Love this place! Awesome waitresses, bartenders and manager. The food is fantastic, the beers are cold, and service is always great. I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve been here, but I’ve never had an issue. Definitely recommend this place.

Pricey drinks but this was the best catfish and seasoned rice I’ve had in this area. The drinks were tasty, pretty strong(alcohol of course). The catfish was fresh, crispy, and tasty. The rice is to die for

Best place so far for steak! Good was amazing and the Ft Worth Rib Eye is my new favorite meat to eat! Bartender was attentive and awesome! Frozen margaritas were a special for happy hour! We will definitely be back for more!

Was a busy night. So got to wait at the bar. Once we were seated the service was wonderful and the food was good. But watch the bread. We got full on our bread and sides. A bowl of chili and a salad. Both were very good. And the steaks were also cooked to order. Over all was wonderful dinner.

Good food. Good portions. Their fried catfish is very good and so is their steamed veggies(broccoli and carrots). Unlimited tasty rolls. However, it is noisy and they seem to seat you at the worst table when better ones are available, like a tiny booth for two, and when you tell them you want a bigger table, they give you a table for 6 near the bathroom.

The roadhouse is always consistent and really good food. Priced right. My favorite is the prime rib rare. Now you can call ahead and make reservations which good because I am not one to wait on a bench.

Great potential! Excellent food! Sorry help, we sat at the bar area and the lady with glasses must of been having a terrible day but she should have just taken off. She was slow, rude, constantly interacting with other help and just plain didn’t give … When we pay our tab and ask for another bag she throws a fit. Customer service has to be a huge if not the biggest emphasis in this day and time

I love the Texas Roadhouse in CA… So of course I would have to try it here since I just moved to Texas! Just as delicious as it is back home! The only thing is that what I usually eat wasn’t on their menu here. BUT, the waiter made it happen!!! Props to that! I was a very happy camper. His customer service was great, he checked in with us frequently just to make sure everything was okay. I left full and satisfied. I will for sure be back=)

You know, once in a good while, you get the privilege to dine at a restaurant where the staff still knows the definition of great customer service. I tell you, it’s very rare. It was my first time here at Texas Roadhouse. It was that restaurant that I always drove by but never thought to stop in until today. I like how comfy the atmosphere is and as far as I could see, the employees there are full of smiles. Our server J’nai was the sweetest & so was Chelsea. The chili was the best I had ever tasted. I hate chili due to the bad experiences I’ve had before but I was not disappointed. The rolls are fresh, hot out of the oven. It’s like biting into a delicious fluffy pillow. My steak was decent & my dinner in general was great. Especially the customer service. It was my lucky day. I’ll definitely be back!

I NEVER leave 1 star reviews. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years(INCLUDING working at this particular restaurant a few years ago for a year as a server and trainer, however No one I worked with still works there) so I know how nit picky people can be over the most mundane things. But this is different. Party of 10. 9:30 pm. The managers response to their very obvious and gross cricket infestation? «It’s cricket season» …you have GOT to be kidding me! I was willing to deal with a couple on the walls here and there or crawling on the floor but as soon as one jumped in the bread basket I was done. My family was starving & it was late so I was out ruled and they decided to stay. Was moved to the other side of the restaurant. Every single server rolled their eyes at us as we passed like the little preteen looking girls they were. I’ll go ahead and add the nit picks for the hell of it… Drinks took 12 mins(yes, I timed it, and the restaurant was no where near busy), the 3 different servers came every 2 minutes to re ask if we were ready to order, we had to repeat our drink orders, my bone in ribeye was half well done and half medium well when I ordered a medium(and after repeating back steak temps for a year, having guests cut into their steak upon arrival {which no server did} and also being a lover of steak… I know what a medium should look like), & the manager(Caucasian tall male) didn’t check back on us not ONCE after he sat us in the new section. I was born & raised in this town. Grew up coming to this Texas Roadhouse with my family so when I came home to visit this is where I decided to take them on my last night here because in the past it’s always been the best option. Everyone is now annoyed and my last night with my family was ruined. Unfortunately because this is a military town and options are limited– mediocre restaurants like this somehow are able to survive for years on end and it’s sad. Never. Again.

Fantastic waitress, hostess and manager. They all checked in on me and my wife at one point through out our meal. The food was awesome and came out in a decent amount of time between appetizers and salads. I will definitely suggest this place to my friends and family. Good vibes here for sure too!

My go to place for margaritas and good drinks period. But that moment when you refuse the first seating because it was by the kitchen, and you say no kitchen or bathroom and they STILL seat you by the kitchen, but a different part. Not smart, ordered a margarita saw my i.d. and said it was my birthday. No recognition, at least«Happy Birthday». No one asked if I wanted a second drink or if I needed anything. So… took our order, brought food later, no in between. And surprise, not packed. Then our server did not remove dishes, but her trainee. I informed the trainee to retrieve the manager. So the trainee was informed to check on her patrons in between. In Customer service for over 8 years, the service tonight unacceptable. Never judge a book by it’s cover, I’m a tipper. Best friend is in this industry, smh.

