Hooters

How is it that we had to wait 30 minutes to get a refill and our checks and hooters was dead empty? Service was horrible and I never experienced that here until today. It’s so bad that I had to write this before I even left and I always do my reviews later on. I will probably never come back to this location.

Hands down worst hooters I’ve ever experienced. Wings were chewy pieces of shit that were nuked in the microwave after sitting out all day. Batter was rubbery and I honestly don’t know why I’m giving this one star. Thirty minutes later and I’m still feeling like shit. Frankly Sylvia (our waitress) was the one and only bright spot until she brought out some sorry ass wings. What a discrase. It’s hard to be evangelical on a Sunday when I’m su prided with this shit.

I came here last night to watch the Super Bowl. It was my first time at this Hooters location.
When you go to Hooters, you should know what to expect. If you feel threatened by being around beautiful women, that’s not the restaurant’s fault. I thought the waitresses were adorable and I can tell they love their job.
I was impressed with the attentive waitresses, the clean restaurant, and the fun upbeat atmosphere. Some families had brought their children, and Hooters maintained an appropriate family friendly environment, even with their raffles and special events going on.
My drinks came out quickly even though there was a crowd.
I do have a couple of cons:
The frozen drinks are made in a blender and one of mine turned out pretty icky after so many drinks were quickly being made in the blender, but my waitress was happy to replace it with something else, free of charge.
The boneless wings are a good price, but very small. Given the circumstances of an incredibly busy kitchen, I will excuse it because the food still tasted great and came out in a timely manner.

What a joke? Hooters-(Blaaand food), worst service, got mad if u don’t tip them right– Atleast show me something about service which deserve a tip. No freebies, work hard…

Wanted to catch an NFL GAME and no luck. Most of the tvs had a blank screen. The rest were all showing the same game. Most of the «waitresses» were sitting at a table. Wasn’t busy at all and no one wanted my business. Oh cause I’m a one top and I don’t make you money. Yet I come to pluckers and they don’t care. It’s sad that you advertise the NFL Ticket but don’t show many games. Or want to make guest feel welcomed.

This is my 1^st time here & it isn’t a good experience! !!! We literally waited on our appetizers 25 minutes & mine was raw oysters, no cooking & it’s not busy at all. Had to wait 10 minutes on drink refills & that’s after she asked if we wanted a refill. Food was fine but the service was awful!!!

I love going to hooters but this hooters sucked. The food was great as always but the service and atmosphere was the worst I’ve ever seen. First off you had to seat urself because nobody was at the hostess booth. We stood there forever until other customers told us you might as well seat urself like we did. There were people in here so drunk one guy fell out on the floor and not a single manager or waitress went to check on him or ask him to leave. So he and his other drunk friend just staggered around the whole place wandering around. This was my friends first time to a hooters and it was not a good first impression. I just moved to this area and I will never come back to this place again.

I had to ration the one free ranch that came with wings like it was 1933. The food took forever for it to come out. I was shocked how unorganized some of the staff was. Very slow seating; there was also a huge line waiting as I walked out and only about half of the seats were full.

I don’t know if the management changed but the service has tanked. I have been here a few times since my last review and although the food is still perfect, the service is bad. One time it was busy, one time slow, and both times the service was substandard. The food took a long time to get, drink refills take forever, and it seems like the waitresses stand around and chit chat more than they tend to customers’ needs. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere, which is a shame, because this was my go-​to place for fight nights and frosty beer with wings.

I was kidnapped & forced to come here. Not my kind of atmosphere. My friend loved his wings but I couldn’t say the same. It took forever to get a refill. I mean our server was nice but it was so dead that day that everyone was standing around on their phones looking extremely bored. This is my first time here & as far as digging the place, I really don’t. I’d rather go to BWW but then again that’s my opinion. Spicy garlic is fiery so make sure you’re willing to commit to the heat. I might give this place another chance another time. Oh & they have a jukebox.

