun joint to stop in for a drink, lunch or even brunch on the weekend. Either way, they cater to everyone and for that it makes Uncle Mike’s a pretty great establishment.

My food was pretty bad but maybe people come because this is local place where you can have fun. They do have a huge assortment of beer(I got a Lakefront Fixed Gear Ale and a Hacker Pschorr) & it looks like a lot of people come to play volleyball out back; they have several courts and tournaments, I think. I ordered«Almost world famous» Wings in Mike’s Secret Sauce & deep fried cheese curds. The wings were pretty dried up and low on meat. In my mind, wing meat should basically fall off the bone. I felt like they were using the sauce to hide the fact that these were tough & dry. The cheese curds were interesting; I’d never tried them before. My issue with them was that the batter didn’t seem to really hold in the curds so it was as if they melted and leaked out, leaving an empty fried somewhat cheese flavored bread-casing. Is this normally how they are or should I be able to bite into the curd inside? Service was a little dicey, the girl tried but was spacey.