Wow, it’s been a long time since I ate at a really bad restaurant so I really don’t know what to do with my self. Service was bad, I won’t go into much detail. The food was horrible. I ordered ribs and sirloin. The ribs were dry and it tasted like I was chewing on a brown paper bag. The sirloin had absolutely no flavor. It’s as if it was frozen and they just slapped it on the grill. I’m now regretting ever getting a gift card to this place as part of my discover card reward program. The manager stopped by and convinced me to let him bring me another plate. Manager apologized and brought me a new plate with the sirloin tasting as if it was drenched in salt. The ribs no longer tasted like a bag but it lacked any flavor. I appreciated the effort but I won’t be coming back. Thanks for trying.

I lived in TX for almost two years, this was one of the first steakhouses I went to down there. Amazing food and customer service. Huge portions, great prices. Fresh meat! Can’t stress that enough. Steaks are super juicy and cooked just the way you want, perfect. The honey butter for the bread is oh my my good. If it’s your birthday they have this saddle seat they sit you in and sing happy birthday lol, its pretty funny. I want to go back! They have one in south jersey but it’s not the same… I guess because you get the freshest cattle quality in Texas. I highly recommend eating here when in the Killeen area.

Ate here for the first time ever today. Expected it to be hectic since it was the Fourth of July. Though it is busy, the service is still great. It is fast and our server is very friendly. They gave us a complimentary bowl of chili since it was our first time here. I’m not a fan of chili but Texas Road houses chili is one of the best I’ve ever had! I ordered the half slab of ribs with a side of sweet potato and green beans and it both satisfied my BBQ craving and it was absolutely delicious !! Definitely will be back again! Ohh and the cinnamon butter that comes with the rolls is to die for ! So yum!

I’ve been to this Texas Roadhouse on several different occasions and it’s always the same. The service is slow and the people are nonchalant about it. I had high hopes because we were seated immediately and server seemed to be nice. That was until she began to take our order. She seem irritated that one person in our party couldn’t make up their mind. We never received our refills and the table wasn’t cleared after our appetizer. We had to ask for that to be done. The food took 40 mins to arrive and it was jus okay. I’m not a very hard person to please. Just provide basic customer service and I’m good. Next time I’m asked to go to Texas Roundhouse… I’ll pass.

Came here after working with the army for a few days on an intensive project. Got a Jack and Come from the bar, and it was stiff… yay! Mentioned that it was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse and someone came over to welcome me, give me a sample of their chili(AMAZING!) and card for a free appetizer. Nice hospitality! My server(Landry) rocked it, walking me through different choices and landing on a meal that literally brought tears to my eyes because it was so good: Dallas fillet and a loaded sweet potato. Food came out pretty quickly: i was surprised when it arrived, but it wasn’t TOO quick. I ordered my fillet rare and it was cooked perfectly: seasoned and seared on the outside, cool and red on the inside. The seasoning on the steak makes any sauce superfluous. The baked sweet potato — loaded — is like thanksgiving. The bread and cinnamon butter was worth going off my gluten free diet for.(Not all bread is worth that.). Service was attentive without being heavy-handed or obvious. Tried the Grannie’s Apple Classic for dessert. Apple pie with vanilla and a light-on-the-cinnamon sauce. Not as mind-blowingly good as my entrée, pretty darn good! Apples had body and weren’t mushy. Nice balance of flavors. Hospitality gal came by at dessert to see how everything was. She was friendly and actually seemed to care. Nice! Total bill for two bar drinks(each a double), steak dinner, and dessert: $ 42. And I don’t begrudge a single penny! Totally worth it.

Texas Roadhouse is a «go to» restaurant while visiting Killeen. I had the grilled salmon which was excellent, although a little heavy on the butter. Caesar salad was ice cold as were the Miller Lites. Linda will take good care of you at the bar. While always crowded, often serving large groups, families and catering to our troops as they should. Do not miss if your in town.

This place is definitely a great steakhouse to check out! Compared to other steakhouse restaurants and their prices, I feel they serve great food, good priced drinks and our waiter was awesome! We went with a party of 4 and with reservations on a busy Friday night, we walked right and were seated! Everything went well, from their happy hour drink menu. to their yummy rolls served before dinner, to their awesome prime rib. The rest of our party enjoyed their food, and we all had a blast! Definitely going again!

Let me start by saying, this place serves some real good steak. I ordered a «small» 12 oz steak, but that bad boy was pretty damn huge. They really go big out here in Texas. I like the cowboyish décor inside. A lot of wood inside. Our waitress was nice and showed a lot of patience with our big group. The rolls are amazing. They were buttery and fatty and had a sweet butter cream to add to it. The beers were fresh and flavorful. I wish they had a place like this in San Diego.
