Seamus is a very skilled contractor and does high quality work. I have hired him on two occasions: he renovated a room in my home and converted it to an office, and he constructed a long fence on the exterior of my property. In both cases, he listened carefully and was patient with me as we discussed what I had in mind for the project. With his extensive experience as a contractor, he was able to make some great suggestions for things I had not thought of, which I appreciated because my construction knowledge is limited. He was a designer and contractor for me. Overall, working with Seamus was a very positive experience – the work completed was very professional looking, he showed up when he said he was going to show up, the work was completed on schedule, and he left a clean workspace when the project was over. It’s also a bonus that Seamus is a very personable guy and can be trusted to work alone in your home.

Outstanding work. Seamus renovated our entire kitchen/​dining room/​bath, plus all new electrical and roof, in 2008 and had the lowest bid as well. He brought the whole project in two weeks ahead of schedule and every day of work he left the house clean and organized throughout the whole process. We love our «new» house and we still get compliments on it. The kitchen/​dining room is where we truly «live» in our house and spend the majority of our time. Fabulous work and great communication throughout. We can’t wait to have Seamus do our next project.

James is an amazing contractor who we’ve used for years. He built our exterior Redwood staircase and a fence amazingly quickly and well, and has done other things for us including water intrusion remediation. He is a strong communicator, punctual, and offers good pricing. We are lucky to have found such an honest, solid contractor!