Rarely do I visit the Killeen area but I went on a slow Saturday and «Mel» took really care of me and my friend. Food was on point, and I mean the usual Hooter’s fare. Would I come back? Sure but I don’t see a trip up to Killeen anytime soon again.

Had lunch there today it was pretty empty only about 6 to 10 tables the whole time I was there. The waitress wasn’t very pleasant she gave off the vibe of yeah I’m just here to get my paycheck nothing more. The fries were not fresh the wings however were good as always. The waitress didn’t check on us until I asked another waitress for what we needed. I asked for extra ranch which took about 15 mins to get that.

Horrible service. Took 1 ½ hrs to get our food & it was burnt. Waitress complained about the kitchen help messing up & they’re slow. She definitely didn’t have it together. Not her calling. Not a place I would visit again.

Horrible service. Waited forever for a drink. Forgot food order! Just sucked! Was not even busy. Don’t waste your time. If in Killeen go to twin peaks or tilt a kilt. Took a 25 min drive and should have went to Waco location!

Wow, the bar tender was out right lazy. Got beer 10 minutes after order in a near empty place, got beer wrong and shorted it. No orange/​lime either.
Burger, fried pickles came out fast, exactly as ordered. Really delicious
Will try again in a few weeks

Three stars for the sweet, friendly, easy to talk to bartender, Kayte and all the waitresses were awesome. The fact that as soon as I walk to the bar to order a draft Budlight and I get told that all domestic drafts are out except for Budweiser. Then the CO2 runs out making all drafts essentially out. I went to have beer and wings not a beer and wings. Time to invest in a good well trained bar back to unfuck some of this fucker.

I don’t know what happened but the quality of the food, customer service and the good looking chicks are below standard. I’m very disappointed. It’s been a few months since I been here but this place fell off the map.
I had 10pc Lemon Pepper and Daytona Wings. Horrible and the chicken must have been from Africa cause they were all bones.
One of the waitresses that wasn’t even my own was rude when I asked for plates. Also she was talking mess about another employee that was our waitress. Very unprofessional and he entire appearance was not what Hooter Girls should be like.
I think this location dropped due to Twins Peaks opening up a few miles away.
I hope management works the food, customer service and quality of women real fast cause this place is extremely short of what it use to be less than a year ago.
2 Stars but that’s cause I had good times here before and I don’t want to act like a heartless customer. Times are tough at this location now.

Ordered a buffalo chicken that was delivered at a reasonable time, yet the sandwich came back dry. After two bites, I knew this I would have to pass. Our waitress was Jamie, I had informed her of this prior to receiving the bill. She had billed me for it anyways… I even asked why I was billed for it. She didn’t seem interested in notifying the manager, but rather seemed discouraged of being a little more pro active. Service was good, though this incident just deflated the experience.

I don’t normally come here but tonight I wanted to watch the championship game in a room full of people. I sat at the bar where I was served by Arin. My Chicken Salad was awesome and the service was exceptional. So many places in Killeen to go, but this place is always so clean I can’t imagine watching the super bowl or the next UFC fight anywhere else.

I’m truly disappointed. Look, we were craving wings and a beer. Once the bartender came up to us, it was clear she didn’t approve of our intentions to order take out. Make it less obvious because some people actually tip on take outs (like fellow industry people).
She didn’t ask if we wanted a drink while we waited or if we wanted blue cheese or ranch. No up sell whatsoever. Then, we wait 40 minutes for our take out. Was it busy? Nope. Was the bar slammed? Nope. Did she approach us at all while we sat patiently at the bar? Nope. 40 minute ticket time on a Tuesday is just ridiculous.
Finally, we are brought our take out (20 wings and 24 buffalo shrimp). We were given one blue cheese — for all that. Then when I asked for additional blue cheese and ranch, she proceeds to chat with the couple sitting next to us.
Finally, we said screw it, just take my card. We are done waiting and being ignored. Princess, I managed and consulted for nightclubs/​lounges and even bartended and waited tables while in college. My better half waits tables between classes. We know good service and clearly… you don’t. Or worse, you don’t care.
Her service was lacking so much it made our food taste bad.
