Zero stars. Took 30 minutes for a drink order… Left before that became 45 minutes. As we were leaving the managers had a meeting, going to guess that is because of how terribly the business is run. Ended up going to Dunkin’ Donuts which was not much better. Stay away from this area eat elsewhere.

They did away with the mango ice tea. The only reason I would. Come here Plus the server wasnt very knowledgeable of what soups. But that beside the point. Nomore mango ice tea no more me soending money here and i would come. Religiously every week. That the one waitress knew exactly what i wanted when i walked in …

This location NEVER seems to honor THEIR Unilocal coupon. Yes, it’s only 10% off but it’s the principle at this point! It’s IHOP so it’s not fine dining. The service is quick and the staff is somewhat cordial but you do feel rushed.

Went there for desert on Valentines Day and the service was not up to par really!!! We literally waited over 10 minutes to be served!!! Then when we got the check after we were done with our desert it took almost 20 minutes for the server to come back and take them money to be paid!!! The restaurant was not busy at all so I cannot understand how this happened!!! At least the desert was good!!!

Our original waitress didn’t even look like she wanted to be there in the beginning, did warm up at the end. Not enough half and half for our coffee and they forgot an order of home fries. The hot chocolate was served in a small cup compared to the table in front of us. Thank god for the red velvet pancakes though.

I tried the featured lemon strawberry double dipped french toast combo with eggs and bacon today. I enjoyed it but might have preferred the strawberries warm or room temperature. The 280 cals of hash browns in that combo brochure are an attractive nuisance. Consider showing at least one combo with fruit cup. Get ahead of the curve in the battle against obesity or IHOP might become a casualty in that war. The waitress was quite pleasant and efficient. The manager collected our tab, which facilitated our exit, but she could have greeted us or asked how our meal was, or smiled. The dining room was icy cold. We felt bad for the waitress in her short sleeved uniform. We wondered if the person paying the utility bills knows that someone is overairconditioning the place. If not save the planet, then surely save the bottom line.

I just got finished eating and the food was okay. I’m obviously not expecting a five star breakfast. However, I don’t care if this is a five star restaurant or a truck stop… why are you sighing when you have to bring us our drinks and how many times can you forget the straws? I had to go get my own forks and napkins because this waitress was so rude and inattentive. Oh and apparently THEIR coupon they posted on Unilocal,is not redeemable because they don’t accept online coupons. What the hell is the point of having a coupon on your Unilocal page if your customers can’t use it?

Quick, sit-down service. There is usually never have a wait, so we go to IHOP when we want breakfast and do not want to wait at Turning Point for an hour. Pancakes are always delicious. IHOP also has variety of plate options(e.g. healthy plates). The cons: their coffee is weak. We do feel rushed since the server gives you the bill right after clearing your food. What about asking about dessert? With the bill folder, you flip it over to «green» if you need more assistance. Weird right?

I stopped in for a quick breakfast, took 15 minutes for my water, there was mold in my eggs and my pancakes were just batter and not cooked!!! My turkey bacon was raw, and I feel sick writing this… Please do not step foot in this place

It is exactly what you expect… an IHOP. It’s true to the decades old routine of all IHOPs. The menus are the same, the options are the same, the service is the same(decent) and the prices are the same(fairly low). All-in-all it’s exactly as advertised. A good spot for breakfast if you’re in the mood for something greasy or to get back in touch with your inner-childhood memories. Overall, it’s a solid spot in a decent location.

