Not many wine bars have a great selection of wines, great food and awesome service. Red’s does all three. Will be a regular place for us!

We had a Christmas party here several years ago, the service and atmosphere were great, we had a fun time. Not the case this time around. The server and hostess were rude, no attention to our table, and made our group seem like we were not wanted there. No introduction from the server either, took about 20 minutes to get drinks out to the table, drinks started coming out after the food. You would think for a large group they would be a little more prepared to serve and cater to our reservation, but we all felt like they couldn’t wait until we were gone. The only good part was the food. The kitchen did a great job, everything tasted great.

Nice little wine bar. Out of the way so make sure you look around the building to find them. Wines are good. Plates are good. Solid performance. The waitress seemed a bit harried and stretched a bit thin. So again. Sold performance.

We didn’t eat food here so I’m just reviewing the place. The décor was nice and the menu looked pretty good. The service was pretty bad though. The bartender basically ignored us for a good bit of time before she acknowledged us and even then didn’t smile at all she was very unfriendly. I probably wouldn’t go back here — plenty of other places to get a nice glass of wine with good service.

Red’s Wine Bar, Kent, WA. — Went to geeks here tonight. Very nice atmosphere for a wine bar. My husband ordered an Oktoberfest beer, which he said was amazing. I didn’t have any wine this trip, but their selection seemed nice. We had the truffle popcorn, which was pretty heavenly. We also split the bacon jam burger, which I was hesitant on because bacon jam sounded odd. Don’t let that fool you, it was probably in my top 5 burgers of all time. Damn delicious! The place was very welcoming. The two waitresses were not super attentive, but they were friendly. The man that was helping us was super attentive, quick, and extremely welcoming. If we were from around here we would definetly come back. The whole Kent landing area was very nice and peaceful. We went to Geeks Who Drink here, and it was a ton of fun. Great evening.

Local art, music, and flavor. Really nice to have such a rich cultural point in Kent. Their food is not the main reason to go– I recommend going and getting an appetizer and a few glasses of wine. I think their meal portions are a bit small, but then again, it has been a while since I’ve been there. It is a great place to chill after work and catch up with friends. Good service, too.

Have been here twice now and Very pleased. I love the atmosphere! I love the fact that there is a Pay it forward on the wall! You don’t see businesses or most this day and age doing it. Great customer service, great good, happy hour. I have not a so glad complaint. Also they are Very well known for remembering your drink, your name, your choice of food. Who doesn’t love that kind of service?

A wonderful wine bar in the heart of Kent Station! My boyfriend and I went here before going to a movie for a drink and some light food. We were not disappointed! The owner was so kind and outgoing(he is also a fellow Coug, which earns him points). The atmosphere is dark and very intimate –it’s the perfect place for date night. I ordered the red wine they had on Happy Hour($ 5) and their tomato basil soup. The soup came with the best croutons, which were clearly made in house. Overall, if you’re looking for an intimate yet accessible place to grab a drink or some dinner, definitely check out Red’s.

We went to Reds for the second time last night and had a great time with friends. We were with a pretty large group(8 people) but there was plenty of room for us. It was Saturday and there was a string duet playing which was a very nice ambiance while we were visiting. We had just eaten dinner so did not try any food, but the menu items that I saw come out for other tables looked delicious. I ordered the Crisp & Clean flight which was 3 white wines. I enjoyed them all. It was $ 12.50 for the flight which I thought was reasonable. It would be nice if they carried a flight that had a mix of red and white wines — I didn’t see one like that on the menu. My fiancé doesn’t care doe wine and he enjoyed the beer selection they have too. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and kept our waters and wine glasses filled. He also seemed knowledgable about lots of wines. Reds is the perfect place to come after dinner or a movie in Kent Station.

This is the place! I was given the almost impossible task to find a venue in Kent Station for a private party — Jeremy came to the rescue! He was he patient, full of suggestions, and so accommodating. Even when we came in for a tasting he was so full of information and made us feel at home. Everyone was so impressed with the food, the ambiance, and the wine and beer — I am sure we recruited some new customers! If you ever want a place to chill out and reboot with some amazing food, great wine and beer and a relaxing atmosphere, Red’s is it!

I bought an amazing wine set at Red’s this weekend. They charged me $ 100.00 dollars less than other places. To me that’s respect for the wine and the wine lover. Kudos to you Red’s. Fyi, the food is amazing!!!

I went to Red with a friend just to try something new. We ordered our food and asked our waiter to help us choose our wine. He asked us a couple of questions then choose an amazing wine for both of us. Our waiter was not only helpful but incredibly polite and funny. The food came and it was delicious! It paired very nicely with the wine that our waiter help us pick out. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will be going back.

Minus the lack of any originality in the name of the establishment, this wine bar(with a handful of craft beers) is actually a worthwhile visit. They have a good selection of Vinos, and I saw that many people came just for the dining(food) portion as well. The manager is an extremely graceful host, and he’ll do his rounds to check in, explain the types of wine to your palette, etc. It is loud inside, the acoustics of the building has some amplifying effect so you’ll want to sit closer to your company than not. The outside seating was all taken, because obviously it was the best seats in the house. The only thing that was weird was that we came right before 6 pm and was handed their happy hour menu by the server, to which the manager took it away right after checking in with us because it was 6 pm on the dot. Way to be a tease! I ordered the Mr. Smooth’s Choice flight and the Reds platter. I only enjoyed the Pinot Noir out of the three, which is weird because I love Merlot, Bordeaux, and earthly flavored wines. The Reds Platter was perfection.

While we did have to wait a tad after our initial order(it was busy and staffing seemed low), the manager was extremely nice and attentive. Great selection of wines, and the food is great, too. The menu leans Italian, and they did go out of their way to special cook an item for a friend with severe food limitations. They have live music, wine tasting classes, and other social events. I’m a fan and will go back soon. A neat little place.

Decent wine and beer selection. Pretty good appetizers. Service was solid. Only real drawback here is the acoustics. If there is a large party next to you, you will not be able to have a normal conversation. If there is a large party in the place, the noise just echoes around. So. .. take a look inside, if there is a table of more then 6 people, you might consider another option — otherwise, great place for a glass of something on your way to or from a movie or a more substantial dinner nearby.

I’ve been coming to Reds for their Thursday night bluegrass jam for several months. I’ve gotten into the habit of coming early as the food is so darn good and it’s such a friendly place. I’ve tried about all there is on the menu at one time or a others. My favorite is the Veggie flatbread. With the Balsamic over the top it’s filling but not overly so. I’m not really a wine person but can say there is a small but very nice selection of craft beers on tap. I appreciate them offering a place for music several nights a week.

I’ve been to Reds Wine Bar on two occasions and both times were okay. I like that it’s a smaller venue with low lighting so it feels more intimate and romantic. When a friend and I stopped by on Saturday evening, there was a live duo playing some sweet Jazz music. That made the place really loud. Interestingly, though, it was the chatter of people talking that I heard more than the music. I had a glass of red wine and the mac and cheese while my friend ordered the salmon crostini special(I think that’s what it was called — not too sure). We shared and both small plates were very delicious. However, the service on this occasion was extremely slow. It was around 10PM on a Saturday evening so they must have been getting ready to close up. It wasn’t particularly crowded, but it took about 10 minutes for our server to take our order and another 10 minutes before we received our drinks. I remember service being slow on my first visit as well. Overall, my experience there has been okay, and I may return on another evening with live music.
