Super delicious gluten-​free pasta! I have had the garlic fettuccine and made an alfredo that very filling! The pasta was good even raw!
I just devoured the spinach and cheese ravioli And I drizzled olive oil on it and added Parmesan and cut up salami from Applegate Farms — it was awesome

Their products are delicious. I seriously mourned when they closed shop on the bakery portion of their business. Their flour blends and pasta are great though!

Wow! I’ve been on Paleo and TQI for 5 months, using only Spaghetti squash to substitute for noodles. The Manini’s Spaghetti is delicious and sold at PCC… yummy even the next day!
