2 years ago when I purchased my 5s, i purchased an advantage plan for $ 99 that would give me a $ 200 credit on my next phone purchase as well as a % off of accessories. Now that I am trying to cash it in, I am told that it is only good for a $ 50 credit. After having the representative contact someone at corporate, he told me that is the best he can do. He confirmed «Yes I am sorry that you have been swindled.» So i essentially paid $ 99 for a $ 50 credit and now there is nothing anyone can do. I told him that I obviously will not be back an he was nice and apologized for the incident but I am still out the money and service I was promised.
