This place is one of the best places in Key West for your local seafood and very formal dining in a key west style home. We had an amazing waitress and her name was Tanya. She was the sweetest waitress I’ve ever been with. The people in he next room to us was being obnoxious and she closed the doors that separates the room for peace and quiet. I of course love seafood so I got the«Seafood Pasta». Which was fabulous! And well worth the price. Great for adults and teens. Would recommend to anyone that comes to Key West! 10/10, five stars!!!

Delicious dinner. At first I thought the place would be a bit of a tourist trap, with the prime location it has but I was pleasantly surprised. Took my parents(who are from Rome, Italy) and they had a delicious risotto. My child loved his pasta so much that he had a double portion. They make great mojitos. Very pleasant helpful staff.

Went there around 4 for a late lunch/early dinner so there were only a handful of people there besides us. Service was slow even though they weren’t busy at all. Didn’t get any drinks but I got the turkey panini which was very good and my friend got the blackened chicken sandwich. She said the chicken sandwich was a little tough because it was a thin piece of chicken. The location is why this place got 3 stars, great for people watching and the deck is a great atmosphere!

Our food and service was all of 5 stars. This place is tuff to beat. I had mussels and a filet and was stuffed. Very good meat and cooked perfectly.

Gorgeous late 1800’s house is the setting where you can dine inside, on the wrap around porch or in the front yard — all three are fantastic options depending the weather. Service was good and the food we ordered was very good. One had the Angus Burger which he claimed was pretty damn good and I ordered a simple Caesar Salad with the Catch of the Day which happened to be Mahi Mahi. A fish delivery truck pulled up bringing in iced down fresh fish while I was eating so I knew the chef was legit. Happy hour was a major plus so the total bill came in very reasonable for this area. I’d return for sure.

Very nice ambiance, good service and excellent wine selection. Food was good, not great. I had the crab cakes– average but pretty good. Then the lamb shank, this was disappointing with overlooked dry meat and no sauce from the braising. Served with root vegetables were just plain steamed. Companion had snapper, again nice, fresh but rather bland. The prices are high even by Key West standards. Although the wine was reasonably priced.

Food quality is so so. Service is very very slow. Price is high given the food quality and service. 2 stars for the location.

Meh. The fish I had was just okay. Service was great however. If you visit here, eat outside if you can. The ambience is great.

First and foremost we had a lovely experience. We showed up as a party of six without reservation so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the nice weather outside. The food was really good, I would highly recommend the yellow tuna. I expected more from the desserts :( The service was nice. Not the best but for key west it was alright. Altogether we enjoyed our dinner. If you can, make a reservation and get yourself a table with a nice breeze.

There are quite a few of these nice old Key West houses on Duval that feature dining outside under their grand old trees. We finally tried this one and were sort of expecting it to be mostly ambiance with average food. To our great surprise the two entrees we had were spot on. The sea scallop dish $ 29.99 was perfectly cooked with a nice light seasoning and delicate slight crispness. It came with couscous and some vegetables. Our other entrée was a seafood pasta at $ 39.99. Its not a big portion but it ends up being just right. Prepared with a couple large scallops, two 3 oz lobster tails, a snow crab leg, several nice size shrimp, and 3 – 4 mussels over linguine. I had the white garlic sauce and they were right on with the sauce… nice flavor to accent the seafood without being a thick sauce that overpowers. We had a couple of their martinis which were fine but nothing to write much more about. Meal starts with some bread and oil and vinegar which was tasty. Bread was nicely soft in the center with a good crust that wasnt hard to tear apart. Service by our waiter was nicely attentive without being pushy or lacking. Great for a romantic dinner for two. There is air conditioned dining inside if weather outside is off. Grand interior as you’d expect for a big old victorian structure. A nice surprise find right in front of us.

Had lunch at this place. Sat outside. The server had a «I don’t care» attitude. Had asked for water before lunch from host as we were thirsty.. Server then told us quote«i assume whoever you asked forwater will bring it to you» …absurd! Waited almost an hour and when food finally came it was cold. Never again.

We stumbled in here because it was super hot out and they had indoor dining. It ended up being great! Lunch came to about 40.00 for two people. I had a snapper sandwich, grilled, and it was delicious. All the staff were friendly and professional.

We arrived here pretty late in the evening after traveling all day. We chose to sit outdoors, it is a very nice location in the heart of Duval. Staff did not seem especially friendly, but waiter was helpful, especially w wine selection. We chose several appetizers instead of full meals. Bruschetta was good. Caprese salad was good. Crab cakes were small, 2 cakes, okay. Cheese tray pretty good. Overall, kinda pricey…

Right on Duval, it’s a great spot to people watch from a distance. We stopped in for appetizers(tuna tartare and smoked salmon). Our server was fanstatic and a lot of fun. She is a resident of KW and gave us our own ghost tour. Can’t wait to return!

Two stars just because of the view. Drinks aren’t that great food is mediocre and takes half an hour to get to the table and staff not good. Do not recommend. Go to the one right across it. Food here is overpriced too .

We ate outside and had a wonderful spot on the outside of the patio. great people watching and the food was delicious… Two complaints: –We had a kid with us and they tried to sit us in the back of the patio because of this even though there was a fantastic table open, which we ended up getting, but they were a bit rude about us moving… saying with a kid it is easier to be further back… not the case. and our kid is more well behaved than most adults. The hostess told us we could move, no problem, but the waitress from then on seemed annoyed and they didn’t help us move over… we had to ask for water again and stuff because they didn’t want to assist. –Server got spotty and rude throughout the evening, even though they seemed to get less busy.

Stopped in for cocktails and a small plate, had some conch fritters. They were good nothing spectacular. We were going to order something else but decided to move on after uninspiring fritters.
