Fred, the reliable and honest manager is no longer there. His leaving is a mystery and a big secret. BEWARE of the new manager. She is some hussy heifer who had my rear brakes inspected and then quoted me a $ 179 brake special. Well guess what? She increased the price of the brake job after the car was on the lift arguing that the rotors needed work too. Why weren’t the rotors inspected during the initial brake inspected? Smells fishy like her. BEWARE

Fred is fantastic, very interested and connected with his customers, i look forward to getting an oil change update November 7, I hear that Fred is no longer working at Quick Lane. Fred we will miss you!

Good crew; and there work has good. They can get busy. But they are affiliated with the Ford dealer so customers can use their waiting room… which has free WiFi. Free coffee too. Disturbing trend of off-site management firing staff; including those who have treated customers well. Perhaps the bottom line is more important than customer loyalty; not sure what is going on.