Never thought I would frequent IHOP again, but I was hungry and it was getting close to dinner, so I decided to take the risk LOL. Mind you, my last visit to an IHOP was a good 7+ years ago, and my memory of the meal was pretty average at best. I was pleasantly surprised as this IHOP was pretty clean and organized compared another branch I had previously visited. When I received the menu I was again surprised at how pretty diverse the menu was(you mean it’s not just pancakes?). Despite their robust new to me menu, I opted for the classic Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity, which is an equally robust four buttermilk pancakes topped with fruit(I selected the apple cinnamon) and some whipped cream. The pancakes were cooked perfectly with a nice brown griddled exterior and a fluffy interior. Shockingly the pancakes did not leave me with that lets move an extra notch on the belt feeling, as the pancakes weren’t slathered with wads of butter like you sometimes encounter at diners. They were pretty light, well as light as four buttermilk pancakes can be. The warm maple syrup that was served with the pancakes was very tasty, and I found myself mindlessly pouring copious amounts of the warm thick sweet syrup onto the pancakes as it was so tasty. Don’t forget to try the other syrups that are available table side, that comprised of: blueberry, strawberry, bosenberry, and pecan maple. I found the strawberry, blueberry, pecan maple, and bosenberry my preference(in that respective order). Meanwhile my sister(my foodie sidekick) ordered the T-Bone steak dinner… now I know many of you that read this will be like: a T-Bone steak at IHOP? Seriously? Well being fairly knowledgeable on meats, I read on the menu the cut of the steak was USDA Select, which is pretty much the lowest end of beef available for consumption. Oh boy, I didn’t feel envious for my sister! She ordered it medium rare and when it arrived the steak was cooked a spot on medium rare(of course, she allowed me some pieces of the steak to try). The seasoning was pretty decent too; with what I could discern as a simple seasoning of salt, pepper, and maybe some light garlic powder. The steak was unexpectedly tender(as Select tends to have very little fat) and overall decent to good. Though the steak’s exterior could have used a better sear/char to get additional flavor/texture. The side order of potatoes were, like the steak, pleasantly tasty with tender(yet still with some crunch) potatoes and just enough Italian seasoning. Don’t expect the best steak you ever had, or even something better than what you can make at home, but considering the expectations… it was a good eat. Honestly I was expecting my IHOP experience to be similar to my prior visit, but was my stomach was happily satiated.

The food is just about what you would expect from any IHOP but the service here is HORRIBLE and RUDE. The waiter who took our order was confused from the very beginning — we wanted 4 coffees and a juice, but he was insisting to take our drink orders individually. The food took a surprisingly long time to get out of the kitchen and the waitress who brought it over did not seem to enjoy her job at all. The whole time, she made snobby remarks about how the rest of our party was conversing in Chinese(«I don’t even know what they’re saying) and didn’t bother to match our orders to the person who actually ordered it(«There’s this… and this… oh, and this») while sloppily putting the plates down on the table, even on top of a couple cell phones. I could sense her attitude and smirk the entire time she served our table, which was completely uncalled for.

I’ve been to many IHOP’s and this is one of the better ones. Recently renovated with a newly decorated interior. All of the servers are(save one, who frowns alot when not smoking out back) excellant. However, I’m still not sure what exactly the two managers do? They mostly walk around and point at things, while I see the waitresses running to and fro. Someone should explain to them, that they can occasionally, pick up a plate or coffee pot. I like the omelettes but you should know they are made with a mixture of egg and batter I’m told. Thankfully, they removed the bacon infused hamburger from the menu. I’m still not sure what they were thinking there and I like bacon, just not mixed into my burger. Lastly, they do have an annoying habit of seasoning their french fries with a paprika-garlic seasoning, unless you ask otherwise. The food is always good to great but the value for your dollar can not be exceeded by any diner or chain in the area. I prefer breakfast to lunch here and I;ve never had dinner. Wednesday is half price for Seniors and I would avoid Kids Eat Free Friday unless you have kids of your own.

After seeing all the bad reviews I wonder if we’re eating at the same place? The service has always been good here, It’s clean, and from time to time we get a 2 for 1 coupon in the local paper. It’s not a 5-star restaurant, but I’ve never had a problem here and we eat here about once a month. Don’t hesitate to eat here.

It’s an iHOP. I didn’t experience any problems though — our waitress was quite nice and prompt with the food and service. I always get the pancake combo, where you pick 2 same type pancakes and get eggs and bacon(or sausage). I love the chocolate chip pancakes, and it looks like the pancake batter is whole wheat as well. The hash browns at iHOP are pretty good as well, with that nice crispy hash browns on the top… It’s nothing to write home about, but it is decent breakfast food for around $ 10 a person. I wish you good luck with the service because apparently it varies a lot at iHOP restaurants.

I have to say that stopping at this IHOP was a bad mistake. I didn’t read the reviews of those before me before I entered the place. That was my first mistake. While waiting for service I checked in on Unilocal,I glanced at the reviews and should have just walked out. The place specialized in slow and rude service and the food was awful. I had plain old pancakes and bacon at a pancake house. Who would think that you would get tough and rubbery pancakes at a place that specializes in pancakes? I think that I had the rubber chicken version of pancakes! The bacon was just fair. At least 3 diners and a Perkins are within a mile or so of this IHOP. They all have better pancakes than this place. While I was leaving, the manager rushed past me and actually elbowed another person aside so he could go out the front door. I have no idea what that was about, but I guess that is what to expect there.

It’s IHOP. I’m not expecting a gourmet meal. The staff however were less than professional, down to the manager screaming at his employees in front of customers. No bueno.
